Pizza Go Go in Gravesham

The workers there are very rude. They close the shop at anytime with notices on the door to say what has happened. When you knock on the door to find what the problem is, they ignore you. Turn round and laugh. What's even worse, when they finally acknowledge you through the glass, they make hand gestures you have no idea what they mean. Not impressed. They are all very rude in there and think they are doing you a favor

Very bad experience very rude pizza taste is not upto the mark but the staff behave as if they are the only pizza makers in the whole United Kingdom.. I asked for extra sauce they refuse to give and more over the price is very high compared to other shops highly not recommended very poor costomer service

The guy who takes order on phone named Bismillah is very discourteous. He would never explain you the menu, rude in tone , not interested in taking order , hangs up on face before you finish your order. Never answers a query. Unwelcoming, very poor customer service. Food is good but you’ll lose customers just because order taker over phone is very very rude. He needs training .

My favourite pizza take away. Better than Domino's! And as Go Go's go, this was a great pizza! (American Hot) and the wings were banging! Well done!

I ordered two pizzas one was looking fresh and one was stale. Looks like not fresh and excessive sauces. I really disappointed and I called receptionist to tell this he spoke roughly about saying come here and tell us. It is just a message to receptionist nobody has time to come and check and tell you problems. You should behave correctly. We really don’t buy pizza from you again.

Have been in a good number of Pizza GoGo outlets but this location was awful. The service wasn't friend, not helpful with the menu. The pizza was the worst we'd ever had, so much cheese it was impossible to taste or even see any of the other toppings. Won't be ordering from Pizza GoGo again.

I’m afraid as much I would like to say I’m very happy with the pizza I am not! when I called to order the pizza. The man on the phone was terrible he had attitude on the phone the whole time. I was asking questions and felt like I was not being acknowledged and felt a burden. They take up to hour when I am only down the street and lie say it’s roadworks in the area when I have not seen any roadworks at all I will not be ordering from pizza GoGo again.

Pizzas all come up at least an inch shorter than described. Rude on the phone when called to complain. Avoid at all costs. Also slow on delivery time. Avoid avoid avoid

I usually order from GoGo over the other pizza places in town since they are very consistent and I've never had a problem, as per usual everything was absolutely fine with the website, ordering, delivery... This time I found a black wiry 2 inch hair melted into the toppings, saw it sticking out of my slice after I took a bite. These things happen but I'll be ordering elsewhere for the foreseeable as it's put me right off...

The best environment, pretty interior with cool colours. The food is also tasty. We ordered a cheese cake n pizza. Pizza i loved n cheese cake was nicely decorated with raspberry syrup on top. I loved it. Should visit once.

Best pizza in Gravesend in my opinion. Have tried all others including the larger franchises. Gogo is my go to for pizza. Consistently good food and even better value.

Since the first time i had a pizza from this place I havent had one from anywhere else. Fresh ingredients including mix. Mexicana is my favourite.

This place went downhill fast! Got a pizza today and ordered fries that the guy forgot to do. Gave me the option of waiting ten mins or taking a refund. Took the refund and went home with my pizzas the guy was just saying how he's the only one working because no one else turned up, great. Anyway, both pizzas for my wife and myself were pretty bad, dough was undercooked on both, cheese and toppings were all over the place (my wife's chesse was acctually off the pizza a bit) oh, and i found a lovely long hair in my pizza. Don't go here, it's pretty terrible

About 3 months ago I gave this place a 5 star review but since then it has slowly gone down hill and today my husband found a hair in his food. The store was so under staffed that there was one guy taking orders and making them, I feel bad for him but it's still unacceptable for poor quality the pizza was under cooked and it was just a mess barely edible and forgot some of our order

Found a long hair in middle of my pizza. Rang them up they said nothing they could do. Meanwhile walking in the shop I spotted a mouse in the kitchen. Do not eat from here. Has been reported to health and environmental standards.
