Great price great food could not complain

Avoid avoid !! They delivered my order what was wrong So I called them and they was very rude on the phone I will not be ordering again !!

Awful service, pizza was average/below and took so long to arrive. Don't come here.

I’m going to get right down to what you chaps want to know about this place! The staff are one of a kind and the nicest people I have ever met in my life, the pizza is perfect after a cheeky night out on the sesh in Hitchin. The food is full of nutritional value and is absolutely spot on. There is no place like this and I honestly think any other Pizza gogo in the UK should have a look at the one of a kind operation they are running here. Keep up the good work lads I’ll be back for another pizza soon!

Ordered 2 thin crust pizza on line costing £35.98 including delivery, received 1 thin and 1 thick crust, rang to arrange replacement but apparently it was my error despite checking my online order which confirmed both thin. Was told replacement was to be sent but after 20 mins waiting rang again and was told no replacement was being sent. Won’t be using these muppets again.

Pizza was lush and delivery driver followed instructions I left when ordering. Will order again.

I ordered from here for me and my mum we got two pizzas ,cheesy garlic bread ,bbq chicken wings and a kinder bueno milkshake waitied about 40 minutes for the driver to turn up on the phone he was to concentrated talking to whoever was on the phone that he ended up dropping the cheesy garlic bread which lead to the chees being stuck to the top of the box he did not apologise he just looked at me waiting for me to pick it up he also forgot my milkshake so I called up and they said they will send a delivery driver out with it when it got here it was dry not milkshake like and it tasted like I was drinking sand I am disappointed with this

Amazing beef pizza and spring onions!

Won’t be ordering from here again after tonight. Pizza is great but the delivery guy needs to learn to not talk to customers like s*** just because HE failed to read the delivery note regarding calling due to our door buzzer not working.

Worst ever.! They don’t value of the time.! Pizza was cold as well.! Answer over the phone was not satisfied as well. Ultimate not happy with all the service they did. Really disappointed!.

Cold, damp, raw pizza and garlic bread which would be mistaken as charcoal. Won't be coming back here again.

This place ripped me off by saying they tried to deliver but couldn’t! I was outside waiting plus had my phone on me and ordered 2 hours before I needed it! Complete joke! Rang the shop for the manager to call me a C U N T! Can’t believe the language used

No STARS!! Waited for over an hour and 40 minutes for our food!! Called twice as we live close! Told it was on the way and that the driver had forgotten our jalapeños and had to go back for them! ….we didn’t order jalapeños!! Turned up late, cold! Spoke to staff member to be told there was nothing he could do!! Will not be ordering for here again!! It was disgusting!! Wasted money!!

Disgusting - I was in the shop and I saw the manager coming in - first he parked the car outside on double yellow line then without washing or wiping his hands he started preparing the pizza doughs. No gloves - scratching his sweaty neck and head without gloves and continued making pizzas. I feel sorry for their customers. No regards to health and safety. May God save us from these dodgy businesses.

Open late when you want to find some food after a few jars

Have ordered a couple of times in the last 3 weeks for delivery. Both times, the pizzas have arrived quickly, still hot and with plenty of toppings. We have the thin base and with the nice spread of toppings, this has become our favourite place for pizzas. The dip is a lovely bonus! Always delivered by such a friendly driver as well.

Better value deals than dominoes with a better topping selection currently

I originally went on just eat but then went directly through the website. Smooth experience and the lady who delivered was so polite and courteous. My partner who doesn’t like cheese orders without (weirdo) and he loved it. Will be returning for the good value and high customer service!

Very poor customer service. I ordered a pizza online, my money was taken from my account, no pizza. I phoned Hitchin Pizza Go Go, and was told it was nothing to do with him and to phone Head office to sort it out. I called HO and got no answer so left a message to call me, no call back. I called Go Go and was told that I had to pay again. No one is taking responsibility. Has anyone else had a bad experience with Pizza Go Go?

Decent enough pizza I guess, but good god, the cost!! Ordered a take out via Just Eat and two pizzas, one small one medium (just about enough for two people with light appetites) cost about £33... I could go to Pizza Express and eat in for two, with beer, for less. If I spent £33 at Curry Express I could feed a family of 4, not two church mice. Not a thin crust, more an American style pizza and horrendous cost, I will not be back.

3 friends bought 3 pizzas last night all woke up with really bad stomachs in the early morning. Read into that what you will but I won't be buying ever again

Have used this place for nearly 4 years. Service has always been hit and miss, have previously left a 4 star but never felt that it has been as bad as it was today. Food was wrong, drinks were wrong although tasted as good as can be expected but was spoken to so poorly by the operator I asked to speak to the manager. Said he had ‘popped out for 5 minutes’ and would call me when he was back. 20 minutes later no call so called back again and was told I could have a £5 pound voucher and he would speak to the guy that got it wrong. Said sorry but absolutely wasn’t, just sounded like he wanted to get me off the phone even though I calmly explained that I didn’t want money, I just wanted the attitude and issues to be acknowledged. Shame that the manager is so sh1t otherwise would certainly of continued to use. Someone get that guy some training and an attitude adjustment.

Pizza came early, food tasted good delivery guy was polite couldn't ask for anything else. Banging grub.

The pizza was really good but the chocolate fudge cake arrived in plastic packaging and was still frozen, with no instructions on how to warm it up or if it was meant to be eaten warm at all. I could have bought a chocolate fudge cake from Sainsbury's for that price if I wanted to defrost it myself.

Simply the best pizza place around the area.Never fail to make a great pizza. The delivery driver is always very friendly and goes the extra mile. Can't ask for more thanks guys.

My new best pizza house the food is amazing and always hot. Fast delivery whenever and whatever time we order will never go anywhere else for pizza.

Monday night must be ration night. Toppings very scarce. Dough very thick and undercooked and despite being a regular customer the dips were not complimentary. Overall 1 out of 10

The 1star is generous.... please note note received the food year so this is strictly on the experience so far. I put in different address and ordered my food. People at restaurant said they will make it and deliver it to the WRONG address even if no body is there!! Ridiculous!! Anyway, some guy with no customer service ( I wasn’t a said either) got really rude with me and hung up. Bare in mind I was only calling to help them out to direct them as we are in a new estate and no currently on the map so was trying to be helpful. So... 10 mins later I get a call from the delivery driver expecting him to be very close as we ordered the food 25 mins ago, to then have a different guy (delivery guy) already with attitude asking where I am, I explained where we are and he didn’t seem interested, as if he already had a bee in his Bonnett. Blame his colleague with 5 brain cells! Anyway he also needs up hanging up on me. So basically no expectations on the food that I spent £27 on!!!! This is the only restaurant this app could offer. Will 100% be deleted once we have received the most probably awful food and I will spread the word around this area and Hitchin. Well done pizza gogo. I hope u all find jobs when u close and learn from your mistakes. Dreadful!!!!

Asked for the "create your own" pizza and explained my toppings were due to allergies. Following this, waited for an hour for my pizza to be delivered but still did not arrive even though I was told 45min wait. I called an hour after delivery and was told the driver should be with me shortly and explained I would not accept a cold pizza. Delivery driver finally arrived 1hour and 15minutes later and after checking the pizza I explained it was cold and I would not accept this. The driver called his boss who said i had to accept it and he would discount the price of the pizza (£5 off my order- I could buy a hot pizza from Sainsbury's for 10 minutes and I would still get it home hot! I only wish they delivered), but this was not the point! The manager spoke to me over the phone and told me I was "a pain in the arse from the start" and proceeded to put the phone down on me. Poor service and extremely rude workers. Would not use them again!

Just ordered food then to get a message that my order was rejected because I wasn’t ordering a pizza. My order consisted of sides, pasta and drinks which in total was under £23. It’s £20 minim to get delivery and it’s states nowhere on the site you must buy a pizza to place an order. I rang up and all I got was no sorry darling. Clearing miss leading and won’t be ordering from you

Food is OK but it does stay open a lot later than the other pizza places.

Quality pizza, endless selection of toppings and bargain compared the the big guys a few doors up. Good vegetarian options and with regards the meat - BBQ ribs best I have had in a long while! Honestly, recommended.

Great selection of vegetarian pizzas, and veggie and vegan sides, just need to make the pizzas vegan-friendly! :)
