Great Food at a Great Price What more can I add but go and see for yourselves

I've been here several times and always had a great experience. I came here on Tuesday and had the Banger And Mash option which was superb. The mash was lovely and tender with the gravy soaked into the mash which is how it's supposed to be done so kudos. The onion and mixed veg were a great compliment to the sausages and mash. The sausages were great although i did find the outer shell to be a little bit chewy but the inside meat was to die for. I was also served within 10 mins of entering the cafe which i cannot praise enough for the speedy service. Highly recommend if anyone is in the Anglia Square area

The customer toilet is a health and safety issue ! Dirty toilet ..open drain..filth everywhere! Absolute breeding ground for germs and bacteria. I cannot believe the level of hygiene in an eating establishment! .There wasnt even warm water or something to dry ones hands on ..Obviously will not be back ..One and only visit!..

Tastied breakfast we have had! Really filling, cooked well and great value, we love the food here! Bacon and egg sandwich is so good!

It is what it is - A simple cafe on Magdalene Street! The food was served hot, quick and in comparison to a lot of other places, cheap! You get what you pay for! The decor and menus etc. are dated and the toilet... well, use with caution! It's as bad as a festival toilet!

Decent food and good service but the toilets are like something out of a horror movie..

We went yesterday for a coffe but I checked the menu and we had some food very tasty freshly cooked lovely stuff.We will go there soon 🤓

Me and my partner has been there twice now and had the traditional breakfasts and two mugs of tea. We can not fault it the food is nice and hot . Service is good and a good price.

Very uninspiring and disappointing breakfast, cheap produce and not cooked very well. Was such a shame as this was the kind of little cafe I was looking for but sadly I wont be back I’m afraid

i ordered from uber eats . won’t be ordering from this place ever again my food was brought to me cold i was missing my drinks and 1 out of 2 of the traditional breakfasts and instead i was replaced with (10)hash browns and 4 sausages how ever that happened i don’t know clearly the people working here are somewhat blind or just stupidly thick. thanks guys just the start of the month i was hoping for :/

Not one for reviews, however. This place deserves a shout. 1st time eating here. Food served within 7-8 minutes (Scrambled egg, sausage, beans, hash brown and toast). Absolutely gorgeous. Pleasant, happy staff. Will come again. SIMPLE

A traditional English caff opposite Anglia Square, serving a variety of weighty breakfasts. I stuck to a coffee and a freshly prepared bacon roll, which was tastier than the reheated offerings served up by many chain cafes. The service was efficient, and the atmosphere unpretentious. Should you be a smoker, there are a couple of tables outside equipped with ashtrays.

Straight forward, no frills breakfast. Cooked and tasted lovely. Staff friendly, polite and efficient. Clean and tidy place with the relevant C19 in place

Cheap and effective, with decent, freshly cooked food. Definitely a better bet than Gregg's round the corner.

Ordered food to be delivered, it is disgusting! I don’t even want to eat it. Way too many mushrooms and nothing of anything else? The toast is soggy, the bacon is burnt, the sausage is burnt, everything is cold. Took 1 hour to come!! I will NEVER be using again. Paid £14.30 for nothing.

This was the most tastiest breakfast ive ever had. Thier toast was still hot when it got to me even if im 3 miles away from the cafe also taste like my nans toast the way she used.to do it. Generous portions of food just made it at the finish line to finish it all. Thank you for your amazing services that you do everyday even if we are in lockdown. The breakfast pictured cost £5.80. As you'd expect for this price some of the ingredients aren't of the highest quality ie the sausages and eggs with pale yolks. The cafe is clean and the service is fine.

Good place to grab a breakfast. For a small price you get biggest meal ever.

Restaurant didn't deliver my order and was not contactable through the number provided on the web. 2 hours after submitting the order, said that the driver couldn't find the address and took the order back, and the driver never contacted me to ask for direction or help. Would not use this place again and would not recommend.

Placed order on uber eats but the food didn't arrive. When trying to call them I had no luck as the number didn't work. When ordering previously I have found they're always late.

Great cafe, food is always cooked to perfection

Order is over an hour late. Been provided with no update and we have to leave for some plans we’ve made. Unable to cancel order as told only 50% will be refunded. Why should I give you money for an order you couldn’t fulfil? This was just for a simple fry up.

If you like ants in your coffe please purchase here, if you don’t like ants in your coffee and soggy chips then I would recommend staying away from this very poor place. Disagraceful

Had the American breakfast with coffee and OJ was really good, friendly service

My toast was mouldy, bacon burnt and couldn’t even chew it and generally horrible and couldn’t eat it as was put of the food. Then when trying to ring them, no answer of the phone. Do not recommend

The worse cafe i have ever eaten in. Ordered cheese on toast for my boy and it was as follows; two slices of the cheapest white sliced bread with the cheapest cheese and then placed in the microwave. No toast involved. The chips were a mixture of freshly cooked and re-cooked which were dark and soaked in oil. Avoid this place!!

Great Customer service, tasty feshly cooked food and VERY generous portions...

You can get a good breakfast in many sizes. They do other meals but this is my first port of call if I have a long day ahead of me as I can last till dinner on one of their full English.

This place is dark, greasy and miserable, the toilets are an absolute dirty death trap, the food is horrible, most of it was obviously microwaved. No chance of me ever going in this dump again.

Visited this cafe a number of times, every time the staff have been excellent and have catered to what we wanted. The service has been fast and the food is delicious, cheap too. Highly recommend to anyone.

Whilst waiting for a bus, I spied this canary yellow cafe so popped in for a mug of tea as I could see the bus stop from the window. The whole place, including the staff, all looked a bit run-down and tired. Good job I wasn’t hungry or a non-meat eater as some of the most expensive items on the menu were vegetarian dishes.
