Pizza Express Fulham Broadway in Hammersmith and Fulham

Went at 8pm on a quiet Thursday night and seemed to be understaffed. Nice place, clean and food was good with some nice additions to the menu.

We went to pizza express Fulham Broadway today after a very enjoyable football match. It was packed, but we were not disappointed. We were very well looked after by a lovely waitress (Bedroje) who was very conscientious. Our food was delicious and very fresh tasting and served very promptly. We will definitely recommend.

Food was decent and came pretty quickly however, the staff were horrible. My girlfriend was very rudely spoken to when she asked for a student discount and once paid for, two members of staff looked directly at her and said 'well done, you got what you wanted' in a sarcastic and rude manner after initially telling her the gift card she got for her birthday was invalid when it was in fact not.

We had a meal in the restaurant just before closing time Saturday night and the restaurant was nearly empty. Location is very convenient The waitress was really friendly and attentive and the food was great. My daughter had a kids menu and it was very decent size, I helped with the pizza. Highly recommended.

Choose here rather than the awful Wetherspoons next door. You stand a better chance of not being attacked.

We went here for a quick pizza before the match at Stamford Bridge. The tables are socially distanced and the staff adhered to COVID rules. The pizza was good - haven't had one for several months and it was good to be back!

Pizza express is what it says on the label. Different kind of pizzas, but other main dishes can be found too, in particular can I recommend the salads. Starters and desserts are yummy too, but if I have a romana pizza which is larger but thin based I can't eat a starter too. Nice drinks lists for both alcohol and non. My favourite is American Hot, and a glass of Nero D'avola red wine, or on a hot summer day, a peroni or glass of cola or cranberry juice. I do like their vegetarian pizza options too. The vegan, i prefer to have the cheese changes to ordinary mozzarella, but guess if you are a vegan you don't. Service friendly. It is not cheap when you add it all up, but at least if you cannot eat it all, they are happy to give you a box for your lunch the next day!

We chose to have dinner here prior to visiting the cinema. Having waited a while to be seated whilst several members of staff were stood around near the kitchen not doing much, it. was a quiet Tuesday evening, we ordered our food which came out a while later cold. The pizza contained items which I had asked to be removed. We asked two members of staff for water, which finally came at the end of the meal. There was no attempt to offer dessert or come and collect the bill, so after a long wait we paid by the door but were not acknowledged as such, just had the payment taken in a hurry. Will not be returning.

It wasn't particularly busy (Tuesday night) but there was one waiter who was friendly enough but couldn't seem to manage to the number customers whilst a waitress and a manager drifted around in the background not doing much. I ordered the vegan pizza and asked for no sultanas but it came with them anyway (couldn't be bothered to complain as I was starving). Other than that the pizza was good.The polenta chips were soggy and not nice at all.

Match day but when 3 tables of 6, 4 and 2 people come in after you and get served before you it’s not good, drinks and dough balls took 20mins after 45mins plus no Pizzas 🍕 so we walked out after speaking to the waiter for the third time. Free drinks and dough balls. Won’t be returning match day or other wise. Of to Pizza Hut

A great pre match venue providing you arrive at least 2 hours before Chelsea kick off in order to get a seat. The usual excellent food and service which is always served well in time to ensure you dont miss the kick off!

I have to admit, Pizza Express is seriously hit or miss depending on different branches. Harrogate branch was excellent, Kingston Rotunda branch, truly terrible. The branch within Fulham Broadway is always busy and their staff are really switched on and attentive. Orders taken swiftly, drinks arrive promptly and the food very good. Only two negatives, tables are really close together and the looks are limited for the at a of the restaurant!

If you need something in a hurry and are there in connection with a football match this is a good place.
