New fave pizza place, hot, tasty, fast delivery!

Rude and arrogant staff. I went with my wife and one of the managers kept eyeing her up. They smelt of cannabis and had glazed eyes. Really not a family friendly restaurant

Absolutely disgusting these days horrible out of date meat toppings, no sauce in a margerita so just cheese not cheese and tomato anymore, the dough is not the same very sickly, and the staff are tight and greedy, discussing people

Absolutely horrific, food took close to 2 hours to arrive on a Wednesday, driver was snub and unapologetic, and the store was down right rude telling me to wait and then proceed to not answer numerous phone calls, food finally turned up cold, not happy never ordering again!

Worst place ever for pizza, I was waiting on pizza for 1hr 40mins to arrive and their excuse was traffic when I was only 15 mins away… disgraceful and no sincerity in the apology either, just takes the mick, AND all of my order didnt arrive either. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

My friend and I order food from here and said it wasn’t delivered which it weren’t cause we went out and checked and we told them we didn’t receive it and they said they have photo and video proof of leaving it there and we said it ain’t there and then we get call on no caller id by a staff member saying you trying to tell me your food wasn’t delivered and that my mate lives in a specci area and he knows where we live!! Think this place needs to be reported

I found out this place have a very special pizza dough. Very tasty specially the platters deal, for chicken lovers. Very tasty corn and turkey base pepperoni. Definitely a 4 start.

Food is always so nice from here the staff are always nice would 100% recommend

I think I found a crispy rat tail in my pizza, no wonder the council shut this place down. Do regular checks on them I can’t believe it! Gross. Not sure if you’re serving meat or rats.

Disgusting customer service! I ordered through Uber Eats and realised straight away that I hadn't updated my address. So called the restaurant to update the info. They just said "that's your problem" and hung up on me. I called back, same again, they wouldn't change the address or cancel the order, and hung up yet again! I'd only just placed the order so I don't see why they couldn't help. So the pizza, which I had just paid for obviously didn't arrive and there was nothing I could do. Just rude!

Ordered an american hot pizza via deliveroo app with 2 extra toppings, salami and meatballs, it came without them. Called a restaurant and been told that they ran out of those specific toppings. Also been offered to come and collect refund in cash or to be delivered by a driver !? Order was placed through deliveroo app ! On top of that been offered that they would give ,,something for free" on my next order ?! Terrible customer service, hang up on me without resolving the issue.

I have asked for a deal as before but refused this time as last time wanted cash for 4 pounds reduction but pretended like he never gave discount.

Ordered Pizza for 19.30. First one turned up 45 mins early. 2nd one turned up 43 mins late. Prob the 1st pizza was reheated. Not grat

I am simply appalled by the customer service!!!!!! I ordered 3 pizzas before closing and they never arrived (we waited 40 minutes after the allocated time). We attempted to contact the restaurant which ended in no contact from deliveroo or pizza go go. I am just purely disappointed in the customer service and will be taking this further than just a strongly worded review (expecting full refund).

Ordered quorn southern fried from deliveroo and they gave me real chicken and didn’t even tell me. I’m allergic and my throat swelled up

Was told my card was declined and asked to pay again. In reality, I have been charged twice. When I called to chase this the man said he couldn't help because he didn't understand. I have also emailed I need this rectified. The only reason I have given more then one star is the pizza was amazing. If management can sort this issue I'd happily change my review.

Honestly best tasting pizza but the time they take to deliver is shocking nearly 2 hours every single time. Food perfect service is about as good as terminal cancer place needs sorting out badly!!!

It's a shame I can't leave zero stars. Not only did you deliver a large pizza burnt and missing one topping but your sorry excuse of a replacement was a SMALL , and missing the stuffed crust as originally ordered. Oh and not even a refund on the difference. *Heads up btw this place doesn't do refunds or anything so your money is gone if you're dissatisfied* Edited to add, after two weeks of emailing their customer service' I haven't heard anything from them.

Driver showed up didn’t ring the bell phone is or knock on the door but proceeded to walk into our home pizza taste okay but service is appalling. Phoned to inform the manager who’s response was “it’s your fault for not locking the door” would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely Disgusted!!!

Ordered a pizza delivery that took over 3 hours. Food was cold, tasteless and inedible. Delivery driver was aggressive and rude. Visited the premises the next day to complain and found it filthy. Avoid this halal pizza joint.

truly terrible service. took nearly 2 hours for my order to be delivered & it was luke warm. serious attitude from the member of staff I spoke to, no apology, no explanation just "you'll have to wait". avoid. I'll never use the place again.

Just received our 15 inch pepperoni and the 10 inch cheese and ham for our children. The children's pizza was fine as expected. unfortunately the pepperoni 15 inch thin crust was under cooked cold and had very little topping. Don't get me wrong the service has always been good but I have definitely noticed the Standard and quality of there food tail off dramatically in the last few months. Once again this is not about the staff and only about the food Quality.

I stayed over at an Airbnb (literally above the store). And went in to buy 2 water bottles, and the woman charged me £198.00! I’d really recommend not going to this place, as the woman attempted to take advantage of me after having been to Weatherspoons, (next door). Don’t go here!

Delicious pizza, just walked in 10 mins later walked out with a tasty lil 7" pizza in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday evening.

Undercooked and the meat tasted bad. Cheese and sauce were passable.

The main reason I like this place is that, unlike similar pizza takeaways, Pizza Gogo always seems to give you more bang for your buck, in terms of deals.. For example, they currently offer any pizza, up to 14", for £13.99 which compares favourably with other offers from pizza takeaways. The pizzas are always freshly made and really do fill you up too! Nice, thick, and excellent toppings too, If pizza takeaway is the preferred consensus, I always go to Gogo's!

I'd rather starve, that eat that disgusting cold spaghetti bolognese. Probably had a spoonful of bolognese and a thick layer of mozzarella on the top. Absolutely awful, don't waste your money.

Didn't have to wait too long for delivery. The bbq quorn chicken pizza was gorgeous, the quorn sfc was Moorish, and the cookies were simply beautiful! I only wish there was more! ;)

Possibly the worst food I've had in my entire life. Just being honest. Entirely inedible. Do not waste your money. Had the pasta, lasagna, and chicken wings.
