Ken's Kebab House & Speedy Pizza in Portsmouth

Left our delivery at the end of the driveway and never told us it was here

If I could put 0 stars I would, ordered food for delivery, was charged for it, and it never showed up. Can also tell that the good reviews on here are written by people who work in this sloppy fast food place. Hygiene in there is also disgusting, been a few times after a night out and it’s minging. Food has always been stale/old meaning it has been left under heat lamps for hours. Overall the worst experience I have ever had. Not had a refund either

It was a bad experience today I went there and order pizza and came back home see like this I told them but the staff told me we do nothing Then I put in the bin my pizza in front of the staffs Don't go there behavior is too bad 😭

would have liked to be able to add more salad to my mixed kebab, it only allowed me to have 1 choice ie. Just cucumber.

Excellent food, good portion sizes, well packaged and fresh& tasty.

When the food arrived there was an item missing and the food was soggy and cold.

The chicken on the kebab was dry and over cooked

food arrived - cold delivered not within a hot bag/box. driver had a small atttidude when questioned. i then proceded to ask him not to slam the door externally, which he then slammed the door. rude.

Really late and no guest tracking. No ability to put a guest order on the app to track.

Ordered one time and had an awful experience. The driest chicken burger known to man and stale chips. Decided to give it another chance and, to no surprise, was let down again. I’ve experienced more flavour in tap water and have seen roadkill more fresh. Certainly will never be ordering from here again.

Food was amazing got a large meat and chips. Loads of salad chips were soft meat was lovely

Every dish was a new adventure of flavors. The variety in the menu and the quality of each item made it a memorable dining experience at home. A five-star culinary journey.

Very disappointed. Wrong drink was delivered. I ordered 7 Up and was given a Pepsi. I am allergic to Pepsi and cannot drink it. Chicken Fillet Burger was bland and had hardly any chicken on. Was such a mess to eat with the bun breaking apart. Could not eat it. Such a waste of money and going to get my money back.

Second order from this place, this time missing half the order. Called and restaurant was apologetic. Delivered 20 minutes later with a few extras.

I ate a pizza from Ken's, I found the pizza very quite good. The crust had a nice balance of crispness and chew, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed. Overall, it was a satisfying and enjoyable pizza experience, especially for the price.

I asked for stuffed crust and did not get stuffed crust

Got are food form here and got food posing the next day two of us could stop throwing up and the food was cold

Order arrived quickly, slight issue with missing item but quick call to restaurant got this sorted and missing item delivered in 10mins

The chips were over done and dark brown the curry sauce was lumpy and the container for the curry sauce was melted and leaking and was a small serving

Fantastic food but not good when you have to go outside down the road to get food from the drivers car while talking him in on the phone, I’ve had loads of kebabs and recently this keeps happening. Not exactly delivered more meeting half way, but food as always great 👍

Great food delivered warm and very tasty

This is the second time I've tried a pizza from Ken's Speedy Pizza and I must say it's outstanding value and the food is delicious! Highly recommended.

Good food only disappointment was asked for chilli's but added chilli sauce so was not edible for me.

the man who delivered my food banged on my door really loudly and woke up a few people on my house. neither did i get a warning that my food would be early

Very bad food! Anyway i know a student that these guys gave him a job he work for them 3 days only because they wanted to pay him 4 pounds an hour! Shame on you exploiting people and my friend have 25 years old and he suposed to get minimal wages not 4 pounds

I Paid for large and received a small in a large container, chips were also undercooked so overall I’d say Ken’s is a great place to order from if you want to get ripped off.

A lot of salad selections were missing from one of the dishes. Both kebabs were on the pitta bread, not in so it was soggy and inedible. Chips were very pale and not crispy. Also disappointed with ‘large’ chips.. seemed a small portion.

Food was hot and fresh. Very tasty. Pizza is nice, kebab nicest one around. Chicken is great. The only problem was the chips were a bit soggy.

Garlic mushroom were revolting, portion of chips were tiny, and they missed most of the salad off. Food was okay, but dry disappointing.

I order a kebab wrap and been given the wrong order and had to throw it away due to allergen purposes

I fancied meat I ordered lamb and chicken ut was cooked in a timely matter all salad was nice and fresh. The only reason I've droped a star NO fresh homemade chillie sauce

Absolutely horrid Won’t be ordering from them again Driver tried to refuse to get out of his car didn’t deliver to my door. Missing items, rude and disrespectful driver over all horrid. Don’t waste your time and money

Food was cold, only got 20 cold chips and meat was wrong.

Photos are misleading for the London road branch. No overhaul for years and certainly not the salad selection the photos show of the alternative outlet.

Chips were not freshly cooked. Second time heated and quite greasy. There was not a lot of meat in the kebab considering it was £11.45

Been delivered not what ive ordered . Not quality food

Half my chips were undercooked and I found multiple hairs in different dishes, I would not even rate it

Rubbish service, ordered food and currently been 1.5hrs since and yet to have recieved my order. Called the store and they proceeded to hang up on me.

Added 2x chilli sauce , didn’t get any .

I asked for a mixed kebab and only got lamb donner meat the chip were cold when I tried to call the restaurant they picked up the phone and put it down and I left a note for the driver to phone me as my wife did a 14 hour shift and then went to bed and the driver woke my wife up this is the second time I have had an issue with the food and the delivery service I too had come home from a 14 hour shift and just wanted some food before I went to bed never ordering from Ken’s kebabs again

They r always decent some ppl don’t like them but I’ve never had a problem

No cutlery No napkins Nice delivery driver but did ask for a cigarette.
