Pizza Domain in Southend-on-Sea

Was totally awful. Also complained to just eat and was told my account would be credited. Only for me to go to use just eat again and find that they didn't bother crediting my account at all.

Lovely pizza place, we order from them all the time. Good value for money, speedy delivery and yummy pizza!

Food was piping hot and as good as always, pizza was cooked to perfection.

Dissapointed with the milkshakes which were melted, just some milk with pieces of chocolate in it. Pizza was delicious.

Got sent wrong toppings, garlic bread with no cheese, missing wedges completely. Paid extra for topping not on pizza. Was supposed to be bbq pizza was tomato no bbq. Pizza was very poor quality & went straight in the bin. Chicken wings very dry.

We didn’t receive the chips, drink and sauce we paid for. Food wasn’t of great quality and was really disappointed with the milkshakes. The burger however was lovely. Shame about everything else.

Must be new owners because domain used to be great. Pizza was soggy and just tasted like salt and had clearly been dropped. Everything was just about edible other then the pizza which i managed 2 slices of.

The food was good but deliver went from estimated 45 mins to ending up 1.5hrs! And the place was only 7 mins away. The driver came by bike with the box folded into a bag. Didn’t make a great impression. But the food was good!

We used to love Domain but since it’s been taken over it’s totally changed. The service and food rubbish. Never again!

The pizzas that we ordered tasted of so much salt that it was unable to eat. Bit it was to late to complain. So in the bin it went and sleep. On an up side the garlic bread and patatoe sald was amazing.

Waited 2 hours not good enough so cancelled and want refund.

Whilst the delivery was quick and the food as hot as always the base on the BBQ Special was overdone. A near miss on the normally excellent food and service from Pizza Domain.

Always hot tasty and the Family Deal is great value for money especially with an additional few portions of curry chips. Everybody is full and happy.

Ordered the pizza deal with 2 9" pizzas and 4pcs of garlic bread and 8 pcs of chicken wings and 2 drinks and a dessert the pizzas where gorgeous but never got the garlic bread pcs and the dessert was wrong

Waited over an hour and a half for Tex Mex. A few onion rings. Some wedges and chicken. Not good service guys. As a regular customer I’m very disappointed. Must do better.

Perfect as usual. No complaints. Highly recommend this place.

I have ordered the pizza for collection found at the time deliver it was not the same what i ordered. Rather accept their fault and apologise abused in front of other customers. Left the shop and decided not to go anymore despite i was their very old customer for the past 4 years.

Everything is made from fresh ingredients with individual care and attention. Prices are very fair. My pizza was delicious and will be ordering again!

Didn't get a call as I required so could have missed the delivery or the food been taken my another apartment. The delivery guy didn't check if it was my order or went through the order to confirm everything was there. They did arrive in time however and the food was spot on.

I had a very tiny order. Which shouldn’t have taken just over 50 minutes. When it arrived the food was STONE COLD. I will never order from this place again. Very unhappy.

Normally good service, but forgot the topping on my pizza I paid extra for so was just cheese and didn’t enjoy as much.

This was my first ever order here so was unsure how good Pizza Domain was. I hope this review helps you all... First off delivery time was very good, it took 70 mins to arrive and was on time. The delivery driver was friendly polite... my mother bought jacket potato with beans. She said was really nice but just wish it was bigger but said potato was cook perfect she loved it... i had a pizza and asked for thin crust. I must say i have try many placed for pizza some ok many bad places out there but papa johns was my fav pizza UNTILL I TRYED HERE!!!! This pizza was perfection... it was grease free and thats rare.. tasty and topping stayed on the pizza none fell off. I cant stress enough how great the pizza was and well worth the price too... now garlic bread that come with pizza part of large pizza deal... garlic bread was nice BUT i really wish there was option to have cheese on it cos not as good plain. Really nice tho and cooked well not burnt like some other places i bought from... really hope Pizza Domain add option tho to add cheese... i also got BBQ chicken wings with deal... my mother had these and she said was well cooked, nice BBQ sauce on them and she would buy again... now we had lassi drink. Was ok but nothing special and we had milkshake my mother said she like it... we did have one bad thing to say tho... we got coke cola 500ml with deal and it tasted flat and not right... i thought i check date it said 28/02/21 so very much past its sell by date... i through it away.. to be that much out of date i am shocked nobody has noticed ??? But apart from this all round really decent.. thank you for my meal Pizza Domain

Late but hot at least. Weird toppings. Cinnamon on chicken tandoori - really? Cheese heavy without much else. First time the kids haven’t fought for more.

Great food as always but out strawberry shortcake slices were frozen solid so we couldn't eat them as a dessert. In the past they have been chilled.

Our favourite go to pizza takeaway. Never fail to amaze us. Always got, delicious, driver is always polite. Cheesy pizza garlic bread is to die for ❤️

Was nice and hot but could have been five a bit more very soft. Unfortunately wrong topping on pizza which affected the taste as I don’t like pepperoni and ordered ham.

Ordered med pizzas couldn’t believe how small is was no way that’s classed as med pizza it was 6/8” which was cut into 6 very small slices. Also ordered bbq chicken wings the worst taste I’ve had it was like eating wings with maple syrup far too sweet it didn’t taste nothing like bbq the sauce was horrible we couldn’t even eat it, it went straight in the bin. Very disappointed with whole meal.

Tasty hot quality food at really great prices. Hot Meatball pizza and Chefs Special are our favourites. Family Meal deal is great value along with some curried chips and spicy wings.

The food was perfect, Very flavourful and hot. One and only complaint is - A missing item. My order was small. A pizza. Chips and a drink. - They forgot the drink. In such a small order there isn't really an excuse for something to be missing. However this was fixed at the doorstep with a £1 coin. And I would order from here again.

The whole meal was just yummy...really enjoyed!

Lovely mushroom sauce but unfortunately the chicken schnitzel was very overcooked and tough. Salad was missing from the order and side order of potato salad was literally just a tablespoon full. Pizza was perfect though and delivered quickly

Food tasted nice but temperature control was a bit off. Normally piping hot but sadly lukewarm. The cheesey garlic didn’t really taste of garlic but just cheese with a taint of garlic at best. First time ordering chips from here and they were overcooked. On a plus side the pizzas were brilliant as usual in taste, once zapped in microwave. BBQ chicken pieces were delicious 👍🏻

30 minutes late wont be ordering from you again

Turned up late and was wrong order. Got told a manager would call me and 5 days later I am still waiting! Its a shame as the food is usually nice but when you get shocking customer service that has ruined it for me and will not be ordering from there again.
