Lovely kebab wrap 🌯🧡 as always …

my order took 2 hours to come, was 50mins late and apparently mega munch gave me a free item to make up for leaving my son hungry..........Never got anything extra!!!!!

food is terrible i waited an hour for it!

Don't order from this place. Twice I've ordered - first time delivery took over 2 hours. Gave them benefit of the doubt but 2nd time it took nearly the same AND the wrong food was delivered. Really disappointing.

waited an hour and 20mins for my food to arrive no salt or vinegar on the chips food was stone cold completly unedible and had to ring the restaurant 3times asking where the driver was wont be ordering from here again

Received 2 pieces of fish 1 cod and 1 haddock both looked exactly the same! paid £3.70 for a large portion of chips that weren't there. The fish was OK but poorly cooked in old cooking fat. However on the bright side the curry sauce was really nice just a shame we had no chips to dip in it!

Delivery was quick and food was very tasty, so I’m happy with my order.

Food was cold, order was missing components and everything was cooked in old oil that hadn’t been changed in too long.

Food was lukewarm. Fish batter was so hard would break a tooth. Curry sauce congealed. We just couldn’t eat it and went straight in the bin. Very disappointed as this close to the coast we thought it would be great. The delivery guy was lovely and did struggle to find the airbnb we were in but found us through neighbours. Just a shame really as I don’t like to leave a negative review but we couldn’t eat this meal.

Chips arrived room temperature, pizza was cold, burger had a smidge of cheese but was at least got, never had issues before so hopefully this was just a bad day,at least the drinks came

Pizza was hard and cold and so thin the burger was barely even cooked at alllll!!!

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from, food was undercooked, cold chips were anaemic, battered sausage soggy and dripping in grease, burger not even delivered and when it was it was disgusting again dripping in grease, struggle to prove no. Delivery as disputed kitchen CCTV showed it was packed, DON NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE FOOD HYGIENE RATING 2 not surprised.

Pizza was dry and pretty cold wouldn’t recommend burgers were mid

Usually no issue with mega munch but today was different, not even half a portion of Donner meat and it was cold, also my saveloy was barley cooked and for some reason made my fingers red and stank of fish.

Forgot my drink, driver went back and got it and brought me a cold chocolate bar 10/10 service

Food was over an hour late, the food was practically cold and the burgers tasted funny.. don’t know if it was the sauce or salad in the burger but wasn’t pleasant, burger bun was hard, the fishcakes weren’t even fishcakes.. had some weird sauce in them. Really unpleasant experience. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this was bad.

My food has not turned up. I did not recieve a phone call or a buzz on the doorbell nothing at all.

stale chips and delivery was 50 minutes late and had no call or update, when i was walking towards the car to get the food the driver kept driving as i was waving my hands telling him to stop. having to reheat my food, normally mega munch is mega good food but this is mega bad.

Good pizza very cheesy was a little cold but was still good.

Food was fantastic as usual. It's a shame that when you pre- order it always seems to be 1/2 an hour late. Come on Megamunch, meet this challenge.

Had a shish kebab delivered and wedges. Kebab was almost cold and took 10 minutes to eat one piece of meat because it was overcooked and totally chewy so couldn't eat any more of it. Wedges were also tough so again, inedible.

Average quality. Battered sausage was poor. Full of grease and cheap meat. couldn't eat it. Lovely delivery driver.

Food fantastic, ordered it early to get our ideal time slot, but sadly it was late. Still recommend Mega Munch for great food.

Husband followed the order to the door. He enjoyed the large cod and chips with curry sauce. The special chicken kebab has changed in flavour. Not sure if it is better or not. Salad and pita bread was the same.

never recieved my food at all ket ringing restaraunt no answer paid nearyl £20 for delivery and never arrived but said it ws delivered and it was very upset and restaraunt has stole money from me cant believe this has happened

driver was great, right on time and very lovely. the pizza is nice, standard pizza delivery quality, but the fish and chips are lacking, a lot. we couldn't finish them so won't be ordering the fish or chips, but might get the pizza after a night out again.

Arrived around 6:30pm about 20 minutes later than the end of the time slot provided. The wedges were not fully cooked also a bottle of coke was delivered when I ordered and wanted 7 up.

Good for the price will definitely be ordering again.

regular customer will not be going back. Delivered completely wrong order managed to catch the decent driver he called Eric who kept arguing with driver who's fault it was 5 mins later .I was left with no food .No call from restaurant to apologise or anything. over 1 hour later driver turns up with my order I said I'm not paying full payment after all this so refused order. no sorry or a goodwill instead they probably just bin the food. Terrible customer service for a regular customer.

Expected delivery time 23:20-23:40. When the food hadn't arrived but in a request to see when it should be expected, time changed to 00:05. Food arrived 00:15. 35 minutes late. Chips & food was luke warm.

Pizza was exquisite, light crispy base. Delivery was very quick.

Everything I ordered was wrong apart from the bottle of coke, then had cheek to say it was because they didn't have the right ingredients, we got spicy fried chicken 2 nine inch margerias, we ordered a large meat feast and bbq wings we also had 2 burgers and the burger cheese was grated mozzarella absolutely pathetic!!! Then also wanted to come to my house at 1 30 in the morning to grab the rest of what had eaten in order to give a refund we obviously ate some because we were obviously hungry that was the whole point should be ashamed this place

All items were wrong ordered plain bbq wings 12 inch meat feast and 2 cheese burgers got hot spicy fried chicken 2 9 inch pizzas we also had 2 burgers and the cheese was mozzarella absolutely pathetic!! Rang to complain wanted to send someone to collect the food back at 1:45 in the morning in order to refund us we ate part of the meal because we were obviously hungry!!! No body even turned up either, They got it completely wrong we shouldn't have to go hungry too! £40 for a bottle of coke!!!!!!

Sadly was an hour late. Delivery ordered at half four, eta was half five, didn't come until 6.45. Food was cold, but good quality. One item missing, but they subbed in something else, so that's fine. Normally at least four stars, so this one was a bit disappointing. Still, one of our fave takeaways.

12” severely lacking toppings. Wrap next to no meat. But 9” pizza has got lots of toppings on. Don’t get it. Always order from here. Not good tonight

very slow delivery, no updates and when it did arrive it was obvious the pizzas had been sitting for a while. They were not hot and eating the pepperoni was like chewing on a welly boot. I don't like wellies as a food.

Extremely poor. Kebab looked like it had been thrown into the box. Chicken nuggets and fish bites were soggy. Chips didn’t taste fresh. Drinks were warm.

Found the pizzas were not cooked properly still slightly doughy on bottom, had to put them in our own oven to finish the cooking. Not happy

Great food, except driver had no change, claimed to my partner they'd been waiting 30 minutes, and took £20 for a £12 delivery, stating they had no change. As a regular, I'm probably not going to order again from them for delivery, and as I don't go out much, probably won't ever eat there again. sad times, but not a wonderful experience.

food arrived 45 minutes late , I asked for a partial refund and was refused with the restaurant telling just eat that they gave me something off the menu free of charge when they did not do. I will not be ordering from here again. The chips were not cooked properly and were still hard. the bread bap was all soggy, awful service, food wasn't even ordered during the dinner rush so no reason for it to be so late.

Never even turned up, mega much said ‘car broke down, will be with you in 5 minutes’ how is that even possible if your car broke down. Very disappointing, will not be ordering from here again!

I ordered food scheduled for delivery at midnight and it's nearly 3am and that food never turned up. Never ordering from here again.

Our fault for ordering from someone who is so far away from us. Cold again.

what a difference from last time. everything was tasty. the fish was delicious although a tad greasy, the pizza was yummy and crispy too and the meat in the kebab was tasty! Well done kitchen people. 😀

Pizza was fantastic, one of the better take away pizzas, chips were piping hot and nice and chunky, burger was also a great size- nice and big. Delivery was early by 5 minutes so was very impressed, will definitely order again

You used to get a good sized portion of chips from here but now for the same price you get less than half the size of the normal portion you used to get for the same price. Don’t think I’ll be going here again unless I’m really really drunk.
