Had a great experience at KFC! The chicken and chips were delicious, and Monichan was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Quick service and tasty food – highly recommend!

Great to have a drive through after a 12 hour shift to be told you have to wait 20 minutes for your food, although it's great to see delivery drivers getting loaded up and leaving whilst I still wait, mcdonalds for me from now on

Staff not friendly and practically throwing food into the bag. No smiles no emotion from the staff at all. And the food was grey and greasy. I will not be returning. Very disappointed

Went to drive through, megs fast service. Paid and the food was there instantly. Didn't taste too bad either, nice clean oil

This was a big office order of 30 plus meals. Pre ordered to save time but waited 30 minutes on arrival. Waste of time pre-ordering as they didn't start preparing until I arrived. We were assured the order was complete only to find on delivery, fries, and some chicken were missing. We were assured on the phone that everything this time was there, only to find on delivery they forgot to add everything that was missing. We gave up in the end, as after three attempts, they still got it wrong. Next time, we will use Port Solent.

I went into the drive through dud to time constraints. Ordered 2X mini fillet burgers with normal mayo. I just don't have words to explain how bad these burgers were. Basically slapped together but this wasn't really my issue. The rolls we're stale and rock hard. I tried to take them back and was left waiting for over 5 minutes after which I just left them there on the counter. I then called the store and asked if they had managed to look into it. The arrogance of the person who I called was 10 out of 10, unbelievable that a colleague would argue with a customer and basically call me a liar. I'm not impressed and will be doing a charge back on my card and taking this as far as I can with regards to a complaint. What an absolute joke.

Food was fresh and hot always worth eating in and daytime is relatively quiet so can enjoy the food in peace. Staff also very helpful and pleasant.

They made our order in 2 min which was quite unusual. When we opened the bucket we saw the first photo. It was cold and looking disgusting. After my husband took it back they even didn’t apologise. They made another FRESH bucket of wings ( in the second photo). It’s very shame to treat regular customers like this. You gave to the family with young children this dog food and at least you could apologise and say sorry.

The truth is that I wanted to try it, but I'm not a big fan of KFC, but I must say that it was good. Excelent service.

Ordered through the drive through this evening received 1 piece of chicken instead of 2, a leg instead of a piece of fillet chicken in the zinger box meal, gravy was set thick, burger had no lettuce and chicken too tough to bite through only 5 pieces of popcorn chicken and all for £16. Oh you got the coke right, this isn't the first time that food has not been to a satisfactory standard. Are these reviews even read? As the quality of food and attention to detail has certainly not changed. I do not recommend this particular KFC

Ordered a £39.99 bucket meal today for daughter’s birthday. The 14 piece bucket conained only legs which were black beyond recognition. They obviously wanted to get rid of them quick. Asked for beans and gravy for the sides but were sent 2 salads. Avoid at all costs definitely not worth the money.

I only get cheeky take aways from here so not sure what it's like inside. The delivery meals are usually quite quick a reasonable price compared to comparable chicken burger outlets, usually delivered still hot so they are a regular for me.

KFC Innit. Nuff said. Free parking. Self order kiosks. Close to lots of other shops in the retail park. Sells chicken 🐔🍗.

Food very good. Two things let it down the staff although friendly none seemed to speak very good English and were hard to understand. I ordered at the counter as never had much luck ordering on the screens in the restaurant but was told to order at the till you have to pay cash,why??

Delivered me the wrong order again , manager was ivery unhelpful and told me to eat it or throw it away food was cold so binned it , many thanks KFC fir nothing , I appreciate that Just eat made the delivery error , but the unhelpful manager , who basically said it’s my problem , I need to call just eat , she gave me a number which is for restaurants to use only so that was a waste of time , She suggested I re order the £26 worth if food again and try and get a refund from just east , as I mentioned above we tried to eat what they sent, Chips were soggy and cold , popcorn chicken stone cold , chicken fillets stone cold , KFC need to sort out the “it’s not our problem “ it’s your problem attitude of the manager.

I heartily feel very bad experience from this restaurant me and my friends eating from there but i got very bad service from the staffs . The quantity of the food is very less than the menu we just informed the staff but they are make a rude behaviour to us so I strongly recommend don’t go to this store

Don't like them anymore unclean and not enough staff on duty am afraid to say big firm cutting staff to make profit so they don't close down

It is a KFC, what more do you need to know? Well let me tell you then. This KFC is actually good for dine in. It has plenty of tables, with space to move around and it is usually clean. The order terminals were not working on this visit but usually that isn't an issue. Service was fast at the till but waiting for the order was a bit slow due to the crowds of Uber eats, deliveroo and just eat delivery drivers waiting to pick up orders (annoying to say the least). However this aside, I enjoyed my meal and will visit again.

It's KFC . What's not to like......

Don’t waste money on expensive constipation relief products, simply order a fiery zinger tower box meal. Within 30 minutes you to will have a staggering bowel explosion extravaganza, rendering your downstairs khazi unfit for human entry for the rest of the day. This will also provide huge amusement to your wife and on the other side of the coin, offend the cat.

Visiting with family, a good variety of shops

Used the machine to order and waste of time that was as I had to go order at the till anyway. Lucky the person serving me was funny and polite as I was not impressed by this point. Lucky the food is what it was. Chicken.

They send the chicken pink, so nice of them! They made me a refund and were quite rude, also they didn't apologise of course, they are not paid to do so. I have the picture aswell with the pink chicken.😊

Staff are rude & Incompetent. Got there and had to wait 30 minutes before ordering, got asked to pull forwards and waited another 10. Just to be told what I wanted they didn't have. If I had been told that when I got there, fair enough. They leave their drive through mics on and can hear all the swearing from them and when told they had a "oh well" attitude. Not pleased, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone any more.

Very happy with the whole experience

It was great but the highlight was when I helped an elderly gentleman with a stick going through the bins to find something to eat,so I bought him a meal to take home with him and he allowed me to take his picture and put it up on facebook so that made me just as happy today,cost of living crisis it will probably happen again amd I will probably buy two meals instead one one again but all good 👍

No card taken at manual order point. Could not find the advertised item on the till, ended up with something different to what I wanted. Food was very good though. Just been cooked.

Manager well she was an absolute piece of poop - she was rude and talked about me and my husband while we were standing waiting to get served. She scolded her workers and seemed awful!! Great chicken and will come again because of Taylor’s really good service!!! X

I don't expect miracles KFC but this has to be the worst service I have ever received from a KFC. in fact not just limited to KFC but any take away service ever. Not only did my food arrive nearly 2 hours after I ordered it but one of my burgers didn't even have buns with it, the fries were missing and the food food was absolutely stone cold. Absolutely shocking service from KFC. I want my money back. Even a formal apology from the colonel himself couldn't right this wrong.

Very very hard to get through to make a complaint. I see they have loads of bad reviews. No wonder why they don't answer . Shocking by kfc . But don't go to kfc guys . Unless you want soggy chips , wrong chicken in your bag .which is very greasy and a bit pink . Really small portions and cold burgers . It was one of the worst takeaways and to spend £23 pounds on this rubbish . Should have got a Chinese . Shocking and I will be never go back. Ps been trying for 45 minutes to get them on the phone , and no joy .

The chips are much better now since they've started seasoning them with paprika or whatever it is.

I ordered the double gravy bucket with 8 hot wings, they gave me fillets instead and they didn’t give me my cool drink as well. This is the second time I am experiencing this with them

I've only bought KFC twice this year. The main reason is that this restaurant cannot get an order right, plain and simple. Bought a Gravy Triple bucket and a couple of extra sides. Looked in the bag at the drive through, too many individual bags to check. Got it home looking forward to the meal. Started unpacking it. Anticipation quickly turned to disappointment when I realised our popcorn chicken was missing. Ate meal feeling frustrated and angry yet again. When you start getting my orders right I will start buying from you again.

Ordered food at 10pm at 11:30pm still nothing the app said the driver was 5 minutes away it said this for 1 hour called and spoke to customer service with Uber driver and they did nothing about it

Try the new Turkey stuffing stacker. Pure turkey breast meat & delicious stuffy patty. The sauce is delicious. A lovely restaurant, delightful, friendly, efficient staff.

Don't not eat from this KFC. Its only the Second time I have ever eaten from here. And have got food poisoning yet again. Disgusting place!!!!!!

I asked for gravy and corn on the cob sides. And I got sweet Beans. Abd cold soggy corn on the cob. Really disappointed.last time the bottle of fizzy soda had been slashed on the side I the drink was wasted and the girl who handed me the food passed it awkwardly so it ripped. And very disappointed as not visited for a couple of years. Totally unacceptable.

This place has really gone downhill recently. We ordered a large meal for delivery last week, the food turned up with the gravy spilt all over the rest of the food, rather than try to complain through Uber we went to the store, they of course blamed the delivery driver and as we had no way to prove otherwise decided that tonight we would eat in expecting a much better service, how wrong we were! Firstly, my order was showing as ready to collect, stood for a good 5 minutes waiting, but the staff were more concerned with getting the delivey orders out than dealing with customers in the store, to the point that the bags waiting to go out were covering the screen detailing the eat in orders, when i pointed this out the staff were rude and dismissive. Upon receiving my food, the order was wrong, on checking, if you make changes to your order and then select large meal it resets everything to default so instead of coleslaw and a black coffee they tried to serve gravy and a Pepsi then when I pointed this out they tried to blame me (my wife confirmed she watched me customise the order). Anyway, accepted the gravy but asked for them to swap the Pepsi for a black coffee and went to eat the food. This was now cold as it had been sat on the side whilst they dealt with the delivery orders, starving by this point we ate it anyway, at least my black coffee will be hot I thought, nope, it wasn't even a black coffee, it was white, i hate white coffee. Finally, as to blaming the delivery driver for the previous poor service, having watched the staff packing the bags I can say with 100% certainty that this too was a staff issue, they were literally throwing the boxes of food in the bags without even a care as to who was watching them or what state it would be in once delivered. Such a shame as I used to love KFC but will definitely not be returning to this branch.

Was a bit of a nightmare, the first touchscreen got to the point of taking payment and stated "payment cannot be taken due to an unknown issue" 3 times entering the order on this one, we tried another 2 more times with similar issues. Finally on the 6th attempt it worked! The prices have shot up though! A zinger tower box meal (large) is now almost £11! Not worth the money! The burger looked thrown together without care, the chips aren't the greatest and the staff are extremely miserable, don't think I'll bother coming back! I'm sure my custom won't be missed!

Popped in here today to grab some food, service was quiet slow and the self ordering touch screen had a mind of there own, but the food was hot, fresh, well cooked, and some of the best KFC I’ve ever eaten. Spot on. Place was clean and everything was presentable. Really nice take away restaurant.

Very quite here at the moment. Despite the kids on summer holidays. 4 ordering terminals but 2 not working. Very clean but it should be as not busy. Ask for sauces as they are not help yourself. Plenty of parking and free

One of the most disorganised and chaotic KFC I've ever had the misfortune to use. 25 minute wait for a simple take out. Then when it was finally presented to us the disinterested young man who served us informed us that it would be a further 5 minutes for beans. I asked him if he considered 25 minutes to be an acceptable wait for a fast food restaurant and he said " I've just come off my break" (despite him being there for a good few minutes). Totally dismissive attitude. Overheard another staff member say "minimum wage, minimum effort". The place is a joke.

Everything as expected. But the gravy isn't that good.

Ordered a delivery of 10 mini chicken fillets and 3 chips. I received 15-20 spicey wing and legs and 3 fries.not sure who read the screen so wrong for 4 items 3 of which were chips. Guess if you really want it you have to be face to face and buy it in person in store.

Staff great In there normally get served by an Indian guy and have special recommendation edited order always does my order right and how asked cannot complain food gets served right everytime and comes out very quick always go this kfc when in the area

Quick snack while out shopping 3pcs of traditional chicken and a little tub of coleslaw. Lovely crisp chicken.

The staff were very friendly and polite and the service was very quick , Albeit it was not that busy . Not very pleased with fries they were not very crispy as you would expect them to be .
