DONT ORDER FROM HERE THEY LIE AND UNHELPFUL..

Came in, got a small pizza between two. Friendly staff, order took a while to come out considering its small size. Pizza was good, especially for a small place.

Ordered at half 10 and it’s now 12 and still haven’t received my order, i called up 5 times and no one has bothered to answer or even cancel the order

Decent pizza. We had the kebab pizza. Really nice, hot and fast.

First time we used pizza gogo. Our order was late so I phoned to check they hadnt delivered to the wrong address as others have done in the past. When they answered I politely explained and the guy with a thick accent stated that it would be with me shortly. I asked if he knew my address and he was very rude, he very abruptly said it would be 5-6 minutes and hung up the phone. He didn’t knowwho I was or where I lived. I’m disgusted with the way I was treated and I won’t order from them again

Never go there as they ask u that your order is ready but when u pay then they start saying 10 mins and start taking more time

Really dont understand how my address is too far in waltham chase but they will deliver 2 miles further to bishops waltham absolutely fine, think they need to sort their computer system out instead of saying they can for £5 delivery and then once ive tried ordering they then say minimum of £30 its TOO FAR

This is how I received my delivery pizza tonight I called up spoke to manager and I wasn't believed he wanted proof of this.

Best place for pizza cheap too ohh plus not greasy like the others

Good pizza, cheese sticks and chicken bites aren't all that but I've always liked the pizza at this place, I wanna say it's better than Dominos

So this should be a double pepperoni pizza.. When i called the restaurant they said the pizza guy is new 😐 and when i order next time i will get one free 🤣. Is literally 3 ingredients on a pepperoni pizza, how can you miss the pepperoni? Its in the name 🙄. 25 pounds and 1 hour for 1 pizza and 6 cheese sticks... From 4 miles away 😂 my god...

Nothing wrong with the food at all, lovely food. However every time I call for a rough time the food will be delivered the staff are always rude. Appalling customer service skills and worse people skills.

So I order through their basic website and have to wait about 40 minute for something that should be delivered in 30. I don't mind that. I specify a contactless delivery, indicating that the food should be left on the floor, this didn't happen. I take the food inside, realise that I had been given the wrong order so call the store. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but the pizza's toppings would put me into anaphylactic shock. If the delivery driver won't give me a virus that may kill me, the food would. Anyway, the woman that I spoke to said that she'd sort it and 20 minutes later the same delivery driver comes back with my order, wants the wrong order back and then doesn't apologise or show any appreciation for me not calling the police for possibly being an accessory to murder. Sat down and the pizza is, obviously, room temperature with inedible cookies. Do yourself a favour and use Domino's or swallow sandpaper, either way would be a more enjoyable meal.

Ordered the food for 13:30 pickup on Just Eat at around 1pm. Arrived by 13:25 and was told to wait 5-10 minutes for the food which was completely understandable. Then it got to 13:40 and I was told to just wait 5 more minutes as the wings needed to cook. It took them until 13:55 to give me my order when it should have been ready 25 minutes before. I was only given one update and no apology at all throughout the entire waiting period. I had even gone up to the till after 20 minutes of waiting, where a man who looked like the 'manager' completely blanked me. I have never put in a complaint for awful customer service but the fact that I was blanked and hardly acknowledged while I was the only person waiting was just unbelievable. At least the food was decent, shame the staff weren't.

Very bad customers service. So rude people working here, they did mistake and they said chicken it's chicken just eat. Never order again.

Disgusting customer service, ordered 3 whole chickens and was delivered only breasts and was not informed about this at any point. When I called to make a complaint they responded and I quote " chicken is chicken just eat it. " Worst customer service.

Very good food - extra hot chicken is one of the best I’ve had. Convenient location but parking is difficult.

If going to have such a diverse menu need to be able to coordinate and get timings better as half stuff cold and soggy by the time other things cooked. Won't go back staff disinterested and shop full of noisy teenagers

Best pizzas in fareham but confusing menus. Buy xl pizza £7.99 on collection or £16 for two pizza 🍕 called buy one get one free on collection! Firecracker chicken wigs are lush and the garlic sizzler pizza 🍕

This store manager is very rude and not professional. I order food and ask delivery for 12 o'clock midnight and I request 10 minutes can be late or early that's fine. But my food was here 11:30pm half an hour early. When I call to fareham branch that manager said if u got problem next time don't order and driver took food back to store. I never ever see like that kind of service. I will try my best no one can go to fareham branch even I have to do struggle or spend my money for that. I want those people who had bad experience from them please like my comments so I'll be know how many people got problems from them. I'll complain to fareham council as well and this proof I got.

This is the BEST pizza place in town. Half the price (if you collect) from all its competitors! Why go anywhere else? Just go, go to PIZZA GOGO! Situated on the middle of Fareham high street it has a car park behind the premises (pay and display 70p per hour) friendly staff and the manager knows his stuff and always happy to swap out items or change ingredients to suit your every need (some other joints not to name names don't or will refuse this.). This is what a pizza place needs to be. Go here for PIZZA GOGO!

I visit GoGo for dinner 2-3 times per month. Tonight, I ordered a chicken - mushroom pasta (£4.99). Staff: friendly / sociable. Quality of food: edible (but 5 times better than in the other take-away restaurants in West Street). Environment: Eating in should be avoided during cold winter nights, because the staff tend to leave the door open. Hygiene: The trace is not frequently cleaned. Tip: If you want to eat pasta, take a plastic fork from home with you.

For 2 large pizzas 1 dip wouldn't even give one per pizza without extra charge. Cold by the time it got to me and hard crusts avoid if you are not near the store.

I have not physically been here but they do amazing food that can be ordered online. Sometimes a bit behind but they are only a little shop so it is too be expected. 100% would recommend.

Lousy service took over an hour to cook and deliver on a Monday evening so will not be using them again. Best bet is to go elsewhere!

Fanatic pizzas at a really good price with the added bonus that there is a seating area in here as well. We've eaten here a few times & never been disappointed.
