Pizza box in Middlesbrough

when it did arrive the food was cold, pizza was missing, reported it and still waiting for over an hour for the pizza to come. Will not be ordering fffrom them again, 2 hours for an order to come is ridiculous

Pizza turned up squashed and cold . The delivery driver literally ran off and drove away. Will never use again

for the chicken in wrap they used synthetic food color and there is no cheese in the pizza the dough is too dry. not worth a try and waste of money.

Waited over an hour and a half and food came 15 mins after the estimated delivery time, was marked as arrived before it even got here aswell and it was lukewarm/cold very disappointed

The food was okay, quite a few extra charges which made my meal more expensive than anticipated. The delivery was very late with no apology, explanation or update until I asked JustEat for one and then received a text. Wouldn't bother ordering from here again.

ordered a pepperoni pizza and they poured garlic.all over the pizza mynpartner could not eat the pizza so a waste of money

Waited over 1 hour 40 mins for kids meals, just seems to take FOREVER, good quality but puts me off waiting that long. Also, if the site was honest about eta and delivery times I wouldn’t have ordered, 40-60 mins is not the same as 110

Just need to be honest about delivery times, waited 1 hour mins and counting, called up, it’s on its way, just eat says delivered, still not here, kids meals waiting that long is not ok. Says 45-60 mins not 100 mins and then some .

we ordered vegetarian special pizza with no mushrooms but we got no mushrooms no pineapple... as well as pizza base became hard, bit hard to chew..

50 minutes late, not good enough in my opinion especially on a Sunday, not even a sorry on the phone or at the door! Kebab meat was very thick, no garlic on the wrap or salad. Very disappointed.

Missed items out of delivery I rang the driver back and he said ring the shop and they’ll deliver them too you, to which I responded to leave it as he said they’d get it to me within the next half an hour I expect all my order at once not an item at a time

Delivery was late… driver didn’t know my address even though it should have been given to him. Food was ok in the end. Would order again if it wouldn’t be late

Good food but was 30 mins late

Just about on time. Pizza was ok but cold due to bottle of cold drink being put in the hot bag with the food, so luke warm food & coke. Shame!

The owner or whoever picked up the phone is extremely rude when we tried to explain our food was wrong. Was lovely last time I got it but they made a mistake so we tried to tell them and all he did was give us attitude. Sort it out because the more people that complain the less will come.

One of the 16 inch came with no mushrooms and spent over £25 and didn’t receive the free garlic bread otherwise lovely Thankyouuuu

Ordered two burgers. One with salad one without. They delivered both with salad making the other one inedible for the person it was for. Cheers

Awful food, cold and tasteless. Ordered pepperoni pizza and they seem to think that a couple of pieces of pepperoni would suffice on a 16” pizza. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Ordered here the last 5 times we’ve had a takeaway and the quality is spot on 7 days a week, always arrives on time or earlier and food is delicious. They always accommodate our little requests in the notes too. Fabulous, our new go-to

They forgot to deliver coke bottle.. after calling them, they sent it again with the delivery guy, but the delivery guy was bit rube and showed off his attitude for nothing while giving the coke bottle.. Grow up boy

Food arrived lukewarm and there was so much chili flakes on my pizza it was inedible. Please amend your toppings description, as I never would of ordered something with chili flakes on

Not very tasty, the pizza was overcooked and didn't have enough cheese/topping!

House special kebab was absolutely spot on thank you. My wife loved the tomato garlic bread and the kids parmo was exceptional, one of the best I have tasted in a long time!!

We ordered for first time here and won’t be ordering again ordered a donner meat pizza when it arrived the donner meat was literally placed ontop of a margarita pizza that is not a donner meat pizza your supposed to put the meat underneath the cheese not just slapped ontop of a margarita pizza!

Pizza dough was dead. Had a distinctive smell too it and white and soggy pizza was 2/10 at best.

£11.44 for a mixed kebab that has more chips in the box than mean and salad .... pizzas looked like they had spent an hour under a flame thrower. Was utterly disgusting... mixed kebab also had some stewed steak from a tin poured on top ? Yikes shocking.

Food was very tasty but didn't give me the right kebab and there's no way you get enough meat for just under a tenner more like fivers worth plus the chips were rotten and filled most the box up will not order from there again even of I got it bought for me..

Food was tasty probably one of the best frozen chips Iv had apart from ordering a plain chicken wrap it came as a chicken tikka which I like so wasn’t that bothered so I would order again.

A lot of negative reviews here and there but honestly one of the best mixed kebabs i’ve had, perfect size and really tasty! Going to try some other things on my next order, but this will be my go to for kebabs from now on 😁

kebab was delicious. for wasnt the biggest portion size, even though ordered large, also delivery was poor, as 20 mins late. they did send me a text after delivery time expired though saying they are experiening busy period.

Over cooked pizza, chips tasted like they had been fried over and over again

Received my order. Garlic went straight in the bin due to it being smashed and all over the bag. Twister fries were burnt to a crisp and the ones that were "ediblw" ended up tasting like a bottle of chip oil that was about a week old. Garlic bread with donner was just very chewy bread, burnt on the bottom and came with no salad or sauce. Donner meat was dry and cold, dog even refused it. Ended up binning the lot and cooked tea. £13 wasted!

Food arrived hot.. was a mistake with my order but was corrected straight away cant fault them.. chips weren't great.. can't really say much about the rest as I'm a fussy eater so everyone has different taste over all service was great

Its sometimes hard to find a good all round takeaway. But we have been using pizza box for about a year now and is our go to when the kids are wanting a pizza, they are really good. Parmos aren't restaurant quality, but they are very nice and consistant, never caught them on an off day. We'll continue to use pizza box if they keep up the good work.
