Pizza Go Go East Ham in Newham

Nice pizza but I ordered a 15 inch not a 12inch. Brother went to collect it and only seen the pizza when arrived home. Not acceptable to be taking money for a 15 inch and getting a much smaller pizza. Just a scam if you ask me

Before you order from here I would think 10x. The person making the pizza had he’s blue gloves on and itching he’s hair not once but about 3 times. Then he cut the pizza with the some gloves. The 2 workers look like they haven’t had a bath for 2 weeks. I leave the rest to you, to decide if you want to eat from here. To the owner of the restaurant, I would advise you to get workers that know what hygiene is not the ones from abroad.

Dear Pizza GoGo Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received from your East Ham branch on [insert date here], following an order placed via the Uber Eats app. After placing my order, I waited for over an hour and forty-five minutes with no delivery. Concerned, I called the shop directly, only to be informed that I had canceled the order — something I did not do. Strangely, I then received a notification while still on the phone that the order had been canceled. What followed was completely unacceptable. The staff member abruptly said, “It’s canceled, bye,” and hung up. When I attempted to call back, my calls were ignored. I tried again using a house phone, and when I asked why I had been hung up on, the person on the line laughed and hung up again. I called one final time and questioned why customers are treated in this way, only to be told that the store was “very busy,” with no apology or acknowledgment of the poor handling of the situation. This is, without question, the worst customer service experience I have encountered. The rudeness, laughter, and dismissive attitude displayed by your staff were not only unprofessional, but downright disrespectful. I will not be purchasing from Pizza GoGo again, and I intend to inform others of this experience. I expect a formal apology and an explanation regarding the behavior of the staff involved. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when things go wrong.

Tried the pizza from Go Go Pizza East Ham and was seriously let down. The crust was dry and chewy, the cheese tasted cheap, and the toppings were sparse and lacked flavour. Worst part — the chicken on the pizza was clearly a mix of old and new, with a weird smell and texture. It felt like no care was put into making it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a proper pizza.

After 2 years I decided to give them another chance. Took them one and half hour to deliver. I also paid for 3 dips but got only 2. Terrible service

This greedy greedy store had the audacity to send a driver to my house insisting I pay them £1 to cover the costs of a substitution of an item I ordered being out of stock. It’s disgusting how they felt that £25 quid wasn’t enough money already paid for a below average small cold pizza, 4 overcooked cold cookies and a measly box of cold wedges as a substitute. I will avoid ever using this greedy food chain ever again.

Ordered pizza margarita and lasagne at 11:00. Delivered 13:20. Total waiting time was 2 hours and 20mins. Driver confirmed his delivery 30mins. Store handled my order and being preparing 2 meals for 1 hours and 50! Ridiculous service and unacceptable. Food arrived stone cold, not even in thermo bag. Call store and they straight away blamed Uber eats for late delivery. My kids were starving and waiting almost 2 and a half hours for their lunch. NOT RECOMMENDED!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered via Justeat and was initially given an estimated delivery time.. Then it was extended /delayed until the maximum time was reached and they said the food was delivered but nothing was received or had not been contacted by them. Almost 2 hours of wait and thinking about food fantasy. I should've read their reviews before ordering.

Ordered chickhen pizza today, total waste of money. Threw away pizza which was stoned cold. Driver was sitting in his car. Called me saying he's outside in car! So ring the damn door bell! Food had no taste and so oily. Wings were disgusting again threw away. Will never go back to pizza go go.

I Oder 2 pizza on 24 December 2024 (today) at 12:30 AM then after 45 minutes thay sent me pizza. Pizza was really cold & over cooked (not like eating) after that I called the store I told him everything so one boy miss behave with me it’s not acceptable also I asked him name he didn’t tell me his name & he cut call. I hope you take some action against this guys. Thanks.

Worst Customer service ever. The guy in the sweater claimed to be the manager, and he was so rude to us for asking for the deal price that was available during the daytime. We were going to order at the normal price too but changed our mind because of the extremely rude and insulting behaviour of this striped sweater guy. The younger guy in uniform was nicer to us, and i could see he was also embarrassed by the rude behaviour of his so called manager. I don't understand why business owners keep these extremely rude and arrogant people around especially after so many bad reviews against them. Giving 1 star only because there is no option of giving a negative rating. Do better people.

It was the first time today that I ordered a pizza from them, the girl in the counter was alright,but the guy i think he's the manager or something was soooo freaking rudee! when the pizza was ready he literally called me in the most disrespectful way and then just pointed at the pizza sort of like ,just take it and leave kinda attitude, which i felt reallyyy bad. And now when i saw all the reviews about this place, it says the samee about this guy, kindly change your attitide and be nice to people in general. never ever going back! also the tandoori chicken was like in cubes and there was hardly any pieces in it, would greatly recoomend to improve the staff behaviour for the future.

I tried first time Pizza and potato twister from here, food was excellent and delivery was spot on within 30 minutes, my kids loved flaming wings and tandoori chicken Pizza.I will 100% recommend this....

The pizza had a well sauced base, good amount of toppings with a decent amount of cheese. Their tandoori chicken was in cubes and does lack in flavour (tastes like plain chicken). Their beef is processed kebab meat cubed, overall the pizza tasted decent especially for the price. The staff that took my order probably was having a long day, they lacked customer service skills but in the end managed to order my food, the person that handed my food had zero interest if I was the person that actually ordered the food that they handed to me, when I confirmed the toppings with them to ensure that was my pizza, it seemed like I was the inconvenience (they weren't in the shop when I ordered the pizza) Good customer service is essential but at the end of the day, you pay for the food, and that was decent enough.

Absolutely terrible, the pizza was super oily, Saggy and horribly packed, it was all over the place, the sauce was dipped in the pizza. Definitely I won’t try it again, the pizza was hanging off before you could take a bite. Only couple of pieces of tiniest chicken pieces I could possibly see.

I then ran to your store, arriving at 3:45 AM, only to be told by the shift manager that they could not take my order due to other work. Ordered in the evening via Uber Eats, I received confirmation that my order was accepted and was updated with "we are heading your way." However, they were not actually heading my way. I waited for over an hour before calling, only to be told, "your order was cancelled." When I mentioned that it was still showing in my Uber app, the order was suddenly cancelled—how convenient. If you can't deliver to an address, cancel it right away. Don't mislead customers with updates like "preparing your order" and "heading your way." First experience with this branch… Appalling.

The pizza was not really great the toppings were missing and especially the girl working was very rude and showing faces when asked about the missing toppings, not at all a good service this was my second experience today with the same girl. Really disappointed hope the service improves.

When I went to order at the store the guy who was taking orders was not even listening to me and continued to talk on the phone and not even take my order. This happened twice with me in the same store. After taking my order again he started to talk on the phone and not make my pizza for a while. I asked so many times and he was telling me sorry about that and saying I am making I am making but not even making my pizza. Third class customer service.

Dishonest and awful customer service. I have ordered every week or every other week for the last 3 years. To put it into perspective, that's £19.99 on average, so at the very minimum over £1500 in pizzas. So trust, I wouldn't cry over £19.99, it's the principle. Today I ordered 2 pizzas which were delivered missing ingredients. I called to raise this issue to them. The lady initially said it was incorrect as she made the pizza so she had specifically put the correct items on. Then she passed it onto her supervisor who said he made the pizza and it was impossible as he remembers putting the ingredients. Can’t both have made the same pizza so who is lying here? The pizzas were also delivered in boxes falling apart, either moist or greasy, not sure. It’s also not the first time, they either miss ingredients, don’t bring extra dips that are paid for, or don’t deliver to the doorstep yet charge £1 for delivery to the door. You need to do better.. Very disappointing.

Please read the reviews before ordering, i would give this place zero stars if I could. Ordered through uber eats and after waiting 1 hour and 20 mins and despite calling the restaurant chasing, when they answered they said they still needed to cook my food and would be another 40 minutes. Tried to lie and say they turned up and tried to phone me. I was sat waiting from the moment they said it was dispatched at 8.50, until 9.40. Looks from the reviews like the do this regularly.

Partner orderd off uber eats. The app told him it's on it's way. 40 mins later still no food. He phoned up they said it will be 5-15 mins. Then 10 mins later they phoned him back and said the driver has been and gone. No he hasn't my partner has been stood outside the whole time waiting as my son is hungry and didn't want to miss delivery. Then they said they would make fresh and will be at least 30 mins. We've already waited an hour already. Then they've canceled it on uber saying we were the ones to cancel. Avoid like the plague!! These are proper cowboys. Taking your money and not sending food.

Hello, my order has been cancelled by the restaurant and I’ve been charged for it. I’ve got a notification in the app saying customer called the restaurant and cancelled the order. Immediately I’ve called the restaurant and asked why my order has been cancelled then they said sorry we don’t have any available drivers at the moment thats why they cancelled the order. I’ve call recording of the restaurant with me. I can file a legal complaint in the consumer court but before doing that i wanted to let you about the issue so that you can confirm it from your staff and get back to me asap Thanks

Ordered food payed £30 for pizza only to wait for them to turn around and call me saying the driver won't drive 5.7 miles or 20 minutes to drop it off and I have to pay a extra fee to cover the drivers uber to bring food to me. Now having to sit on hold to uber eats for them to resolve this at 2 in the morning would not recommend at all poor customer service

Ordered two portions of MEAT lasagne and they served both with no meat. NO MEAT. ABSOLUTELY NO MEAT. We called them up and the manager said to take it up with head office as well as saying they get the lasagne delivered to them like this. This manager took no accountability for selling meat lasagne with no meat, his cop out statement was that they don’t make it, someone else does. Microwaveable meals have a lot more meat than these portions of lasagne we ordered from this place. Absolute waste of money.

I don't like the behaviour of employees, especially today 10 January 2023 evening time, a girl who behave rudely to us with full attitude like she is the owner of the shop and customer are rubbish people. We asked for extra mayonnaise by paying 0.50 £, we paid that, but really it was with tissue paper !!!! She told us that we can't get more tissue paper but eventually she gave us, and we asked for her name for giving a review to the company but she refused to say her name, and the manager came and started an argument with us, for tissue paper ?????? Seriously!!! With a 15 inch pizza they gave us only 2 tissue paper, we are 4 people!!
