Worst pizza ever they haven't got a clue how to make a pizza,, they put the pepperoni under the cheese and then they skimp on the toppings so if you order 4 pieces of pepperoni per slice you only get one if your lucky and the worst part is none of them know how to make it properly .. zero out of 5 on all counts..my advice is finding another pizza shop.

I placed my order on uber eats and its been two hours i am waiting for my order. I called them 1000s of time but they don't pickup my single call. Very shity

Best pizza in coventry However after years of coming here most places will value your custom and appreciate it these however don't seem to do that. Caspians is just as good and appreciate there customers alot more and is just 2 doors down.

It's not the fine dining itself, but even after lo ger time off of their -must admit addictive- food, they still recognized me and knew my order preferences! Attentive outgoing staff, fantastic pizza and very reasonable price! LOVE THEM!

I ordered a pizza and 12 wings, the pizza was very dry there were no chicken pieces to be seen on it it was only filled with some oily cheese, the wings were the worst wings that I had in my whole life it can't even be called as chicken wings literally it was some small chicken piece, I would say the worst meal I had in my whole life. It doesn't worth a single penny for this and they charged me £20

Although the food is delicious , the service and miscommunication between the staff is disappointing. Whilst their menu advertises cheaper prices the staff are charging customers way more than advertised . Maybe the owner should post a more relevant menu or let their staff know what the real prices are instead of ripping customers off and providing terrible customer service when questioned about it .

The service too slow, told 10 mins went in after 15 only to find out he has forgotten about my pizza. Had to wait 30mins just for a 10" pizza. Atmosphere only 2 table, quite conjusted And food average

I placed an order on Just Eat, my food was prepared and delivered quite quickly. It was all fresh, hot and tasted great. But after a few bites of my first pizza slice I noticed a hair in the cheese. Quite disappointing as I was really looking forward to ravishing it.

This is the THIRD time I have ordered BBQ Burger Pizza and you have AGAIN given me an the New Yorker. If you don't do the BBQ Burger Pizza, why are you advertising it?? Pizza GoGo Holbrooks can make one, why can't you? Furthermore, the pizzas have ALWAYS come out too dry and with MINIMUM toppings from this store. AVOID this Pizza GoGo and go to the Holbrooks one instead, these guy will for certain disappoint you.

Outstanding I order food from this GOGO on a weekly basis and they never disappoint.

Absoloutly awful experience. We ordered a hot dog stuffed crust which didn't turn up, when I phoned they said it was out of stock but no one told us before delivery, we would have changed our order or cancelled as this was the only reason for ordering. One of the pizzas seemed undercooked the man said on the phone "it's supposed to be like this" which is strange because the other pizza wasn't like that. Waste of money, also sent the wrong dips. When I called to get a refund on the hot dog crust and wrong dips the man on the phone was unhelpful and rude almost making out like they hadn't done anything wrong!!!!!!! Awful place and awful costumer service. Wasn't even that much cheaper than Dominoes, word or warning pay a little extra and go there instead!!!!!! He offered to send dips but refused as our pizza could be cold by the time they came and offered to come and get the pizza for a refund!!!!! I couldn't believe that, unfortunately we had 2 kids to get to bed so couldn't mess around with it all.

I ordered through Just Eat one of the restaurant Highlights and Ice Cream’s and sadly restaurant staff missed out my ice cream’s but I got contacted to them and they made refund. Food was delicious,especially chicken strips very tasty and juicy 😋

Very rude, staff member on the cashier was very very rude, I asked for 20 inch pizza and asked for two different halves he started to shout and yell I immediately left the shop and never going to go back again, what a jerk.

I had the best night of my life at Harry styles when suddenly I craved pizza in my hotel room. I ordered pizza and it was very slow and it really made me upset - however nothing can ruin the Rhyme dust vibes because you know it’s not the same as it was.

Ordered a vegetarian hot and there was hardly any toppings on it, minimal cheese and tomato. No flavour to the pizza.

Been ordering pizzas from here for over 5 years on and off... Ordered one tonight after a long break using different places to give them a chance again because when they are decent they really are a nice pizza. Food came quite quickly but the base was like bread... completely pathetic. Don't even want to call the store back because the guy on the phone sounded like the most unenthusiastic person in the world so would be wasting my time. Not impressed and pretty sad that these people are running a franchise.

This pizza was exceptional the Monday it was re-introduced to me and beyond exceptional the tonight. Well balanced flavours, good conceptional variation of dough/cheese/meat ratio. Better then domino’s hands hands down. Service was quick, the server over the phone was great. Yes my new favourite pizza deliver service. Completely underrated. Fab fab fab. Go Go Go!!

Don't get fool by their sizes of pizza, I have been eating Go Go pizza since it was opened. Tonight I ordered 2 large and 1 Medium pizza and paid for 2 large 1 medium pizza and I received 2 Medium and 1 small pizza and after phoning them the guy had argued with me saying they given me right size . I have proof to give you if you want . Come on dont make fool to your regular customer. You should be shamed of doing that. I will make sure I will spread this words around in family and friends.

had a pizza from here last night was delicious but have spent this morning and all day being very ill. its 2022 not the 80s clean your kitchens and use fresh ingredients!

Disgusting, I found 2 hair in my hamburger and the place is dirty.

Pizza is great... But, at night they accept only cash payments.

Me and my kids have put a lot of money into this place and we ordered 30 pound worth of food and they brought half of it and refused to bring our food back now my 2 year old is hungry

Phoned to order a delivery for two pizzas I have been using this place since I was 16 years old and I am now 34. The same Issue a few times I have said I will pay by card. Tonight the guy turned up and said he wasn’t aware of this. Rang the branch and the guy on the phone told me I never mentioned this. I told him abruptly that I did and I was aware I Had no money in my wallet so I said I needed a card machine. If the calls are recorded it would be proven. I was made out to be a liar. 14 years of using Gogos and this is the final straw. I will not accept being called a liar and being asked to transfer money into a drivers account due to your own mistake. This is not the only time this has happened but I have let it go and being lied to over the phone upon delivery and being called a liar and being asked to transfer into someone’s account is completely unprofessional. You have lost all my respect and as I am aware of many people that use this company I will share my experience with them. 14 years of using this place over Pizza Hut and dominoes and higher brands you lose customers due to poor customer service.

Great place for pizza and their chilli base is so tasty, it's not very spicy but tastes amazing. Love their Mexican chicken and crispy donner on a pizza. Very good price also I would recommend having pizza from here, cannot say anything about the rest of the stuff they have on their menu. The only disappointment was they did not give me stuffed crust when I asked for it. But I will look forward to that next time. Also their online prices are double that of the shop so always order directly from them.

Just been here never ever again how they can serve a batch that is rock solid with no kabab even on it is a joke chips are raw. And the pizza is horrible!! Never again.

Thrilled at the fact I got a lamb burger and chips for £2.50 Decent burger, same further into town is nearly double.

I’ve ordered 53 pizzas from pizza go-go during the past 4 years in many different cities and have never been disappointed with the food, until I’ve ordered from this specific branch. The restaurant first got my order completely wrong, the toppings were not even close to what I ordered. The staff explained that they’ve ran out of hot dogs and therefore put cheese in the crust instead. But shouldn’t they at least inform the customer and ask if I was ok with that, instead of making the decision for me? It’s shocking that they think it’s ok to dictate the customer’s order. The manager offered to deliver a new pizza as a compensation, however this time the pizza was soggy and bland. Honestly tasted worse than a microwave pizza. Totally disappointed and shocked by this branch.

Very poor food quality, smelling bad. The naan bread was burned. Even chicken sold was rotten with bad smell. From outside they have shown two different shops (Go Go Fried chicken and Go Go Pizza) but both actually are same, just doors are separate. The staff is arrogant, narcissistic with unethical and abusive behaviour. Even the serving staff was drunk. No masks, no gloves, no safety equipment used by any of the staff members. Will never use Go Go again and would not like to recommend anyone.

No hygiene..... chicken donor was burnt, chips fully dried.... apart from this, behaviour of the employees were awful.... they are ill mannered They don’t know how to even deal with clients. Behaved rudely Haven’t seen such nasty place with weird staff

I want to share my experience, today I ordered a small pizza which is good! But I had bad experience with the employee / cashier who's behaviour was very rude.

Ordered and pizza and few sides through just eat and food turned up over an hour later and Delivery driver turned up with 1 single veggie burger meal which was cold, after telling the driver we had ordered food over £20 and have 4 people who are hungry he just walked away and told us to call the restaurant which refused to answer the phone, really bad communication and I’ll never use This disgusting place again, avoid this nasty place, I’d give it a zero star if I could, I’ll be chasing this up tomorrow and post the conclusion.

The food was horrible, I have never tasted chips any drier and the doner was not even a doner! Not only was the food horrible but the service was atrocious, delivering the food almost an hour after the estimated time of arrival. Finally, I presume the hygiene is not up to par considering I woke up with a throbbing headache the following day. Worst takeout delivery experience I have had so far and would recommend all people to avoid ordering food from here. As for the restaurant, dont send me a reply along the lines of "sorry this occurred, please contact us to rectify the issue" because the damage has been done already and I wont be getting my money back or returning!

I've been here quite a few times and their food has been good, unfortunately this time it was awful I'm not sure if this is because I ordered via uber eats and had a discount code Ordered chicken fillet burgers with a note to give the spicy ones . What we got were normal chicken which was very bland with a soggy batch. Next item. I ordered a cheese burger but got a lamb burger with again a soggy batch Ordered a lamb donor batch but the donor had a really bad smell. This isn't the first time I ate lamb donor so knew what it smells and tastes like. For all the burgers I added a note for them to add chilli and mayo but all the burgers came pain. Really disappointed with this as my family were looking forward to having a nice meal. Sorry but not ordering from here again!! Just responding to the owner's message. Yes you do sell burgers and donor kebab, which is next door part of Gogo Pizza. It's the same place

Pizzas have gone down hill. Bbq chicken pizza was decent. Meat feast was disgusting I actually had 2 bites and threw the whole thing in the bin it was horrible. Use to be my fave place to go for pizza... Its not terrible. Cheap meats = cheap pizza = sh** taste

Chicken wings were disgusting. They had a chemical taste to them I could tell they were cooked from frozen.

I guess the only reason they named their shop Go Go chicked is because 'Don't ever go chicken' was already taken, I got scamed for a frozen dry tasteless chicken burger which trust me had no flavour in it, and what even topped it up is the sweet service by that rude guy who looks like he have been either forced to work their or working cause he got to do hours of social service. Honestly I have never entred worse take-away than this one ever.

Despite the website stating that Quorn is available in all stores, on 4 seperate occasions, we have telephoned and have been told it is not in stock. Very frustrating, and false advertising.

Quality of the pizza has dropped and the value for money is not the same anymore. You can get better pizza for alot cheaper elsewhere.

Nice tasting pizza, use to go here all the time but feels very out dated now and could do with a revamp. But as a collection this is ideal wouldn't eat in unless you are on the way back home from a night out.

Next time I want a free pizza because the last had pepperoni on it and my son was allergic to it. I told the person on the phone to not put pepperoni but instead they put it on and ignored me. Next time I want a free pizza.😡😡😡😡😡😡

I'm a regular customer, so it's unfortunate that on this occasion my food was very late, which was disappointing. However when it arrived it was delicious and the same good quality I've come to expect!

Average pizza place only thing good is pizza nothing else so don't waste your money on sides.
