Pizza bulls in Ealing

The worst place ever. been here recently nothing changes in this place 1.food is not fresh , very dry probably been since the morning . 2. the heigyne is awfull. no one is wearing any gloves or seen to be washing there hands at any time. ESPECIALLY when handling cash then touching the chips and chicken!! straight after. Just wiping there hands over there trousers or tops. 3. Come in see/eat for your selfves it has been like this for along time now ,nothing has been done about this since they re opened shut sown loads of times , due to heigyne issues and infestations. :( :( :( not worth the money for the prices they charge you

Southall is a densely populated place. There are hundreds of customers. I'm afraid there is only one male toilet. Today 21Oct 2023 I've been there and waited 15 minutes to enter the toilet. My suggestion is to make more toilet there.

Food was freezing cold and it shouldn’t be.

I ordered food to the value of £44.28 from Rocky’s on Uber eats I ordered an XL pizza but was charged an extra £2 which I was happy to pay When the pizza arrived it was size L! I rang and complained and was told categorically that the size L and XL the same size (8 slices) so why charge me the extra £2 ! And he then said it’s Uber eats that charge the extra £2 and not Rocky’s ! Well I ordered from your website so why blame Uber eats ! By the time I was trying to sort this out but he would not agree with me - my food was all cold and did not enjoy my meal as had friends over ! What made me mad was that he refused to accept that the £2 extra for XL was not done by them but Uber eats charged me ! Bloody crooks and I will not be ordering from them again! I’m sure I’m not the only customer they have charged an extra £2 but still deliver a L pizza ! Not happy at all with their service !
