Really disappointing with Geleto passion terrible service

This is the first time coming here for dessert. Absolute horrible service and the manager ZAFAR having no understanding on how to run a business yet knowing how to actually speak to customers. I ordered churros and asked for extra sauces which i asked to be warmed up. They said we don't warm sauce. I also asked about the pink sauce and he had no idea what it was. This was the apparent manager I ordered a brownie which was dry and had no flavour. I never do reviews but i just don’t believe the experience i had. Whoever owns this business; please have your staff trained properly and have basic customer decency. When I gave feedback for the dessert he was angry ran to the till to give us a refund.

Delicious dessert the chocolate Nutella crep is the best.Also the Jam rolley polly was nice too.

just ordered from uber eats, i ordered a mr wippy sundae and it was FULL of ants, i called customer service and he claimed it was just sprinkles LMAO he also shouted not to order from us again, didn’t give money back or new order… overall rude and LAZY staff experienced disgusting food for the first time in my life… #traumatised

the food that was actually correct was decent but when we rang about the order being wrong, after having to find the number on google as it was not on uber eats, we was met with rude staff that had no way of helping us.

I would love to give it 5 stars but..... we asked for a peanut butter stack and for it to be warmed up! Ended up getting home and it was stone cold!! Thanks

Great dessert options with big portions and friendly service

Very Disappointed. Ordered jam roly poly very dry and tuff the jam colour was brown !!! In the menu it shows two slices however when you get the order you only get one. Poor watery custurd. Customer service bad we had to go ourselves to get correct numbers of spoons as they gave us 2 instead of 6.

This place is beautiful. So many incredible choices of ice cream which are top quality. The place is spotless and the decor is stunning. Amazing homemade desserts also; not to mention the wonderful welcoming staff. Worth every mile to enjoy a sweet treat.

The Ferrero milkshakes tasted like they had used water instead of milk!

Denied us service even though they don’t close until 12pm. Absolutely atrocious

Didn't allow access several hours before closing times and refused to take order.

Don't know why they didn't let us in even though the shop doesn't close till one hour after.

I rang in to make an order and they didn't serve me but the shop didn't close for another hour!

Very disappointed with the gelato staff. Wanted a dessert. Was offered in cardboard box. When they had plates to put in. Asked got replied can not wash up as its closing. Which had an hour left for closure. So decided not having the desert.

The customer service is absolutely spectacular, the person who served me (Hussain) was really kind.

Got the best service from Husssain,Humera,Harris and Ahmed. They were very polite and generous

Puddings were cold, barely defrosted. When I spoke to the person on the phone they were rude and arrogant. I’ll never order from them again, waste of time and money!

Be warned the chocolate chip cookie dough is not the same as before,purchased a few today and tasted completely different..after speaking to a member of staff was informed it was due to covid they had purchased the ingredients from elsewhere. I was a regular every week until now.. waste of money and taste awful.

Never going to order from them again. Ordered it via uber and delivered incorrect order when called them they blamed the driver for the error and advised me to call the driver. When called the driver he was blaming the shop. To top it up they had the cheek to tell me to come and collect the order from the shop. Disgusting customer service

Our orders came staggered and my sons milkshake did not arrive at all so he sat and we ended up taking it home as takeaway, that spoilt our evening as he had to watch us eat ours.

Got a bubble milkshake from here. Tasted good. Quick service. Plenty of seating and parking near by. Friendly members of staff. A mate complained about this place but couldn't really find a fault.

I have been coming to this place since 2015, it basically made me skint when I was at college. Ordered on Uber Eats today and I got a free 4scoop of ice cream on top of the one I ordered. Good service, best icecream/shakes around. Never had a problem with the delivery time, and the price is right for the quality.

Firstly, it's amazing to see everyone's faces in such crazy times. The milkshakes and customer service are above expected. Me and my partner always leave with a smile on our faces. The same can't be said for other pudding places on the same highstreet.

Ordered off Uber eats ordered a banana crepe. Would not recommend it came cold and was covered in sauce. Would have liked it to be hot and fresh not cold and tasted old also my sisters desert a coconut sponge came cold too

Just visited today with my children and the young lad at the counter was so pleasant and welcoming. Service was spot on and the milkshakes were perfect. It just shows that a smile and feeling welcomed can make the whole experience worthwhile. Keep up the good work!

Food was amazing but I would give gelatos a better rating if the staff were friendly as they took my order really rough and spoke to me harshly. But if your going only for food then I really do recommend tasting the food there.

Amazing service by Talhaa Lakhi! Made 3x peanut butter stacks with extras to a very high standard. Really recommend asking for a peanut butter stack with extra chocolate on top served with vanilla ice cream. It’s the BEST :)

Been there a few times now... always up to standard. Variety to choose from.. kids feel comfortable and enjoy there treats. Staff are all sound as well

If you're thinking of walking over to the place two doors away the think again.....this place is much better, no loud music, no rubbish waiters and a quick and pleasant experience....worth every penny

Sorry to say but the owner/manager has no level of customer service. I know the lad so I'm being polite and didn't want to embarrass him in front of the few customers that were in the shop. Best to stay away and go to icestone gelato at least the manager knows how to talk. Apologies but you need to grow up...

Lovely desserts that are essential after a monstrous burger. Kind and helpful staff along with nice and open eating facilities. I absolutely adore the Choclate Brownie Explosion, really sweet and filling.

Freshly made Nutella Crepe- Fresh crepe mothered with Nutella spread &served with strawberry or banana. Milkshake - Standard classical milkshake you can’t go wrong with. There are 31 flavours to choose from, we’ve tried Ferrero Rocher and Oreo. Chocolate Fondue - This comes with a choice of 6 dips to choose from... We chose Strawberry, Banana, Marshmallows and Brownie. The chocolate is kept warm by a lit candle. Perfect for the romantic night out. Gelato Passion Special Belgian Waffle -Waffle made with melted Ferrero Rocher chocolate, topped with Nutella and whole Ferrero Rochers 😋. With Waffles, you can either choose Regular size, which is half a waffle, or a large size for the complete Waffle.
