The restaurant is in the mall on the first floor. I ate ramen, it was very good! Just like the vegetarian bao. Everything was very good, would come again!

We visited today and I was left so touched by the amazing customer service of the staff, in particular of Maria (the Italian speaking lady). Unfortunately they had some issues with equipment in the kitchen and had to run on a reduced menu but they told us straight away. My boyfriend is coeliac and they were so careful and caring on the matter! A lovely man, Sia, from the kitchen also came and explained to us the options and indicated for him a safe plate. The atmosphere is really chill and the staff made sure we had a lovely experience for my boyfriend’s birthday. Thank you all for your lovely work!

We didn't like it very much, small portions. Expensive, like almost everything in London. As a curiosity, you pay from a QR code. We only liked the saku saku duck spring onion dish.

Ordered collection for 19:40, when we came bang on time they hadn’t even started our order and told us to wait for 20 minutes. After which, we walked home and realised they’d forgotten to include one of our curries. We phoned up asking if we could possibly get it delivered as we were already annoyed that it took so long and we had to walk 20 minutes each way to collect. They didn’t offer to deliver and it took talking to 3 separate people for them to realise they had missed a curry on our order despite showing evidence of our order details. Hardly apologetic and didn’t even offer money off, a free meal, refund, nothing. Awful customer service and will not be ordering or going to the restaurant again.

We went to Wagamama's in Fulham Broadway the other day and had Dumplings, Chicken Teriyaki and a curry. Service was very friendly and the food good! We dropped by the next day to get a plain bowl of rice for takeout and the staff was very nice we got cutlery to go with the rice.

Can you add more waiters? There are 2 people working on Mondays at 8:00 p.m. Service is very slow.

Aman gave really great service. I tried a new dish (coconut butternut squash curry) and drink (matcha and strawberry latte) and Aman made sure to check in on we were doing. Lovely lunch :)

Very nice service and Manager from Mauritius today! I come here often for a quick and easy lunch and I like the friendliness of the staff.

Unfortunately - after walking into this location of Wagamama, my partner and I were refused entry because of our service dog. We brought her accreditation, card, and certificates - but still the manager turned us down. Now bear in mind the restaurant was 85% empty, but more importantly to turn down a service dog is an illegal and punishable offence for any UK business. We will not be visiting ANY of the Wagamama locations again in the future, and reporting it to trading standard.

The food is pretty good here - but the service is terrible. The main guy is good but everyone else is lazy and look like they really don't care. It could be great if the staff had a rocket!!

I visited my local Wagamama for some dinner with the family to celebrate a birthday and it was good. A great atmosphere, quick food service and very helpful waiting staff. From asking about allergy to ensuring the meals were prepared accordingly it was memorable.

Loved the service and ambiance. The wait staff were great. I always go for the padthai and my drink wasn't something I would choose again 😄. They had a gluten free menu, loved that

Alisha and her team took really good care of me since the moment I stepped in. Alisha welcomed me with a smile and made me feel at home immediately. She guided me through the menu and gave me great recommendation about the dishes. The food was very good and the service very speedy. Alisha and the team were very attentive during the entire service and I left happy and satisfied and with full belly. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Food was excellent, everything tasted fresh and service was quick. Yaki Soba noodles are my favorite. Kids menu is very simple but delicious . It was not too busy so lovely atmosphere. Had a great time!

After a long day at work, I thought of treating myself. I craved for Yaki Soba hence I bumped into wagamama fulham broadway. It was my first time here so I approached 1 of the waiter who was cleaning the table as everyone of them seems busy and no one was at the door. This waiter was wearing a hat..I asked if there’s an available table and he responded with a raised voice “wait at the door until someone gets you!” I was shocked and just said ah okay! I was so tired of confronting anybody!!! I thought of leaving because of this waiter’s poor attitude towards service. But I waited cos I was starving! Another scenario is he asked me if I am finished although there is still food on my plate and I still have my juice. I was just browsing on my phone to rest then eat again.. Also, the yaki soba here tastes different than it putney. Putney’s yakisoba is much better esp the service. I thought that I will experience the same good service in fulham broadway. But I was so dissappointed. Waiters are also arguing infront of the customers. I had a bad experience.

Went at 8pm on a quiet Thursday night and seemed to be understaffed. Nice place, clean and food was good with some nice additions to the menu.

We were treated very kindly by the manager who said he was Spanish, really attentive and provided quick service and was happy to accommodate our needs. Restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was lovely, definitely would come again.

service was very good, the food was not. We both ordered salmon and it was too dry. Dessert wasn't that great either.

Wagamama never disappoints. Their chicken katsu curry is excellent and this new drink is sooo good. Service was friendly and efficient. The place was clean and tidy. The vibe was chill and cool. Toilets are also clean and accesible for everyone. I 100% recommend this venue and the chicken katsu curry.

Despite being a chain restaurant, the food experience is wonderful!

Big dissappointment here. I’ve ordered ramen with pork belly, the soup is very salty. I used to like Wagamama, it seems the quality of their food has gone down a lot.

Großartiges Restaurant mit toller Qualität. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und preislich auch dementsprechend, jedoch könnten ein paar mehr Desserts angeboten werden. Wenn man Eis nicht mag, wird es schon recht schwierig. Besonders empfehlenswert finde ich die Smoothies sowie Hähnchengerichte (insbesondere Nr. 71)

Gyoza Ramen at wagamama was bland and the gyoza were completely inedible. Won't see me ever again, money better spend at Nandos next door

Fast on getting the food out which is a plus. Tap water tasted funny thou, edamame is definitely boiled in dumpling water or noodle water, also too much salt on it.

Food is good, our go to place all the time but today we have seen a mouse in the restaurant !! This is a health and safety concern, I have talked to restaurant manager He said first time they are faced such this situation and will initiate the pest control and other controls, hope they can sort it out .

got wagamama Fulham Broadway on Deliveroo - ordered veg gyozas and we received duck gyozas and yasai dumpling ramen bowl and it there was no ramen broth in the ramen and about 1/4 full and cold. Looked like the whole meal had been prepared in 10 seconds

We went to pizza express Fulham Broadway today after a very enjoyable football match. It was packed, but we were not disappointed. We were very well looked after by a lovely waitress (Bedroje) who was very conscientious. Our food was delicious and very fresh tasting and served very promptly. We will definitely recommend.

Ami did an amazing job and service was great

The servings were quite big for our party of 3 (2 adults and 1 child). We could’ve eaten off on the kids menu. We had ramen (I had the grilled pork ramen, the wife had the chicken gyoza ramen) while our son had the chicken katsu. They were all quite good. Would’ve been nice if they had pork katsu. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice ramen. The noodles were a bit stuck together but the broth and toppings were phenomenal. The asian beers and ebi katsu are also worth a try.

Been ordering via Deliveroo for last three years always call to slightly amend my order suddenly the new lady answering the phone won’t allow me to amend because of “store policy” yet every other time it’s been no Problem at all. It was the worse wagamama I ever been, staff too relaxed, eating Nandos food on table next to customers, nobody comes to take an order .....after order was taken she forgot everything and came back few min later again, this time with a pen ! food menu has changed and mostly Vegan food - very limited choice. Food was horrible, we took a few dishes and no one was happy, ramen was so spicy, but it is not even mentioned on the menu that it will be impossible to eat. Duck and rice was even worse. Hardly any meat with burnt onion and unwashed spring onion, I could taste sand in my mouth - no flavour what so ever. ...just horrible burnt mess in the bowl. Drink Mojito only had ginger and water - totally tastless ..... Ice cream (what used to be my favourite) was so hard and after tasting, we realised that it was milk free - thats why it did not taste like ice cream anymore - its frozen soya or something like that. Chocolate cake was not regular cake, but some sticky mix of chemical substance that looked like a black substance. Horrible food......no one from staff even cared about us - no one asked us about our meal - staff was sitting eating normal food from nandos next to us and we regret that we came here. There is also service charge 12% for service that we didnt have - for taking order 2 times and bringing a plate I have to pay 12%??? Restaurant was empty, staff didnt care about us at all. Never again will I go to this horrible place to waste my £80, not worth it with such a good variety foods around this area. We all felt, yuck, after that meal......!! .....yuck (((

Service is awful. I ordered a ramen and buns. The buns were brought after I ordered the bill (after 45min of ordering them) and when I told the waiter I don’t need them anymore he said I will pack them take away for you and he got me the bill including the buns. This so unprofessional and won’t go there anymore

Food was decent and came pretty quickly however, the staff were horrible. My girlfriend was very rudely spoken to when she asked for a student discount and once paid for, two members of staff looked directly at her and said 'well done, you got what you wanted' in a sarcastic and rude manner after initially telling her the gift card she got for her birthday was invalid when it was in fact not.

We had a meal in the restaurant just before closing time Saturday night and the restaurant was nearly empty. Location is very convenient The waitress was really friendly and attentive and the food was great. My daughter had a kids menu and it was very decent size, I helped with the pizza. Highly recommended.

We tried the Veganuary limited tempura f-ish and the tofu raisukaree, which was recommended by our server, Jamey. The food was really delicious (it’s a shame that the tempura f-ish isn’t on the permanent menu!) and the service was great. Thanks, Jamey!

Waited over half an hour for food to arrive as kitchen prioritised Deliveroo orders rather than their customers in the restaurant. Spacious venue and friendly staff, but food took ages to get to the table and only ordered two mains with no starters and no desserts.

Had a really good experience, for a chain resturant in London we had exceptional service. Jamey served us and he's a top bloke who actually stopped and checked in on us. Definitely recommend stopping by, ask for Jamey!

I've been a loyal costumer for the Wagamama in Fulham Broadway for the past 2 years (eating there almost every week) and even though I don't normally write reviews, I think it's worth mentioning the incredibly team they have working over there! (I feel like I know them all by now!). I always make a special order with a non spicy broth and for 2 years they have delivered consistently amazing food and costumer support. Recently I had a mixed up with my order and the staff was simply incredible, especially Gergo (which I believe was new at the restaurant)! He was incredibly kind (the type of kindness that is rare to find nowadays) and dealt with the problem in such a honest and professional way. Thank you so much Gergo, Javi and Glendna for being amazing! For always smiling and being kind even on the busiest days and for delivering the best costumer service!!! From someone that literally tried almost all the Wagamama's in West London, this one is just the best!

Pretty standard Wagamama which is quite small compared to others I have been to. Usual menu. Food and drinks arrived quickly and staff were very good. It was my daughters birthday the previous day, waiter overheard and bought her a free desert at the end of the meal. A nice touch.

Honestly, worst wagamamas in London. Went in October with 4 friends, the place was very busy and they said it's up to half hour wait for food which we were fine with. All my 3 friends were given their food while I waited for my single dish for a whole hour. Refused the food as it arrived as we had a movie in vue next door in 15 mins, so I wouldn't even get to enjoy the food. I went today again, Sunday evening only to find our that they were literary out of stock of HALF the dishes on their menu lol. Don't bother coming here

Great staff but greasy, overcooked noodles, The steamed duck dumplings were made palatable by drowning them in hoisin sauce. Our main courses were brought to us five minutes apart from each other....

We went for pre match dinner to this place it was a great experience. The food was delicious, The Staff were the best very attentive and helpful. Would definitely go back there.

An average experience. The food is reasonable however the service was questionable. We were asked after one minute of arriving what we wanted and after saying we needed a little more time we didn't see another member of staff consider us for another ten minutes.

Worst Wagamama venue in London! Completely unprofessional service, waiters were not paying attention at all to the customers and even though the place was not crowded, people were left waiting for a really long time to have their order taken. After the long wait, I was told they were out of most vegan main dishes (which if they would have mentioned from the beginning, wouldn't have wasted the time waiting there, and would have gone somewhere else) so I only ordered the small side of wok fried vegetables, which took 30 minutes to arrive. Extremely disappointed at the terrible service from this really good franchise. Will definitely not go back the second time!

We went here for a quick pizza before the match at Stamford Bridge. The tables are socially distanced and the staff adhered to COVID rules. The pizza was good - haven't had one for several months and it was good to be back!

This was my first time at Wagamama. I ordered the Chicken Gyoza, Chicken Ramen and Pad Thai. I absolutely loved the food and the friendly staff made the whole experience even better. Thumbs up!!

If you order in the evening it's ok so I guess they have someone who can cook on shift then because it's busier. But whenever I've ordered during the daytime my food had missing ingredients and burned meat.

This place has gone downhill! Food was bland and tasted boiled and off! Could have done a better job myself!

Pad thai was oily, bland, not many noodles and no peanuts. It wasnt really a pad thai and even had chilli in it. I used to love wagamama but not anymore.

Delicious food and great service. Definitely recommended. Staff is really very friendly and food is served fresh and quickly. Not too many drinks options but you get pretty much what you're looking for.
