Combination kebab was seriously good.

Turkish sausage reminded me of a mummies finger, old, dry and flavourless. Generally disappointed in the overall meal, given the price I paid. Between supporting a local business or getting McDonald's - will probably be McDonald's next time.

The only slight gripe is that the hot food needs to be wrapped between bubblewrap insulation to be kept hot! The food and your restaurant is great. Ask your delivery people to wrap hot food better as it let's you down. x

Wrong order was delivered after nearly 2 hour wait contacted restaurant who said it was not there fault or problem and will have to get a refund from Just Eat. Disappointed and very hungry night ruined!

Couldn’t tell you what the food was like because it never got to us. Ordered through just eat and it got delivered to the wrong address. They are supposed to use a code to confirm delivery but obviously didn’t- or the drivers lied about it, they also did not try to call when they couldn’t find the house. £70 worth of food and not even an apology. Told to go through just eat for a refund and that’s about as much use as a chocolate kettle.

The delivery man was brilliant and friendly.

Despite the high price, there was very little meat in the mixed kebab. Tonnes of bread, rice and couscous though.

I've eaten here before and loved it unfortunately this time the food arrived cold and a sauce had leaked out and smothered the bread making it inedible. Just not the same quality as last time really disappointing 😕

Delicious food, excellent quality especially considering it was take away, a feast for meat eaters, vegans and picky kids all from the same place. Same price as pizza but so much better.

Our driver was an absolute delight, and came on time. The food was yummy and we appreciated the extra bread, veg and rice/bulgur. I will definitely order from this restaurant again.

No sauce despite asking for extra. So food was dry and nothing to eat with the bread. Very rude when I rang to ask for it and said it was in the bag. It wasn’t. Gutted as usually really nice. The woman I spoke to was rude and not at all helpful

I feel this was definitely worth the money and came earlier than expected. I was very impressed with mixed kebab and how it was presented and tasted. I would definitely recommend and it is worth the price (even though it may appear expensive)

Gutted, spent £45 on the meal for 2-3 as done previously. We were missing chicken shish, chicken wings, no couscous or rice. The tray is no way as full as what was included when we've ordered previous in the week. When placing the order, we were then delayed with the restaurant waiting to confirm the driver. Food arrived just warm. Sad because we thought we found a gem for dining out at home.

Huge portions of very tasty, food, delivered hot and on time. To be honest we could’ve got away with one portion between two of us it. Highly recommend.

I had the same meal 2 nights running while on a business trip . The food was excellent and so glad I tried something new. Will certainly order again next week when I am back again .

This isn't the cheapest place to get Turkish food, however it is my favourite. Food is authentic and reminds me of my childhood visiting my family in Cyprus. Portions are generous.

Plenty of delicious food, delivered when promised. Restaurant confirmed the order immediately and we got 20% off for cheeky Tuesday! So that was a bonus. Would order again for sure.

Amazing food. Ordered seasonal salad and rang to ask for no cucumber and onions. They were replaced by carrots and some jalapeños. Will order again. My favourite!

Mixed kebab was good King prawn starter disappointing definitely not king prawns the tiny little ones you get in a prawn cocktail and only 10 in the portion Chips were soggy but if you put them in a tin foil tray with a lid what are they to expect

Wow...just wow. Hands down, the best take away I have gotten in Norwich since moving here in 2006...the food is fresh, warm, got an extra rice dish. The salad is crispy, the dishes are well balanced. Absolute gold star to you guys. Delicious food and you have a new returning customer ☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered food before 23:00 and it got accepted for delivery. The app said that food should arrive at 23:24 but it hasn’t so I waited till 23:55 before they close and called them multiple times but they haven’t replied so I get to message them. First I was talking with the robot and then I think they gave me a real person to talk to. They said my order was cancelled without any reasonable reason. All they said was” I’m sorry for the inconvenience but the restaurant has closed their website “ and I explained that I ordered before they closed and I don’t understand why my order was cancelled. Last thing they said was”I understand how frustrating this situation might be for you Sandra “ it was my first time ordering from there and I’m disappointed

Thought I would try something different for a changed and had the ET Sote. As usual food arrived on time and was piping hott. Has to be said that the portion was ample for one person and full of flavour. Thank you Pasam, I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Really good food, arrived very quickly and they even threw in a bonus dessert! The Pasam special although down as being a meal for 2 would feed 4. Would definitely recommend.

After seeing other positive reviews I was very eager to try the food for myself. I was pleasantly surprised and I'm going to say that this is the best Turkish/Kebab shop in Norwich easily. I ordered the Chicken Shish which was very generous and tasty! The Bread and Sauces were exceptional. I've always felt ripped off for my money with other restaurants but not Pasam. 10/10

This is our second order from Pasam and we didn't think it could get any better but it has. Everything is super tasty and all homemade. Supersoft meat which is marinaded to perfection,homemade bread, perfectly spiced chilli sauce,rice & bulgur wheat to die for. You're doing an amazing job guys...keep up the good work

Wow. Simply amazing. Massive portion, obviously high quality ingredients, made really well. Free dessert as well! As a bit of feedback to the restaurant, the rice in the rice pudding was undercooked, and overly sweet in my opinion. But it was free, so I can’t fault you. Will be ordering again!
