We were very well looked after by the manager Ieva, she gave us great recommendations and was very friendly. They had a yummy vegan pizza too! Thank you Ieva!

had a wonderful time at pizza express the other day! my friends and i went to unwind after a long day and the food was absolutely top quality, piping hot and extremely delicious! our server ailís was incredibly patient with us and was really kind throughout our entire visit, it really did enhance the experience for all of us. we definitely hope to visit again soon 😁

Very tasty, the American cheese pizza is a bit too cheesy so it makes the pizza too wet to pick up properly is the only thing. Great delivery too

Seated and left without ordering/service for 25 minutes in a reasonably empty restaurant. Me and my partner both went to use the facilities and the same member of staff ran into both of us at separate occasions without saying anything. Had to ask to order, due to the fact that the only waitress about was just talking and wandering around aimlessly. I am sad to say that i am extremely disappointed with this particular Pizza express as i have otherwise had very positive experiences with the restaurant chain.

Pizza wasn't great and tasted soggy, the waitresses and waiters were kind. But the atmosphere could've been better because there was a kid watching their phone really loud. The doughballs were amazing

BAD SERVICE!!! Good food but waited 45 MINUTES for plates to be cleared after multiple gestures and eye contact to try and get them cleared because we hadn’t paid and had order the set menu. The waitressing staff were stood there chatting and eating ice cream on the sides 😖😖

Ordered the 3 course meal, great food but took servers 45 minutes to clear plates after the main meal Dispite the restaurant being nearly empty and making eye contact several times. No apology afterwards! Not happy!

Absolutely best customer service! So wholesome and welcoming. Marina was excellent and attentive to our big group. We had different dietary requests which was all adhered to. This was one of my best birthday food experiences ever. The Spanish waitress Marina was so full of smiles and energy. The music was so relaxing and chilled. I thought this was good then the pizza arrived my fiorentina was cooked perfectly succulent and full of flavour. Then I asked the waitress for dessert recommendations. She suggested the chocolate fudge cake I smiled and said ok. I had no idea what was I store for me. Oh my oh my what a presentation my mouth started watering before I even took a mouthful. The experience just kept getting better and better with each mouthful. This was indeed the best freshest chocolatey, creamy, orgasmic mouth water chocolate cake experience I have ever had. It completely raises the bar for chocolate fudge cake. I will be recommending this restaurant to all my friends and family. We came into pizza express on the 13th February and was kindly greeted by leva and was sat down with menus almost instantly, the service was excellent and we was also introduced to the pizza express app by leva which i definitely recommend, the food was amazing and came quickly, the atmosphere was really nice too. Overall the whole experience was lovely and will definitely be coming back here.

Ieva was phenomenal 🤩 she was very attentive and provided excellent recommendations of the menu and served us our drinks just a few moments after our order was taken. Ieva explained to us how to use the pizza express app in such a fantastic way and showed us how we can save up our pizza stamps to gain rewards! We will definitely be using the app going forward and will 100% be returning to pizza express Cabot circus.

Another great meal at Pizza Express! Me and my girlfriend were in the mood for food and pizza express was the obvious choice. We opted for the dough balls doppio - instant crowd pleaser!! And then the BBQ chicken pizza and the lasagne both of which were scrum-diddly-umptious! Big shoutout to our server Ieva who made the whole experience that much better with super attentive service and a warm smile! We’ll be back for sure :)

Great food and the staff are lovely! The only downside was that it took us a while to be served at our table and the pizza took 45 mins to arrive. Other people who arrived after us were all served first and were leaving before we got out food. The staff were very kind and understanding though but the slow service mean I was late for an appointment

i went with my friend and ordered 1 large pizza for us to share. We waited a whole hour for ONE pizza and when we asked one of the waitresses about our food she completely ignored us.

Pizza Express was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, but what truly made our visit memorable was the exceptional service we received from Sophie. Her friendly and attentive nature really elevated our dining experience. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made our time there even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Pizza Express, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Sophie, you're in for a treat!

Although the food was great and the service was alright, we waited over 40 minutes for our starters to come to our table. We then received our mains before our starters had even arrived, and finished our mains still without receiving our starters. Still a great place if you want good food.

Brief: Best sticky toffee pudding. Great deals for students on Unidays (25% off whole bill or £7.95 pizza), reasonable prices for standardly good food, great customer service. I come here often mainly for the sticky toffee pudding. I have yet to try another restaurants pudding that tops this one; HIGHLY recommend! Pricing in general here is alright, but it’s better for me as a student since I always have a 25% discount voucher handy. I recently tried their classic margarita pizza even though I’m not a big fan of pizza and I enjoyed it - the tomato sauce was actually the best part about it! Chicken parm & lasagne are good. You can see that the top of the lasagne was pretty burnt but I was too tired to request another one at the time. Restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are nice as well. The second best thing behind the pudding is the customer service since I’ve never had a dissatisfying experience. But specifically SHOUTOUT TO SOPHIE AND IVEA! Sophie has served me many times and I always enjoy chatting with her when I come in, she’s so nice and attentive. I was recently served by Ivea and they also made me feel very welcomed. If staff is reading this - hi!! It’s the girl with the blue NorthFace jacket :) I really only have good things to say about my visits to this PizzaExpress. Tip: Take the customer surveys!! I believe every time you submit your email to connect to the PizzaExpress wifi they email you a survey - they give free dough ball vouchers if you complete one! If I’m not here for the pudding I’m here getting takeaway dough balls lol.

Booked onto a workshop here for the kids. Can't rave about it enough. The staff went above and beyond for them. They were also great with accessibility. The pizza themselves were incredible, the best we've tasted in a while. Will definitely be returning for a meal out.

I really enjoyed the experience in this Pizza Express restaurant, I was ordering food for 4 people and I had some vouchers to use, even it was quite busy the lady was so nice and gave me a chair and menu so I can select my order. The pizzas was super yummy and the s r ice was so polite, friendly and chilled. We had 4 pizzas, some sides and the best cheese cake I ever tried I will definitely come here for the quality of food and service.

Foods ok but won’t order from here again. Pizzas are tiny, especially for the price.

i had a group size of 15. i was given a no directly, even offering a split of tables. the group before me was 5. the group after me was 2. i am surprise i was rejected by the first time when i was visiting pizza express around different cities. too sad. i am not so sure your guest policies or the welcome staff see i was with 6 kids. no recommend this if you are with families or bigger group size

Service really poor. Waited 1 hour for starters. Then only 1 starter turned up. Food was poor. The other starter turned up 10 mins later. We left and didn't bother with the mains. Won't be going there again

The food was quite good, but cooking the pizza took more than 40 minutes. This is really ridiculous, and the waitress’s treatment of us was not good, as if we were eating the food at her expense.

We came on a Saturday with our 4 month old baby. They explained when we arrived that the chefs had called in sick so they had trainees and were running about 1 hour delays on food. We were fine with this. They helped us move the table so we could fit the pram comfortably next to the table and took our order promptly. Drinks arrived quickly. Around an hour later the manager came over to apologise about the delay. Apparently our calzone had been burned twice so she'd had to get it redone. She gave us 50% off our bill as an apology and let us keep the burned one which we enjoyed for tea! Overall I think they managed our expectations well, gave great customer service and communication, and the food was tasty, albeit slow.

Honestly, food is very tasty but waiting so long for it is ridiculous. Got the starter pretty quickly but between the starter and getting the pizza, took over an hour. There is only me and my mum and yet both tables next to us, who came in after us, are happily munching away. I understand how being understaffed can affect this but I’m not happy. Also when we asked about how much longer we’d have to wait, the waitress told us it was just being put in the oven, an hour after ordering only for her to come back 10 minutes later saying the ticket was misplaced and they’d only just started making it. It’s just not on.

The restaurant was only half full when we arrived, but we got ignored for over 5 mins when we walked in. We sat down and were waiting for 3 people to join us, no drinks offered while waiting. We watched a table of 3 be seated before us, they left without ordering, having been ignored for 15 minutes. Empty tables all around the restaurant not cleared, dustpan and brush abandoned beside the table next to us. There were 4 members of staff working out the front, no idea what they were doing. Food was standard Pizza Express.
