Nice Italian speaking chap greeted as at the door sat down straightaway took out drinks order straightaway brought our food rather quickly fantastic food that was ? but ???? and there is a butt ? the slamming of the outside door. I should’ve sat further away ! then ?the music ? well,? I’ll leave that judgement up to you, my word not just a bit loud but repetitive horrible songs and that jazz with people screaming in the background of the song who picked for a restaurant man?

Usual stuff from this chain. Staff were all good. Food was fine, the teenagers seemed to like it. No problems, will no doubt be back

Absolutely shocking manger who on three occasions ignored my gesturing for help despite the empty restaurant and making direct eye contact with me. Simply carried on adjusting the menus on other tables. Thankfully the waiter who had served me came over to help. Absolutely appalled that this lady is running the place. I eat in pizza expresses all over the uk and this is the worst I’ve ever been in.

Useless Manager. Waited 20 mins for tables even though 10 available. They weren't reserved either. Just had people standing in the doors for nothing because no method to cleaning tables. Thankfully the waiter Issac had more about him amd served us quickly.

We had a lovely meal. The food was quick, piping hot and delicious. Lady serving us was very friendly too. Great meal out.

Fantastic service especially from Ash to equally match the lovely food we ordered. We both had a very pleasant and relaxed lunch. Nothing was too much trouble for Ash who served us. Why can't all restuarants be like this. Thanks a lot, we will definitely be back.

We walked in and asked if they did walk ins, she said yes 15 minute wait. We got there at 6:10pm. We had a film booked at the cinema for 7:30pm. Took our order, 40 minutes had gone by, we noticed everyone else had their food delivered. We waited another 30 minutes and so I called a girl over, said we we’re going to be late and she said she’d check to see if our food was in the oven, came back and said “so sorry, not sure how it’s happened but your order has been misplaced, it will need to be put back in again”!!!! The food probably would of been nice, place looked clean but I think the customer service in there is what sadly ruins this business!

Everything was great until after we had eaten. I went to the toilet and had to walk past the proving pizza dough, it was covered in flies. I counted 4 the first time I walked past, 3 on my return. It’s just sat there in the open, nothing covering it. I mentioned it to the waiter, he looked at me as though I was an idiot.

Came for my birthday lunch and the lovely waitress was so good with my inquisitive step son letting him make pizza boxes. Had such a relaxing time food was great

My husband and I visited this branch pre-cinema trip midweek. I expected the restaurant to be quiet so booked for an hour before the cinema but on arrival it was heaving! I therefore asked the gentleman who welcomed us how realistic it was to be in and out within an hour - he was super responsive to this and really warm and friendly, after seating us immediately took our drinks order. He then came straight back for our food orders after a brief (but sufficient) time with the menus. He made a personal recommendation to my husband regarding his pizza choice. I'd really like to a say a special thank you to this man but unfortunately I didn't get his name. He was white, with dark hair, wearing a suit, and wearing glasses. Possibly in his 30s but I'm not very good at guessing people's ages! We were then served throughout the meal by a young (possibly early 20s) black man whose name I did check - with the receipt - but I've now misplaced this! He was also lovely and we were only too pleased to tip. I had a free doughballs code from giving feedback for a visit to another branch and I had a voucher for 2x free mains (as that visit was really poor and I'd made a complaint). The waiter asked for some help from a manager with our voucher codes (the manager was lovely and you guessed it - I also don't have his name! He was white, tall, with dark hair, possibly in his 30s, wearing a suit). Our food was served in good time (not rushed but comfortably quick and in enough time for us to eat two courses and get out for the cinema). Our dishes were delicious - dough balls and calamari to start and a funghi di bosco pizza and the meat pizza my husband ate. I asked for my pizza without black pepper (as it now seems to be the case that as a franchise the branches add this - and tend to overseason which ruins it in my opinion) and it was perfection. We took our leftovers away in a pizza box. We enjoyed sitting in front of the kitchen and watching the chefs at work. We really enjoyed our visit, it more than made up for our poor visit to the other branch and we felt like really valued customers in spite of how busy the restaurant was. I'll definitely be back to this branch and recommend to others. Thank you for looking after us.

On a windy and wet day, it was a struggle to get in to the restaurant as the doors were stuck shut! Thankfully this was actually rather amusing, and we and other diners were able to get in. Seated promptly, but then ensued a long wait for a drinks order to be taken, and 2 tables that had came in after us had both their drinks and food orders taken before us. My wife then had to ask a member of staff (turned out to be the deputy manager) to place our order, which was promptly sorted... however whilst eating we could overhear the manager delivering a (deserved imo) telling off to the staff member that was supposed to have been looking after our table. This made things a little awkward on the occasions she did come to check on us! The manager began to take care of us, from that point on he was chaperoning said member of staff. I would just like to say the manager was great with us and we can't speak highly enough of him, however the experience was already tarnished by this point. Food wise the quality was excellent - I had the paneer tikka pizza, the Mrs had a Garlic Prawn pizza which she was allowed to customise to her preference, and the little one enjoyed all elements of the kids meal. Shame the experience (and manager) was let down by that particular member of staff.

High quality, fast lunch. Salad and sides delicious! Perfect service. Really surprised how good it was. Feels like this branch has excellent management and great staff. Maybe that’s what sets it apart from the other sub par branches. I’ve had some disappointing experiences at other branches but would now travel out of my area to visit this one. Keep doing what you’re doing. This is why pizza express became popular in the first place. Hope other branches can learn from this one so the brand survives!!

Visited for our daughters birthday, was meant to be with her friends but unfortunately plans changed at the last minute. I honestly cannot express how amazing 'Bobby' and our server were with us and our daughter. The food was great but the service really was the best we have ever received. I really cannot reccomend them enough. Thank you.

Lovely meal out with family. Prawns could have had a bit more garlic but zucchini was spot on. Emma was an amazing server and really made our evening, if everyone food outlet or restaurant had an Emma life would be brilliant and complaints non existent.

Found the service to be slow and unattentive! The food was slightly overpriced for what you got! A pizza with a massive hole in it, very, very little sauce ir topping on it, and actually quite bland, calamari was overcooked and breadcrumbs undercooked??? The salad was OK, service wasn't great the lady never came back to us to see if we were OK??? Drinks were absolutely OVERPRICED!! £4.95 for a bottle of water and over £3 for a small diet coke! Scandalous really!!

Called in on a Sunday evening and was really impressed with the Vegan Meze Romano pizza. The lack of cheese didn’t spoil the experience and I was pleased that it was pretty spicy - I tend to find chains opt for a safer bland taste. My wife had the La Reine ham and mushroom pizza - again very tasty. We both liked the style - no crust at all. Total cost £35 including a drink each

As always a visit to Pizza Express at Birstall is a pleasurable experience with friendly staff and fast service. Leda always helpful and efficient and a joy to talk to.

We called in today just after 11:30am on a freezing cold, rainy day. The restaurant was warm qnd welcoming. We started with a coffee (mocha), which was hot and tasty. Service was really friendly and quick. We later had doughballs and bruschetta to start and pizzas for mains, mine all being gluten free. Everything was spot on, piping hot and fresh. The toilets and restaurant in general were also very clean. Sometimes the larger chains don’t have consistent quality but the teqm here are doing a great job, front of house and back. It’s the basics that make it sometimes. We really enjoyed our meal- thank you, guys!

This was our first trip back to Pizza Express for a long time (since pre lock down) and it was a little disappointing. Covid Measures - I know that there are currently no specific measures in England but I was expecting some degree of additional spacing. The tables were as tightly packed together as pre Covid and although most of staff had masks on, we still felt anxious and not at all relaxed. As a minimum, I thought there would be sanitiser at the entrance and a few tables removed to increase space. Service - It was a bit non existent. We mainly had one waitress who took order/brought bill and then another who brought food over. Neither were friendly and gave the impression that they did not want to be there. Food - Mixed reviews on the food. It was great to see the Bruschetti con fungi back on the menu. The Calzone was tiny and unlike the pizza, we were told that you can NOT change the toppings as they are pre made. So, I wanted a vegetarian one and not Vegan but was told no. It seems strange that they are pre made. Another member of my table ordered the meat Calzone and it was the smallest Calzone I have ever seen in my life. A complete rip off. Summary - Overall, we were just underwhelmed with the location, the food and the service. It was certainly not worth the cost. A standard classic pizza or Calzone is about £15 and the portion sizes are not as I remember. It is a shame that they do not offer meal deals anymore or participate in the Meerkat 241 as that would be better value. As it stands, we will not be going back in a hurry.

Needed quick meal. No OJ, No Apple Juice, No J20 and No Parmesan. The food was good for the price paid, what you’d expect from Pizza Express. The twins on the other hand were amazing and definitely made the visit worthwhile, well done girls.

Needed to eat after a long drive home and plumped for Pizza. Restaurant wasn’t busy so seated at a nice table in the window and order quickly taken. The 2/3 course menu was recommended which I chose. Drinks served quickly and food was hot and well presented. Both pizzas were delicious and the evening rounded off with great service throughout by our waitress Faye

colouring crayons with their activity packs. The food took around 45-50 minutes with no warning, apology or offer of a drink. The dough balls were stone cold and so was my pizza. My daughters pizza was burnt (see pic!). We ordered desserts and they forgot to bring my daughters dessert. Nor did they bring any cutlery to eat with. And they hadn’t checked what my daughter wanted with her ‘snowball dough balls’ so she got some very odd vanilla sauce instead of the fruit sauce she wanted. Her dough balls were again stone cold! Overall experience was very poor and wish we’d gone to Zizzi where the service is always amazing.

Quick trip to Ikea, then a pizza, it was busy at 6.30pm when we arrived but had booked a table, waited 5 mins to be seated. It was 2 small tables to make table for 4 and of course I got the table that wobbled. I can recommend the Nudja Calzone, its very spicy & tasty hot with red & green chillies! All the servers were busy and didn't have too much time to chat with you. All in all the meal was good, the deserts were a bit pricey at £6.70 but we liked the chocolate fondant with ice gelato - delicious!!!

Came here for a quick meal after the cinema. It was fairly late so the service was very quick since it was so quiet.

We arranged a visit with school for an educational visit. The staff were amazing. Courtney and Tilly was so patient.and explained everything to the children at their level. The pupils though the chefs, Sophie and Kristian were brilliant. The pupils were in ore watching and making their own pizzas.

Family of three , Saturday lunch, we were seated quickley , however from our table we could clearly see the male preparing the pizzas, what was more alarming was his trousers and underpants had lowered and we could clearly see the top of the crack of his backside, not the best impression !

Visited on a Sunday evening with a few tables in but not especially busy. Service was friendly and after a bit of a wait (which the waitress apologised for) our starters arrived. The prawns were tasty and the mozzarella and tomato salad is always decent.

Visited on a quiet Thursday afternoon, service was poor and very slow. There were times when tables where left waiting to pay, have plates cleared and even the basic courtesy of actually acknowledging guests waiting at the door to be seated was blatantly ignored.

Such a hot day called for a Leggera Super Food salad bowl, full of colour taste and ev erything that's good for you ... delicious ...a big thank you to Courtney and John.

We visited here on a Sunday afternoon around 3.30pm. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we arrived. We were seated fairly quickly but had to wipe the seats down as there was children’s dirty footprints all over the seating bench.

Everytime we eat here, we never leave disappointed. Good friendly staff, well cooked meals, great atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

Ended up in here because the queue for TGI was an hour and a half. Looks like we had the same waiter as other commenters...walk in and we were seated on the right...a guy who didn’t smile once or offer any sort of interaction.

We came here for our dinner/tea with family. The pizzas were burnt and the sides were so tiny and not worth £4.40 each! The manager was extremely unprofessional. Won't be returning here.

It was a convenient location for our 241 deal which meant the bill was acceptable. Service was very efficient and friendly and the pizzas were very good. The most of the tables in the restaurant were too close together and too small.

Went to eat here before going to see a film at cinema nearby. Had pre booked due to it being a Saturday night. Restaurant very busy but taken to our table after a short wait. Our food order taken quickly and our starters arrived quickly. Our mains took quite a while to arrive and we put this down to it being busy. I had noticed food being put out for delivery to tables and being left for a short time before being delivered to the tables. When our order arrived my Pizza was stone cold, obviously due to the above mentioned comment. I asked the waitress to take it back and replace it with a fresh one. The manager then came up and apologised and said a fresh one would be along very shortly which it did and was hot and very tasty. Have been to this restaurant several times over the last few years and this was the first time ever I've had to complain about anything. The food and service had always been first class. Last night the food was just as good apart from a small lapse in arriving hot. This will not stop us going again and look forward to eating here again soon.

It was a busy Sunday afternoon, the rain was pouring down so we thought let’s do a two for one at pizza express, the restaurant was clean and tidy the atmosphere fine. Was a queue at the door with literally shedloads of tables empty, dunno why but this guy was certainly taking his time seating people, that wasn’t the problem. The main problem was the amount of food on the front waiting to go to the tables that was going cold coz no one was there to serve it, now pizza express isn’t the quickest with the food but usually its piping hot when served, this restaurant defo not piping hot, also extremely stingy on the toppings my hubby got chicken literally like 5 pieces on a massive pizza won’t go to that one again. Service was so slow I could literally feel myself getting older awaiting the bill, and then when it came when I paid with cash she looked at me like I’d grown two heads and flounced off looking distracted, dunno what that was about, food was ok as usual just extra stingy with portions and toppings.

Fine if you want hard cherry tomatoes thrown over everything. I had mozzarella and tomatoes to start - not a beef tomatoe in sight just hard cherry ones. We waited over half an hour for our main and the pizza was greasy, tasteless and full of rock hard cherry tomatoes - uncooked. Should have been a salad but just lettuce and a bit of rocket. My daughters bolognase tasted odd with some uncooked chewy pasta. I complained and was told it was because they were busy - Friday lunchtime!! The manager knocked the drinks off but not good enough I'm afraid. That's our last visit.

You know what you're going to get when you go to a Pizza Express and it didn't disappoint.

Instantly seated and the staff were efficient. Drinks order and food order taken quickly just how you like it. The meal was excellent, a great experience way better then Pizza Hut!

First time we’ve visited Pizza Express, Birstall and it will be our last.

We have visited this restaurant in the past numerous times and have enjoyed it with the kids.. just me and the hubby last night, I have to say this restaurant has one of the most miserable male staff member I have ever seen, he has been working here a fair few years.. how I don’t know? He is totally uninterested in serving you!! Unfortunately we had him last night.. ruined it! As you go in and they seat you on the right hand side of the restaurant you’ll have this miserable person!

My Husband treated me to a meal here last Wednesday as part of our date night, we found the staff very pleasant and helpful, and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

A family of five ordered drinks and pizzas on a busy Sunday afternoon .All of us commented on how friendly our waitress was as well as the the quality of the food. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and intend using this restaurant in future.

Visited at lunchtime ,clean tidy and inviting. We were seated quickly but waited a while to take drinks order, the waiter couldnt have been less interested.

Went to pizza express tonight for the first time food was nice but very overpriced for pizza and the drinks menu is ridiculous £6.80 for a large perroni and £3 for a can of pop on the drink menu alone i would never go back

Went for dinner tonight as a family treat using Tesco's vouchers.

I visited Pizza Express with my sister on a gorgeous sunny evening before we were heading off elsewhere. We were eating early at 5ish but the place was pretty much empty. We sat outside which was nice despite looking at the car park!!!! We shared the garlic bread with mozzarella to start and my sister had one of the new romana pizzas and myself the chicken Milanese, which is new to the PE menu. Can’t fault anything really. All good and we finished off with a raspberry honeycomb slice. Two glasses of rose at over £7 a glass is expensive but as we were using some vouchers this was the only thing we paid for which is always a bonus. The service was ok but there were maybe only 5 or 6 tables occupied. Not really much in the way of atmosphere but enjoyable all the same.

This location for Pizza Express is one which I visit very regularly. We always order near enough the same thing and are never with what we receive. The food is tasty and always super quick! Love coming here and will return (as always)

I took my wife to Pizza Express after some shopping in the city. I have used PE several times in the past, including this one and it is usually OK. The first thing that caught my attention was the drinks menu. A bottle of beer costs over £6.00! That had us chuckling, suffice to say we didn't order one, I got one from the supermarket on the way home for £1.80. Anyway, I digress. We ordered our food, I ordered the Cannelloni, shortly afterwards I was presented with what appeared to be a saucer of tomato soup. Inside this insipid broth was some thin flat pasta strips with some yellow gunk in them. Apparently that was the Cannelloni and it was vegetarian. Since when has Cannelloni been a default veggie dish? Anyway, the whole sorry mess was uneatable so I sent it back. I was suprised that the duty manager or the chef didn't question this or ask what was wrong. Perhaps they are used to it? I got billed for it as well. Any positives? The wife said her pizza was OK and the waitress was lovely. I just wished I had photographed it.

Waitress took our order. Four of us dining. When she brought our meals it turned out she had misheard one of our orders so brought the wrong dish. When we pointed this out, it turned out the original choice wasn’t even available. Choosing a replacement and waiting for it to arrange meant one of us had to eat when we had all finished.

A delicious lunch starting with Dough Balls Doppio, with garlic butter and dips. Followed by Leggera Padana pizza (under 600 calories) and a Soho 65 full classic pizza ... all served with a big smile from Leda.

We were seated quickly on arrival by our waiter Bledi. Our 3 courses were of high quality, and were accommodating of special requests. The service from our waiter was attentive without being intrusive.

On 2 separate occasions I have recieved shocking customer service from one particularwaitress (never got her name as they don't have name badges and never left me with the receipt) Me and my partner visited on Saturday 10th march as we had a voucher, we gotseated straight away, we already knew what we wants to eat after previous visits. 15 minutes in to getting seated the waitress came over and said 'are you ready to order' in a can't be bothered type attitude when I went to say food order she then said 'no just drinks' our drinks arrived and we then had to wait another 20 for the duty manager to come over and take our order after the waitress kept looking over knowing we wanted to order. Starters arrived promptly, finished them and then waited another 10 minutes for the waitress to clear our plates to call our mains. Finished mains then waited 15 minutes for the bill but looked pricey to say we had vouchers but we finally paid no 'thankyou' or anything. Food is lovely just a shame about the staff's attitude and applied especially as I work in the hospitality industry. Will not be returning to this restaraunt. Thankfully after complaining to head office they have sorted th I for us

Visited recently with friends. Great selection, prompt and friendly service. Hannah, our waitress was awesome. Friendly, polite and very knowledgable about the menu. Yes your standard Pizza Express but the service was perfect.

The whole family used to live a trip to Puzza Express, you could always count on an experience that was a little more 'authentic' than other pizza chains. Visited last night and I've hit to say that is no longer the case. Higher prices, much smaller portions, rude and disinterested waitress and non existent atmosphere would explain why the place was only a third full on a Friday night. Won't be rushing back.

Visited Thursday 25th Jan the waiter was very good we had vouchers to use,we wanted to alter one of the toppings, we wanted to take home the uneaten pizza & the babies soother needed hot water to clean it all of this was not a problem food was very good restaurant was spotless. Something missed off our order it was delivered and given complimentary ....Well done it was as good as it should be but we know lots of places that fall short, but not here.

First of all, the food was actually very nice but the 60min wait between starters and main courses was poor.

Hannah, our waiter, was very kind and knew lots about the menu, she helped recommend a delicious pizza to me and a pasta dish for my friend, also Rachel was always smiling and friendly

After shopping we decided to go for quick bite before going home.

Took a trip to the cinema a few weeks ago and stopped in for pizza on the way home. I personally have never eaten at a Pizza Express but imagined it'd be like most Italian restaurants.

Nice food here, good atmosphere and most all there's free dough balls! It's clean and well maintained

I was really disappointed with the lack of service and food served to me n my wife. We had to wait 10 minuets before we even had anyone come to our table which in that time people came in after us had already placed there order n revived there drinks. After our order had been placed the waiter had to ask the chef where our starters was as some time had passed the chef forgot to even make them. The starter was still raw which the waiter agreed and replaced then when we received our pizza the bass was so hard as it seemed to be reheated due to the fact the chef had to make the starters again every bite we took sounded like we was eating a bag of crisps it was so hard I was really disappointed with my visit

Dined here with my wife and children, outstanding customer service and high quality food. The staff were so friendly and took time to speak to my children which was good to see. I would highly recommend this branch due to its friendly staff and perfect location!

A group of 4 visited on a busy Sunday tea time. The restaurant was obviously under staffed. Although we had an above average wait for our 3 courses, Bledi our waitor kept us informed and apologised for our long wait for desserts. Bledi is a top waitor, kept us refreshed whilst we waited - highly recommended! Food was good and although a long wait was made to a high standard. The American hottest needs to be back on the menu!

This ubiquitous chain restaurant has good standards wherever I have dined with them. Called in after a trip to the Cinema. Very little atmosphere as its on a shopping area which is largely closed by that time on a Sunday evening. Food was as advertised but a long way from what could be described as Good or Very Good - just average. Despite the restaurant being largely empty, initial service was slow.If you want reliable, average, chain Italian style food, you cannot go too far wrong.

Very nice open restaurant. Not too crammed and obviously a very large retail car park to support. Service was great, although during the busy period it is a little difficult to get staff's attention.Would be great though, if Pizza express are able to expand their menu for restaurants of this size. A little boring to see the same old menu wherever you go and unless you got vouchers it is over-priced in my opinion.Worth recommending for now though.

Furniture shopping, and needed lunch, had lasagne and garlic bread, hubby had pizza, but had to wait ages until waitress cleared up other tables, good job I wasn't working and needed to hurry. Food was good however, managed to get a voucher code so only paid £21 a bargain

Absolutely love coming here to eat! We come regularly during the week days and are usual served by either Leda or Bledi. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The managers are always about and helping and so friendly which is great to see as many places you don't see any sign of the managers! Food is fantastic and again nothing is too much trouble for the chefs either. Brilliant place to go

Slightly baffled after reading all the recent negative reviews as to why? Came on a busy Saturday with my family and was more then pleased with our experience there. Food was quick (considering the amount of people in the place) and it was above average in taste. The pollo pesto my wife said was delicious and I can equally agree with the zapparoli! Our kids were more then occupied with the children's pacs and they're pasta also, they loved watching the chefs make the food. Our waitress Tilly was more then pleasant attending to our every need and seeping that northern hospitality we love. Was more then happy after being asked by her to create an account and write a review especially after seeing all the comments. Overall great experience and will definitely be returning with the fam:)

Went here today to help my Father in Law celebrate his birthday! We have been to the pizza express in Wakefield and have usually had a good experience! Not today, and not at this restaurant I'm afraid. Bear with me as I regale to you my tale...We entered as a family just before noon and I ordered the asparagus risotto, along with the rest of my family who duly ordered their respective meals. 5 mins later the waitress told me that due to a menu change next week, they had no asparagus, so would I like chicken and mushroom, I asked for maybe the seafood rigatoni instead but unfortunately they didn't have this either! I told her I didn't fancy chicken but would have mushroom risotto then. My family's meals came and I waited for my risotto. During this wait for my meal we had to ask for my daughters meal to be brought as they seemed to have forgotten this, as well as asking for the garlic bread that had been ordered to be brought as this seemed to have been forgotten too! When my meal did eventually arrive it was chicken and mushroom! Not the mushroom that I ordered. I duly sent it back to ask for only mushroom! The manager came to our table and apologised and said that due to the mix up he would not be charging for the risotto, and would offer us a discount on our meals! Well I waited for my meal to come, when it did arrive the rest of my family had finished eating and believe it or not the very tasty garlicky meal was luke warm! I sent it back again, as hungry as I was I didn't fancy eating a luke warm risotto! Everyone else had licked their plates clean by this time, well they certainly had time to do if they didn't, but I was still waiting for my main meal! and waiting, and waiting... well my stomach felt like my throat had been well and truly cut, but a full 25 minutes after everyone else had finished their meal and over 1 hour since we had entered the restaurant the blandest mushroom risotto I have ever had the pleasure of eating did eventually arrive, good job for pepper and parmesan is all I could say!We also had to ask twice for my daughters ice-cream to arrive believing they had also forgotten about that, it only arriving after my, very late, very bland risotto.All in all not a good showing today Pizza Express, and just as an after thought, how do you justify charging over £7 for a bottle of Peroni that costs £2 a bottle at Morrisons!

We tend to collect meals when we do over time at work . Birstal pizza hut is nearest one to us . We ordered twice last week the person who took the order(manger ) was really helpful but the guy at the till was not so helpful when I collected the food that we ordered . The guy was more interested in to see what I had put as a gratitude than serving me or helping me . The starters are nice pizzas are average . Locality is great perhaps too busy for my liking .

We went on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't incredibly busy. First of all the waitress didn't write any of our order down so she got it totally wrong. Even the drinks. When the food came the pizzas had the wrong toppings on and two of them had to be remade. Then when the bill came we got charged for an extra dish we didn't have.The food was good - but the service wasn't great unfortunately.
