The best pizza I ever had in South end,

Came here last week for a strip meal, were the best strips I’ve had. Got a strip meal today and got given processed crap. If I wanted processed I would’ve cooked something from the freezer. Will not be coming back

Definitely they need to learn some mannerisms how to deal with customers on the phone

My husband came home with chicken strips and fries from here. I didn't know where he'd got the food from at first and thought the strips were to die for, so tender and tasty. I told him I'd have to get some more and asked him which shop it was from. I was glad to know it's within walking distance from me, a great location! I have already been back and this is my new favourite fast food place!

I always order from Pizza City & Grill. Food is always hot when its delivered and always delivered early. Food is tasty and their burgers are 100% better than McDonald's, Always freshly made. Love their chips too.

Terrific people and terrific food

Pizza city has lovely hot food and different options for many people like pizzas, burgers and much more. They have a lovely dining area always clean and tidy and the staff are lovely. Prices are always fair and the food portions are great 10/10 would recommend to anybody in Southend!!

I’ve been ordering with Pizza City since the quarantine, it’s been almost 4 years since I first ordered. Really nice stuffed pizza and always fresh and fast delivery. The price is always good too, the staff are nice and friendly I have had many pizza’s from here as well as chips, burgers, lasagna, drinks, always comes fresh and ready to be eaten. Being from overseas I like my pizzas in a very specific way and they are the only ones I consider to be same as overseas. Whenever me and my friends gather around, 3 15” pizzas and 2 bottles of drink is what we go for, could’t recommend enough 👍🏼

Burger was alright, but pizza is awesome here.

Will give it a 2.. Burger come a bit raw & stodgy in a hard bun.. Chips, can't go wrong with chips!!.. The Donna wrap, if u can find the Donna. There wasnt much mean, more salad.. I asked for only lettuce I got everything but lettuce.. Didn't really enjoy it.. Would been better if they bothered to read the notes given to them!

Walked in with my dog as there was no sign on the door to say dogs weren’t allowed. Man took my order. I paid Then told me I had to take my dog outside. I told him no, but on reflection do not use this business. I am fine with people being transparent from the start about the dog. But the fact it only became an issue after I paid is worrying!

Ordered late admittedly..Good waiting time food fresh just needs to be an option not to smoother all the kebab with third degree burn chilli sauce (would be fab if it was freshly made sauce ) overall was good !

Awful establishment. Order arrived about an hour late and wasn’t worth the wait. Clearly staffed exclusively by incompetents. Don’t waste your time a d money on this place, it will only end in disappointment!

Food delivered super dry, cold, old, omg. Avoid, food need to be fresh... Horrible, i dont want to eat crisps with different taste.

Completely messed up order after explaining in plain Queens English and they still got it wrong after phoning through to them they refused to correct it or compensate in any kind of way and would prefer to argue on the phone with what was a loyal customer and would prefer to now go out of business If you want to be let down go ahead and waste your money

We order often as we enjoy the food, but for the 3rd or 4th time we have missing drinks, I can only assume it is the delivery drivers taking them, but it's annoying as someone always has to go without a drink I've tried calling the shop bit cannot get through. Big sigh ....

Wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. Disgusting and threatening behaviour and attitude from one of the staff today. Used to order from here often but never again. Never received so much abuse over the phone on my life. Incredibly unhelpful also.

Me and my boyfriend love this place and whenever we order pizza will always go here. The pizza looks and tastes amazing and we always get it on time, or even a bit early which is great! The mozzarella sticks are also really good. I also have to recommend the cheesy chips :) Great service and great food :)

This is the worse joint I ever experience in my life. An employee that works there insulted me badly, calling me racist only because I complained about machine for a card that did not worked. Horrible experience and the place is not so clean, pizza as every takeaway have no near image of the real pizza as it should be, but when u are hungry that is it. Still never will I forget such an abuse from those Indian or Pakistani person. Other guy I think Polish, was kind but this one, horrible. I would give 0 star but I can't. Horrible and let everyone know. That person I called him Sir called me Mate and he really don't deserve to work in such space, no where actually..

They quoted me on the phone a cheaper price, but when I went to collect and pay, they charged me more. Then they made me wait for almost 20minutes more to make a new order. They could of easily given me the ready pizza's that they made and charged me what I was told on the phone.

cold pizza delivered late and tasted like it had been cooked yesterday and reheated. Avoid this place.

Disgusting service placed order UberEats delivery took just under 2 hours to arrive I called the restaurant 3x they told me driver left and then apparently mistake that he just left will be 5 mins and then 3rd time I called and got told to wait again then partner for angry took over the phone(as anyone else would be angry waiting for delivery at just under 2 hours) when it did arrive the kebab was so OILY THE PITA was covered with oil you could squish and you can see the oily bits just coming out of the pita underneath the kebab was like a swimming pool! Disgusting never again!! AVOID! I have to give one star but trust me it’s not worth even a star!!

There food was not nice except the burger why I gave 2* is because the burger was actually nice, chips pizza however was not even eaten as it wasn't to my taste

I've ordered from here quite alot and never had a complaint until today. The chicken wings I had ordered had a bonus surprise of a wireless headphone. Won't be ordering again from here

Can't complain about the food, it was hot and tasty. Only gripe I have is they forgot to include the dessert, I telephoned and they said I could have either a refund or mention in comments, about missing item, on the next order. Would have got five stars but for this mistake

Dinner arrived nearly an hour late and their excuse was because I ordered through Uber Eats! The most disgusting burger I have ever eaten, horrible hard chips. The only thing that wasn’t awful was the Can of Coke!!!!
