Mega Munch in Norwich

Just had a pizza from here, the pizza tasted like chemicals. Thought it may just be me but my partner smelt it and thought the same. The entire order was not edible.

I ordered in afternoon to be delivered at 8:25 so I could get home from work before it arrived..it was delivered at about 7.45 luckily my son was home or I would of missed it..and because it was so early by time I got home it was cold..not happy

meat was tough, dry and over cooked. Salad was brown and nor very fresh (the lettuce anyway) been a year or so since our last order and that was great either so should oh known

Everything was cold and the chips were dry as anything. Won’t be coming here again

Delivery Driver was On-Time as Estimated Arrival and Polite at Front Door, on Doorstep. Everything I Ordered and Wrote In Notes was 100%, All Food was Hot. (InOrdered Lots - This Time, as I can Have these for Dinners Within Next Few Days. :) THANK YOU. Happy Customer Ordering Food Tonight.

Food was Delivered as Estimated, Polite Delivery Person Upon Arrival. Unfortunately My Dinner, Both Pizza was Not Temperature Hot-Hot and Cheesy Chips was Not how I Asked for, as I did Write an Attached Note when Ordering. There was Barely No Cheese on “Cheesy Chips”, Chips Temperature was little, also Barely No Burger Sauce, Side-Salad had Onions In it, which I did Write and Requested NO Onions. Sadly, this was Not the Best Takeaway I’ve Received Previously from MEGA MUNCH.

Missing cheesy chips and the sauce phones restaurant practically saying I lied😂

Never ordering from this place again! Had a special chicken kebab ordered through just eat! Chicken was very soft and squishy.. couldn’t eat any of it for £11.50 bit of a waste tbh.

Very surprised it was delivered on time as we are 20 minute drive in light traffic from mega munch and it was still hot. Great service and price

it was very late, and 2 pizzas were not what we ordered. am very disappointed and was refused a refund and did not get an extra item for the inconvenience!! Not Happy!!!

I put on the note not to press the Buzzer when the driver arrives as it was very late but the driver still did anyway ignoring my request

Me and my friends have an inside joke about ordering mega munch, because since 2013 it’s been terrible, none of us will ever use it and we see it as a meme. This time I took a risk as it was the only place open and to be honest it was OKAY. I felt satisfied after eating, but the flavour and texture was definitely not ideal. I wouldn’t recommend this place but if you’re low on money or it’s late, it’s worth the cheap price.

never arrived called the restaurant 4 times and got no where, says he couldn't find it but we get food regular here and you out the addess in and it comes up on Google maps, I told them this and yet no food and no deal answer just oh yeah hand on let me call the driver and nothing changes

Batter was awful, 1 piece of fish had only 1 side of batter, chips cold

The delivery was late but I was informed of this with a perfectly viable explanation

The highlight of my meal was the ketchup, Absolute shocking scran the curry sauce was the same consistency as water and had absolutely no taste the chips where so dark in colour and oily and the fish was definitely the worst peace of fish I’ve ever eaten

Deliver delivered 57 minutes lates, no real communication from staff, and the food was cold. I would order somewhere els, possibly Marinara as it is the better.

The delivery is still not here. Do not recommend.

Food was good was amazing. Let down by the fact the driver was trying to hit on my mrs with no teeth. Youve got no chance mate.

I've been ordering from this place for a while now and it's been pretty good but the last couple of times we've ordered it's been really bad, they've taken ages to deliver and had bits missing from order aswell as finding foreign objects in my food. I won't be ordering from them again.

food was late to be delivered and when it arrived I found a piece of glass in my chips, I spoke to them and they brought me fresh chips and gave us a free item, but still feel like they weren't particularly bovered. Absolute shambles.

I saw driver pull into my close at original delivery time about 7.40 then didn't come as far down as my house with his torch despite me waving at the window, he just drove off but then said it was delivered after contacting the restaurant they then changed the delivery time but my driver on the map was now in another village then obviously came back it was then 8.20pm

The meal was warmer this time for us all but the timing was bad still even though I’d ordered early and set a time.

I was disappointed as I ordered a calzone chicken bacon ham an mozzarella with bbq sauce it came no mozzarella and tomato sauce instead of bbq sauce

Order now late should have been originally 19:20 then they changed it to 19:35 still not arrived at 20:05 . you can't phone the restaurant as the the dial tone is a constant buzz. Service from the restaurant is a zero on the review. The main review would have been a zero as well but it wouldn't let post the review so had to put a single star

Tried to contact the restaurant to cancel as it was getting very late, over an hour and they finally turned up, driver said they had been busy and also had other deliveries, they tried to call the restaurant on their phone and were surprised they couldn't get through either. Food was cold and had to reheated asked for refund they refused inaccepted £6 but in all honesty I want a full refund and I shall not be using them again,

Food was a hour and a half late. When it arrived there was no apology, or excuse. Food was also stone cold. I would highly avoid this place. The reviews speak for themselves.

Asked for double olives on pizza but only got a small sprinkle aka standard amount for pizza… not worth the extra money paid for the pizza :( and chips where over cooked

I'll start with the good. the burger was lovely but the fish was well over cooked and the batter was so dry and hard that I just hacked it off to get at what was left of the dry plaice. The few chips that was with the fish were in just as over cooked and dry state as the fish and the chips were just as dry and over cooked in the cheesy chips. normally my food is very nice so I hope this was just a one off.

Took an hour and 45 minutes after the original estimate of 45 minutes after chasing the place a few times. When it arrived the Pizza was stone cold along with the chips that were also super greesy. horrible wait for poor food.

Cold food to greasy fish batter wasn’t cooked all mushy and chips were half cooked . All food tasteless greasy and should have ordered a McDonald’s.

Mishap on the app so i didn’t think it came as it said delivered but it had friendly staff and it was delivered on time greatly appreciate the service

waited 2 hours for my food. food came for my family, my food was missing. called about it, they said they will deliver the missing food in 15 minutes, an hour later my food finally came. the food was cold, i will not be ordering from here again as next time i will waste away from hunger.

Whole order completely inedible. No cheese on the chicken nuggets with cheese… The cheese burger was extremely dry with a postage stamp size piece of cheese. No wonder there is 40% off. Should have been a red flag in its self. I won’t be back

We have ordered oncd before and never had issues. tonight we ordered and unfortunately all our food was stone cold. It also arrived later than expected. Quite disappointed.

Food was cold and also could tell it wasn’t freshly cooked the chips was brown most of them was hard like stale chips me and my kids all couldn’t eat it. Was a waste of money and time orders at 2.30 arrived at 4.20

Answered the first call then no one spoke. When tried to call multiple times after they were all ‘user busy’ requested update via text which never came. Says food delivered but wasn’t.

The order took an hour to deliver no sorry over an hour it took for me to get my food and when I received it was cold. It was supposed to be here between 845 and 855. I only received it just now and it’s cold, so yeah, I’m not happy the fact my food took so long to get delivered.

Normally i would say the food is okay not the greatest and portion size can be small but this time the food was actually good, hot amd prtion size was good. The thing i always jad issues with was lateness of delivery but came on time and the driver was polite. Massive improvement guys 👍

The last 4 times I've ordered my loyalty stamp was not updated for this vendor I contacted them they referred me back to just eat obviously but no one wants to sort it , so I presume I just don't get discount loyalty?

The food was really late for a start, it was all cold and the scampi I ordered was tough and looked although it had been cooked hours earlier on, the savaloy was basically a mush consistency and it looked white to the point I believe it was undercooked. My partner got a kebab which was really dry and not at all nice, I would definitely say that the food quality is not top tier and is definitely cheap/microwaved.

called them after order was 20mins late, they told me it would be with me in the next ten mins. called them again another 20mins later and was told that he would call the driver and phone me straight back. I was about to phone again another 20mins later when it arrived cold.

The food was awful to put it politely the kebab had no salad other than onion and tomato and cucumber way too much onion the donner meat wasn’t cooked properly it all just tasted really bad won’t be ordering again

I ordered garlic bread with mushrooms and cheesed no mushrooms, I called to complain they replaced kabab and garlic bread second delivery still cold. mushy peas more like pea soup. chicken in kabab was tough and dry both times, replacement kabab arrived with different meat... not happy

Ordered a large kebab so expected a large, the pitta bread was large but as for the meat, that amount wouldn’t feed a 5 year old. The wrap was over cooked and parts of it were crunchy and had to be pulled off.Overall I won’t be using this place again

not bad but got one of the items on our order wrong. quality is fine.
