The chicken and the batter tasted so different and really salty, I also got a chocolate gateau slice and it was so small and I paid £4 for it, I can go to the shop and buy a whole cake for that price it’s ridiculous, won’t be getting again!

They always give a really friendly service! I have always had fantastic food from them & iv been going to them since they first opened highly recommend them! Excellent service & excellent food! 😎👌

Have ordered from here a few times , but seems to be getting worse. chips were not cooked at all and chicken was raw called to complain and response was they don’t know what you want me to do no one else has complained

Food is on point. Definitely go. Even if you're a bit out the way, it's worth it!!! Well priced and big portions. As for flavour, that's for you to find out. My mouth is watering thinking of it. I'm getting it again, see you there!!

Nice juicy chicken. The ribs were awful! No meat on them and what little meat that was on them was dry and tough like old boots. Sadly i cant recommend the ribs. Sorry :(

Ordered delivery on Sunday evening (pepperoni pizza and a chicken strips meal) and the food made myself and my partner extremely ill. When we contacted the vendor for a refund this was denied - will not be returning and would not recommend.

The delivery took to long that on arrival the food was cold. It would have been much better if it was at least warm, I would order from here again but I would collect and save myself the £2.50 delivery fee. The chilli cheese nuggets had gone hard where the cheese wasn't hot, the chicken wrap was really tasty but again not so good cold.

Just reopened and thought I'd have a piece of chicken and chips and it was £5.30!! Make it a meal for £7.30! Is this for real??? Don't like knocking small local businesses down but that's a bit much. Won't go back as there is many other chicken shops about.

As I passed realised it was open again after fire, have to say was worst spicy wings and chips I have ever had. Wings had 2 bones but absolutely no meat on them and chips wouldn't be enough for a child. Go to the station next time as much better value for money. Eight wings with hardly any meat with a dozen fries was £7-00 Never again 😒

I’m fussy and I was extremely impressed, the food arrived for delivery within 15 mins ! The portions were very generous, the food was piping hot! The order was exactly what I ordered! The chips you could tell were freshly cooked just as with the fillet burger! The best take away delivery I’ve ever had thank you.

Attached is a piece of chicken we received. Apparently it’s cooked. I was given a replacement meal however to be told this is cooked and then blacklisted by the shop because I complained is beyond comprehension! I will never eat here again and I am not looking forward to the next 24hrs!

Food was cold. 9 of the smallest mushrooms and cheese £7?????? Calzone was the size of a small pizza.... hardly any filling ,all dough £11??? And cheeky shots charged £5 delivery...... last time we use this shop. Shameful

I ordered a chicken burger meal for me and my son but he gave up waiting and went out. The order was 2 hours late and I had to call the restaurant. It was warm which was a bonus but not overly enjoyable as there was an after taste I didn’t like. I didn’t know if it was from the chips or the burger but it tasted odd and took ages to shift. I won’t be ordering from here again,

Had chicken n chips a good few times last month and recently today,nice chcicken with decent chips,other places had rotten chips,used rubbish potatoes and they were sick.This place does keep up it's great work.

I have bought from here 4 a number of times. l visually order a mix of food eg mix eg chicken, wings, ribs, chips. l have always had to wait over 20 mins for my food watching others coming into shop and getting food before me. l have never received the complete order eg an item will be short or missing all together. l assume this happens to others so must be common practice for profiteering. Won’t use any more. Food is so so.

Always fast delivery, great salad, fresh and crunchy and well cooked chicken with great chili sauce.

The food took an hour and a half to be delivered. When it arrived it was all soggy like it had been sat for ages. Tried to complain and was shouted at and they were aggressive. Went to the shop to try and sort it out and was met with aggession and hostility. Terrible place. Do not order from them.

Been ordering from USA for about 2-3 years now and can honestly say every time we’ve ordered it’s just gotten worse and worse, the chicken is very inconstant and mostly dry while you have the salad that tastes like it hasn’t been washed and is discoloured. I ordered a chicken wrap and the mayo tasted like like vinegar and raw tomatoes honestly not impressed and won’t be ordering again. Not to mention I’ve been in the shop itself plenty of times and never felt welcome! Just overall not happy and will be ordering from a different chicken shop from now on!

We managed to get 2 chicken burgers in the lockdown as a treat last week from here (we only went here as one of the only places open). Initially thought it’s an ok chicken burger... but mine was hard halfway through, the actual meat under the batter so I only ate half of it. My boyfriend ate all his. My poor boyfriend ended up that ill, he got gastroenteritis!!! 2 paramedics, 4 sets of meds and 4 days later, he’s finally managed to start feeling better. I had some symptoms too for 3 days. Now, having read all the bad reviews involving chicken burgers, I’d say there IS a problem here !!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STOPPING HERE

The food there is cooked at a very high standard the staff are always so nice to people their chicken they have there is fried so nicely to its crispy outer shell to its soft tender chicken I would highly recommend this place for a snack with your friends or just to pick something up for dinner.

Phoned up to make a complaint about food that wasn’t cooked and the guy argued with me swore down the phone and told me I was black listed all because I phoned up to make a complaint 🤯 will not be ordering from these again! Rude and very unprofessional would not recommend!

My boyfriend went to get us chicken burger and chips , when he returned with the food I could smell the fat of the food . I kept an open mind as I know I do have really sensitive nose , on opening the yellow container the smell of the old fat from the chips were over powering . I tried a chip and it tasted disgusting . I picked my burger up to eat it but once again I could smell fat . I looked at the burger and it was pink grey , I tried to eat it but it tasted sour . The smell was awful and the chicken was cold . I told my boyfriend if he was to eat that food he would be ill . We took the food back and the guy who served us said that he would talk to the chef , I said I would recommend that they change the fat what they cook in as it smelt disgusting. We got our money back . I would not recommend anyone to eat here as it really is the worst take away ever

Good range of southern fried chicken, good deals, cheap but good quality. Don't forget the good quality and range of pizza and burgers. I recommend this fast food outlet.

Really disappointed as I was looking forward to some fried chicken which I don't have very often. The food took about an hour to arrive and I think it must have been sitting around for most of that time as it was almost cold when we received it. The wings were soggy and the ribs absolutely awful, tough, grizzly and covered in some sort of mushy sauce. The salad was OK and I wish I hadn't eaten the rest of the food as my stomach was in protest for the rest of the evening.

Been ordering from here for over ten years, never once have I felt the need to complain. Food is delicious, love the chips and the pizzas are amazing and reasonably priced. Staff are always helpful and delivery is great as a no longer drive. Always recommend to my friends and family .

Best chicken takeaway in the area. Wings have great flavour. The chips are great as well. Don't taste like the bland boring chips most takeaways sell. Recently achieved 5 star hygiene rating as well to take them to another level. A credit to Letchworth.

Just poor! We live close by to this takeaway and 8 times out of 10 they say oh can’t you pick it up? I’m sorry but after a 12 hour shift at work that’s the last thing I want to do and I am paying extra for a delivery so I expect a delivery! So when they do deliver they are always late and soggy chips but now is the last straw I have a hungry four year old waiting for his food and time is ticking it’s been over an hour and a half and bed time has been and gone! And still no food! After calling them twice I get excuse after excuse and the meal is just absolute pants! What the hell guys!!!!! Wake up and get customer service training! And learn how to cook food properly!

Best takeaway in Letchworth Garden City

I use this place all the time. Geat that they now deliver to work address so it saves me having to pop out. Fast and good value for money

A group of friends and I ordered food after a few drinks - and let’s face it - after a few drinks you’d eat anything, anyway the food arrived and every single one of the meals the ‘fries’ were soggy and grosse. I think it’s the containers they put the food in. Obviously hot when it goes in, then they shut the lid and it steams I’m into a mash. Food undercooked. No one could eat their meals. Waste of money. They have gone downhill. Even if I was starving hungry and it was the last place on earth, I still wouldn’t use this place.

I've been using this takeaway for about 6 years and in my opinion this was the best takeaway in Letchworth for fast food. Over the past few months the prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. Ordered my last meal from them yesterday and disappointed is an understatement, the chips were soggy and chewy and the chicken was dry as the Sahara Desert, not exactly sure what has happened but I won't be returning.

For the last several months this place has gone down hill. The chicken and rib meal has gone down to one rib.....The chips don’t taste half a good as they used to ie: they haven’t got that herby taste...And well tonight the ribs were disgusting tasted like the bbq sauce was burnt. Won’t be using these anymore.

Placed an order over the phone, specifically stated in my kebab I wanted only lettuce and cabbage, I had no lettuce but had cucumber and tomato, after ringing them up and explaining that the reason I asked for only lettuce and cabbage was because I'm allergic to cucumber the boss called me a lier down the phone and refused to do anything about the order, the food literally looked like it came out of a tin of dog food, avoid at all cost

Every two weeks we order from here for work. It's a great service and food is enjoyed by all. Would recommend.
