Pizza Go Go Ip3 in Ipswich

Went in and server was clearly distracted while ordering, had to repeat multiply times as he kept looking at a phone and to do other things. No uniform/scruffy clothes. We thought it couldn’t be that bad and then straight after cutting a meat pizza went to cut my vegetarian pizza with the same pizza cutter, they obviously have to regard for allergens and general food safety. They then forgot some parts of our order and gave not even an apology.

Ordered a pizza to collect last night, GoGo special it was fantastic, the base was light and crispy, the topping was plentiful and non greasy, the box showed no signs of cheese grease. Would highly recommend great product and hood value for money

My go-to pizza place in Nacton. I'd recommend calling up because you can always get a good deal on the larger pizzas and they are really hospitable when discussing value! The pizza is always great, and delivery drivers are always kind and respectful. I'd recommend the chicken hot, with extra chillies, and sour cream dip!

We have used Pizza Go Go many times when having family over and pizzas are always fresh and excellent quality. Excellent staff and great value!

Lovely Pizza , open all hours, even Xmas day! Staff are very friendly and it appears very clean, they are on just eat, but worth getting your car out! Prices double on there!

the pizzas have got better and good price for the Super, especially if you collect. toppings fairly generous and free dip and 3 chocolates a nice gesture.

I've been going for a while at Pizza Go Go they do very nice pizzas to your requirements. Never been disappointed Kids enjoy as well only thing is they should use the red tandoori chicken tastes better Shop front looks great keep the good work up guys

The pizza it’s self tasted so bad in this particular occasion. I order from here quite a lot so I expected it to just be normal. But I had one slice and the taste had a horrible after tang to it. Just ended up throwing it away because it was awful. £14 down the drain.

Food as always hits the spot from here. Never too greasy and always puts plenty of toppings on an even spread. Pretty much my go-to if I fancy pizza here.

Food arrived nice and warm. Everyone must try the churros desert hmm... should of ordered two portions.!! Very nice meal.

Wether we pop in, call up or use the website this local pizza place is excellent. A wide range of pizzas and other foods on offer. Good prices and often 'in house' deals. We always receive a polite, fast service. Just ordered online, website is easy to use and gives you lots of options and choices. Came within 20mins. Just as good as a Papa John's or Dominos! But better value for money.

I love pizza gogo. The good is always amazing and you can tell it's always fresh produce used and freshly made. It's always good delivery time and the staff are always really nice and friendly. Definitely my favourite pizza takeaway.

Rude that the delivery guy knocked on the glass of my door with his car key after only 2 secs after ringing the bell. Open the food to find the food is burnt. Had a go at eating the lasagne however had to remove an inch of cheese before getting to the pasta and hardly any meat in it. The spaghetti was burnt and inedible along with the chicken and garlic bread. The dessert of chocolate cake was still frozen. Not impressed with the rude chef who we spoke to for a refund who demanded to come to my property and check the food. This is unacceptable. Had to speak to a member of just eat to sort this out and they were helpful. They rang the company and got the same response we did however managed to get a refund for us. Thank you.

I was dismayed to realise the dragon wings were not made from real dragons. However, the food was so delicious and arrived so quickly (I would give 7 stars since I was only waiting 10 minutes before it arrived) that I shall overlook the lack of mythological creature treats. Will definitely use again!

Called and cancelled. 2 hours later woke the family up.

Pizza was horrible & they forgot to deliver 1 of the 2 items ordered, refused to bring the forgotten item back. And it was 45 mins late, will never be using them again

Absolutely rubbish. I ordered for a delivery to my houses half 3 in the morning New Years Eve but then went down to my boyfriends(which is 4 doors down from mine) tried to call to change the delivery address but was aggressively told that they were shut and werent delivering anymore (even though the just eat app said they shut AT 4) so we stood outside my house for the order- which the app said would be delivered at half 4. We waited until 10 past 5, nothing was delivered but the app said it was delivered at half 4, which is rubbish. I paid for something which was never delivered. Shocking service.

Really disappointed I know it was New Years but to take 1 hour anyway for it to say it would arrive for just 1 pizza was bad enough. The pizza actually took 1h 45 mins to arrive even after calling the shop he didn't apologise his excuse was he shouldn't have left the shop open late? He didn't add anything extra to the order or take any discount off. Disappointed I don't think I will be going back any time soon.

Delivered promptly by a very friendly and polite delivery man. Pizzas tasty and enjoyed by crazy 11 yr old girls at a sleep over .good value for money .

Took almost 2 hours between order placed and food to be delivered.

Last order was marked delivered 10 minutes before actual delivery, but this time it was delivered a full 25 minutes before the predicted time! Very happy with the service!

Chicken wings were very small size, no dips with chicken wings or chicken bites.

The food is all pre prepared, nowhere near as good as other pizza shops. Tastes cheap. Infact it's made my hangover worse! The order was 25 minutes late so I can honed up...no apology, as a result of it being in the delivery drivers car for so long, the boxes had condensated and made the food soggy.

Food arrived before estimated time. It was oven hot . We have never been let down by pizza-gogo . I must say that they have a big name in Ipswich now almost all the people i know use them in Ipswich. Highly recommended for pizza lover . Driver was lovely Food was excellent and worth every penny Service 10/10 Quality you can't moon ;)

Food was really good, nice delivery driver, but 1/2 hour later than suggested....

Food was nice but came 45 minutes ahead of time requested therefore we had to leave it and come back to it due to our baby, by which time it was cold and had to be reheated. Tasted nice though.

Delivery was slow, driver then spent 18 mins on the phone to me unable to find address, he refused to use his sat nav for some reason. When the food got here it was somewhat disappointing, pizza nice but cold by this point. Soggiest onion rings I have ever encountered. Had to walk 10 mins to meet driver when he gave up trying, what a joke. Couldn't enjoy my food as I spent the whole time lamenting the money I wasted.

Lovely. Faster than planned too. If I had to give any creative criticism I'd say their pizza cutter should be a little sharper as slices had to be ripped.

This is the best ever takeaway i have ever had. They have very delicious and fresh ingredients. I called up to make some changes in my order and they sorted it out so nicely for me. They were really polite over the phone so the delivery guy was. I would give it 10/10 and highly recommend

We had terrible stomachs and diorhea after eating the kebab pizza Sunday afternoon

The food came late and they delivered by Bolognese with cheese on it. It does not give new customers the option to request cheese or no cheese as an added extra. When i called to ask them, they said it comes with cheese and if i wanted one without i would have to pay for it. Never ordering from them again. They are rubbish.

The food was amazing and the delivery service was so quick I ordered at 20:25 and it told me I would get it my order till 21:10 and the order arrived at 20:45. Amazing service.

Estimated time was 13:35, that's fine.. until it says delivered 13:45... with no Pizza. Called up - "It will be 2 minutes, no 15 minutes" - No pizza after 15 minutes. Called up again "It will be 2 minutes". Finally arrives at 14:20. The Pizza was OK but I won't be ordering from here again. Shoddy service.

It was alright but that was because I was starving, the driver was late (I'd ordered for 2pm and it came at 2:20) and the food was'nt hot.

They have always been so Good!! I like the taste of their pizza . I tried lot more places but couldn't get the service they provide.

Pizza very small and not much topping. Potatoe skins are the same as I can get from the supermarket. Bad value for money. Avoid.
