Pizza Express in Wycombe

I'm sure it's wonderful if they ever take your order. Was sat down on a very quiet evening and completely ignored for twenty minutes.

Great friendly service for us, and four year old customer

Went in for a meal with my boyfriend and enjoyed the experience. The table setting is good and the place is welcoming. The lady who served us Tina showed 5* customer service and even made some recommendations as I was struggling to choose a Pizza with so many choices. Tina also made sure we were happy with everything. I have to also say well done to the chef as the Pizza was delicious and came quickly. I thought Pizza express Pizza were those hard tiny pizza's but I was wrong! The price is also affordable and there is promotions with the app. I just find it bad that if your eating with someone else you can only choose one pizza in the promotion of £8. I think they should change this as it is not at all fair. It should put a limit of one pizza per person at least! Also made do a better deal like £10 for a pizza and drink, this would call more customers to come and eat at Pizza Express.

I ordered 2x salat and 1 gluten free pasta ,delivery driver came ask me for my code he put the code in he's phone and then opened the bag inside were 2 small pizzas,and 2 large pizzas I said that's the wrong delivery he said ok he went to hes car I thought he will bring my food mabye he had the wrong bag but no ,he drove off with no comment, left couple of messages on pizza express answer phone you can't reach a human being, haven't received any phone call back from them or food or my money .

Not impressed we stopped using you before because you were always so late but thought we'd try again. Hmm we gave you another go but that's probably that's it.

Really enjoyed the food, kindly delivered by a nice man. Dominoes eat your heart out!

They forgot to give the beer to the delivery guy! I wanted to have a beer with my pizza.

I never see pizza like that. How dear are they to send me pizza—like this. No enough pepperoni,strange shape,strange taste,not bake proper bread,like they send to dogs…. Unbelievable

Wrong opening times… It closes at 10:00 on Sundays … we didn’t eat because of their lack of awareness of the time posted on google maps.

At 21:55 I found my order waiting in the cold probably for about 20 min as the page said it had been delivered at 21:35 - I didn't see or hear anyone coming to my door. Disappointed.

Overpriced food. Bolognese was like watered down tomato puree and the pizza was very healthy, in that it was essentially a piece of paper with some toppings printed on.

Ordered on 7th of June, had a gluten free margherita pizza turned up sloppy and half raw! Barely any cheese on it, took a bite and it upset my stomach to the point I was sick, phoned up the shop an hour later and was greeted by a male employee who had the biggest attitude on him was rude and unprofessional. Highly recommended you give it a miss! Pizza looks like it was stuck in long enough to just melt the cheese!

Went out for a meal to use up my voucher. Fancyed some of the dough balls but was told i can't have them unless im paying. When i asked were it says that the server was rude and walked of. I ordered my food by far the worse pizza i have eaten. The reast of the group were not impressed either with food and service.

Delivery driver sooooooo rude. He claimed we put the wrong address but it was correct. Shouted in my mum’s face - NOT ACCEPTABLE.

it was very late compared to the original predicted delivery time. Food came cold and wasn't cut. Barely had any cheese or sauce. when it said out for delivery the guy was here in 5 minutes. pesto tasted old. dough balls were chewy and the piazza dough was soggy.

Food arrived cold and restaurant didn't answer despite several calls.

Food was too cold! I have been in restaurants and watched several couriers in a row collect food from restaurants but they don't close their insulated bags properly so the food goes cold quicker. When used properly the insulated bags are supposed to keep food hot for up to 40 mins. Pizza Express is the best pizza, but not when it's lukewarm.

A Good pizza 🍕 place just a real shame if you do go to the downstairs toilet 🚽 then staff knock ✊🏼 on the toilet door 🚪 on behalf of other customers as you can hear redirect them to upstairs toilet 🚽 rather than leave you in peace to do your business.. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I cannot & have no reason to fault anything about this place. The Food & Service we had was excellent. I had the Lasagne & wasn't expecting it to be brought to me on a Sizzling Dish. It was definitely a case of O.M.G. & definitely the best Lasagne I've ever had. Definitely coming here again. The waitress that served us was so nice & friendly.

Went there to collect a too good for go bag and the food was cold and I know they don't guarantee you a pizza but he gave me some cold disgusting holumie bites a waste of £5 and was made out to feel lucky to have the them like im some sort of tramp. Thanks for that

visited here with my family and the service was great on both occasions, AGA one of the members of staff is amazing and gave our family 100% satisfaction… both times She is a really hard worker and gets the job done perfectly🙌🏽 The kitchen staff cooked some really nice piping hot food and the general atmosphere was great! will be returning again soon for that amazing guiseppe! 🤤 Thanks again … Manager always had a smile 😊

Booking table and ordering food was super easy. The food turned up very quickly and was up to the usual standard I have come to expect from Pizza Express. Overall a great experience.

came here with a large 20+ booking for a work social and was immensely impressed with how server Aggie’s service was the entire time, mostly she dealt with us all herself and was marvellous. We were in the upstairs area just our group and it could’ve done with some more music or such to give it more of a buzzing atmosphere. Food is always good but some dishes were lukewarm rather than fresh & hot.

Terrible service . I contacted Pizza Express and was told the driver had left at 7.32pm when I asked the driver why he was so late ( driver arrived at 8.30pm) he said he went to get the pizzas which were not ready and was told to go back later! The food was soooooo cold when it arrived . Very unhappy and this is the first time I have ordered a delivery and the last time .

Me and my partner came here for our anniversary meal. My partners pizza was oily the onions were mushy the prawns tasted horrible and the tomatoes were sour. My pizza had loads of pepper on and was barely any cheese. £46 pound wasted and we are still hungry! My partner even left his half glass of wine just to get out of there! Also the staff made it very awkward so we felt very uncomfortable.

It’s almost 3 hours, I haven’t received any items, please issues a refund asap, when I called the restaurant at 19:11 that’s 2 hours ago they lied and said your order is about to leave in 5 minutes, it’s now 3 hours in total since waiting

We had an amazing visit for my daughter's birthday with fantastic service. Very patient with a group of tween girls ordering. They even put a candle my daughter's dessert and sang her happy birthday without being asked to do so 😊

Upon entry i was warmly welcomed and asked if there was any preference of where id like to sit. My server was dan he helped me decide on some sides and a starter for a light lunch. Service was incredible, food was delicious and speedy I have no complaints and will definitely be back x

Had an incredible pizza today! I had a rough morning and needed a good meal with fam and this amazed me! Mascarpone and pesto pizza, not on the menu but the chef pulled it off. Scrumptious! Staff is incredibly nice and helpful and honestly my favourite Pizza express restaurants in Bucks.

I like the buzz in this PizzaExpress and watching the kitchen crew is fun. Service was excellent and food well prepared and presented.

Some confusion by the chef not able to provide requested pizza toppings but still tasted good. Some waitresses struggled to understand my English which was a little frustrating

Ordered at 6.20 and food still not arrived at 8pm, which would maybe be fine if the website hadn't said it was delivered at 7.20pm which it was not. Tried again and again to call Pizza Express, and no one answers. Want a refund. 1 star for delivery, 1 star for restaurant service and 1 star for food quality. Would be no stars for all three.

Had a lovely meal here with my family. The service was second to none. The manager even came in said hello which was a nice touch! Will be back!

Horrible experience! The waiter that served us was not trained was brand new and didnt know what she was doing according to the manager on shift. Our dough balls were the wrong ones but the manager handed it well took it back came with the correct ones and an extra portion free as an apology. The real issue was the pizza it was completely raw in the middle when cutting it tuned in to goop and was completely transparent. We told a waiter she took it back and said as loud as possible she saying its raw in the middle and the kitchen lost it they were shouting at the top of their lungs swearing then yelling in a different language. The same pizza came back to me after being put back in the oven still raw I was still quite upset from how they reacted and had an anxiety attack at the table the manager took it back got a new one that we took away as I was crying at the table from the things the chefs were yelling about me in the kitchen. The manager handled everything very well but will never return again!

This place makes a wonderful variety of pizza and pasta dishes! They have a very selective menu ranging from normal, vegan and vegetarian options! The atmosphere of the place is also elegant and modern. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome! Rating this place 5 stars!

Although this is a chain, the food quality varies so we are incredibly lucky to have a fantastic restaurant here in High Wycombe. The chefs were truly fab, great pizzas and good service. One of the best Pizza Express restaurants I've been to!

I had to rate food delivery but IT NEVER CAME!!! Restaurant apparently tried calling but I’ve had no missed calls. Took me phoning to say I had to contact Just Eat for a refund as driver took food but it was never delivered. Now I’m left with no food and no money on my card as it takes up to 7 days to refund!!

We ordered 9 dips and received 3. And the food was very late.

Half and half, delicious. Great service friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean and tidy.
