Pizza Go Go in Southampton

amazing!! 10/10 would come again . service is incredible. i love this place so much its amazing and its the best place on earth

We’ve order a couple of times and thought as a treat for dinner tonight, we would order a pizza meal deal as we enjoy the food so much. Couldn’t have been anymore disappointed with our meal this evening. Both our pizzas looked over baked and one of the pizza had next to no topping on it. We phoned up to make a complaint and two more pizzas were sent out. We gave the driver the two previous pizza we were given. The two freshly cooked pizzas we were given weren’t any better. Still looked over baked and still next to no topping. My boyfriend was talking to the driver and he explained that they had recently taken over and were trying new things out after getting customer feedback. (Trying to make the pizza style like dominos). The reason we order from Pizza Go Go is because we liked the pizza. They were lovely and generous with their toppings. I’m not a fan of Dominos, and if this is the way Pizza Go Go is wanting to go, then I don’t think we will be ordering again. Waste of £30 this evening!

Ordered last week for a single deal got delivered potato wedges instead of potato twisters when I clearly stated twisters & got ham on meaty one pizza when I requested no ham as don’t like ham on pizza. Tried again today & when I mentioned twisters & not wedged as wrong last time got the sigh of whatever mate. Put through order but seemed a hassle to pay over phone by card so just stopped order & went elsewhere! Order from here frequently but feel the service (phone & what you get) can be very poor! No apology for wrong order last time (been wrong many a time). You’ll lose many a customer with the lack of customer service & it really needs sorting out!

Pizza Gogo delivered well out of their area. The food came quickly, was tasty and the pizzas were massive! Definitely recommend and will be coming again!!

Absolutly great pizza. Fantastic service. Highly recommend. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Collections and deliveries are spot on. Great new owner so friendly. We look forward to seeing you again soon (next week ;) )

Yesterday I ordered a pizza was so nice I had a many pizza from Southampton but this is the best pizza I had I would really recommend this shop

Food was 2 hours late, wrong order came, staff were rude and evidently lied about the delivery timing

Pizza GoGo at Millbrook USED to be a proper toppings pizza!! NOW ITS NOT. ALL you can taste is bread and tomato sauce. There is a woman who makes pizza and I can tell you that she’s doesn’t make good pizza!! Not at all! It was terrible ( for the 3rd time now). Very dry with barely any ingredients! I could not see my chicken or pepperoni. Only cheese and bread. If You like GoGo - YOU SHOULD GO TO Bedford’s Place, in the city centre. They DO know how pizza should looks and taste!! Millbrook GoGo is out of my list now FOREVER!

Phone up for order & get put on hold as they’re busy which is fair enough. After 5 minutes on hold they then hang up on me! I phone back & apparently I wasn’t the other end of the line so they hung up! Finally put order through & they don’t have all i asked for on my pizza not a problem I say I’ll have it without the chillies. Then get told it’ll be 30-40 minutes, phone up after 45 minutes to be told he said it’ll be an hour not the time he said! Followed by we’re busy it’ll be a further 40 minutes! So I got to wait near on 2 hours for a pizza! Not got all the toppings I’d like, spoken to rudely by staff then to be told I was rude as I asked how long until it gets here. Can’t comment on the pizza as not here even though I ordered an hour & half ago so still over the 2nd time for delivery they gave me! You want a polite, prompt & decent service don’t order here! You just get attitude, blame & a long wait!

I am absolutely appalled about my pizza delivery this evening, the driver brought my food and said “£15” I proceeded to hand him £20 and he said “I have no change do you not have the exact amount?” No hence me handing him £20 so he says he will go to his car and see if has change and came back with £2.50 the majority of which was in copper coins he may as well of handed me buttons and a piece of string. Needless to say I wasn’t happy as I didn’t receive my full change. Not the first time I have had issues with this establishment!! Bad customer service skills!!! MAKE SURE YOUR DRIVERS HAVE A BAG OF CHANGE!!!!! Never ordering from there again. Food was cold as well and my chicken wings well let’s just say they didn’t look like chicken!!! Pizza average! Don’t waste your money here!

We live some distance but where ibused to live the Bedford place shop was very good. I ordered online at my new address tonight whilst walking home from.a friends house anticipating the order to be there when I got home as my mother was there to take in my order. However, I got home to find the two pizzas had arrived but the chicken strips were missing. I rang the Millbrook shop where it came from.to request a refund of the item not received but the employee refused. He said I must request a refund through the online site. I reviewed the account options but this facility does exist. It was very clear he was fobbing me off with a lie. He made it clear he just wanted me off the phone and wasn't interested. I've lodged a complaint with head office. Being after 4pm on a Friday I wont get any form of reply now until Monday. The pizza was good but tainted by the poor customer service and £8 delivery charge for an incomplete order which meant one of us had to cook some food whilst everyone else enjoyed takeaway tonight.

I don’t know what it is with this place the change you for paying with a credit card so you pay cash and they seem to think it’s ok not to give you your change pizza is good but not even attempting to give you your change is a bit off and when you ask ( my change you get the look of disgust ) I think I’ll be going elsewhere such a shame

absolutely appalling, food came cold, dripping with grease, batter on the chicken all soggy, “mozzarella” In mozzarella sticks was nothing like mozzarella! Disgusting! Don’t recommend it to anyone, been left with the worst belly ache, even my dog wouldn’t eat the food!

Moved to the area and have always loved pizza go go from time in Stevenage. Bought a nice big meat feast and wow it was gorgeous. Had 1 a weekend since my 1st

Pedí una pizza de pizza gogo. Había moho en un par de rebanadas. Los llamé, parecía que ni siquiera les importaba y solo dijo la próxima vez que obtengas una pizza gratis. Dije que no quiero pizza. Él no daría ningún dinero de vuelta. Ellos son el lugar donde normalmente ordenaría. Sin embargo, ni siquiera ofrecer parte de la devolución de dinero para un cliente que ordena a menudo cuando hay moho en la comida es terrible.

I'm not a great pizza fan but will eat the usual. However, the pizzas here (or at least the one I had!) was truly excellent. Reasonable prices and good friendly service.

Always order from here. Pizza is yummy but wouldn't order any other type of food. Service nearly almost good. Would recommend for takeaway. Speedy delivery

Original orden tiempo 19,21 , 20,10 teléfono a ellos han entregado mal pizza, que conocen y enviar nuestra orden, que habían olvidado nuestra botella de pop. 20,20 currito llega a recoger la pizza equivocado, pero no tiene nuestra pizza! llámales que preguntar dónde está nuestra orden haremos una fresca para usted! ¿cuánto se esto? 35 minutos! Sin duda si sabes en 20,12 que enviara el orden equivocada que ya han comenzado haciendo luego! Dos horas después de orden nos dieron la orden y todavía está mal ordenados, fina corteza pero nos dieron estándar, estaba hambriento así que comimos. Pizza a go go es, sin duda, una goner pero estaba bien aunque duró

He estado recibiendo pizza de este establecimiento para mayores de 3 años. Vivo en totton así que tengo otros para escoger, pero estos chicos siempre dar el mejor servicio y calidad. No tengas miedo profundo mucho de su comida que hace una diferencia. Las pizzas son realmente nunca grasienta y son siempre bien preparado. Tienen buenas ofertas y no timarte como al dominó!!
