Pizza box in Middlesbrough

Parmesan was lovely however luke warm when arrived, chips were soggy

Waited 2 hours and still no food

Was discusting pizza was burnt the kabab was rotton

Pizza was doughy and undercooked. Very little toppings too. Poor quality.

Frist time we have ordered from here. It was over 10 minutes late and barely warm. It's a same cos I think it would of be nice if it was hot

Sent chilli sauce instead of garlic sauce

Came after 20 mins which was fantastic even tho just eat gave a time of approx 1hr

They had forgotten to add the garlic sauce from my order but it was delivered early and was very nice

Pizza came Far to late when it came it was cold and half my order was missing tried to phone back but didn't do anything disappointing normally really nice aswell

Drove from Newcastle to Middlesbrough over 45 minutes to have their famous parmesans. Was not let down by this restaurant. Absolutely spot on!

Got told my order would be a hour, they arrived early and I got told off for not answering the door promtly.

The shop rang as our address is a new build. We gave instructions on how to find the place and they said yes they knew where and would deliver us last so driver could ring us. An hour later still no phone call so I ring shop who say he is out lost. Give instructions again. May I add they have delivered here numerous occasions with no issues once given first instruction. After several phone calls to driver and shop who stopped answering. We receive food which is stone cold and stuck to top of the box and caved in on itself due to weight of boxes on top. Shop said they would give discount but driver said he didn't know about it and shop wouldn't answer my call. Food is absolutely dire. Funny how other take always can deliver here after one set of instructions and you could find us straight away last time when we ordered £30 worth of stuff! I appreciate there is different drivers but at least listen to instructions. Driver wasn't interested in what we were saying at all and we didn't receive discount for trouble as promised. Never ordering here again I highly doubt it anyway!

Food always spot on and staff always answer our requests, including putting jokes on the boxes! Definitely recommended!!

Food took longer than the delivery time stated but turned up nice and hot! Called them to chase my order and the gentleman was a little abrupt but I'm guessing they were busy.. pizza and parmo both lovely, will definitely order again 👌🏼

Food was appallingly cold. Took over an hour to deliver. Had to throw it out it was so disgusting. Really disappointed.

Delivery was 45 minutes late. Food was warm even though it left the shop "5 mins ago" staff not helpful when complained. Used to get a great service from this shop but gone downhill.

Missed salad and garlic sauce, regular Coke instead of diet. Pizza and kebab meat were nice but the parmo was rock hard, couldn't chew the chicken at all.

They missed part of the order, however after we called them, they delivered it just under an hour later. The pizza and the parmo were lovely and would order these again. Chips and the kabab were not the best but it's all personal opinion and some might like them.

Tasty pizza and huge portions. Very quick arrival. Didn't get 6 stars for everything because it's not michellin rated and not enough chips! Didn't eat the dinner kebab meat perhaps offer alternative?

Great food, fast delivery only problem I had was I gave the delivery driver the correct amount of money, he then came and knocked back at the door to say I was £1 short, I knew that wasn't the case but I gave him it anyway, but other than that lovely food will order again ☺

Waited 1 hour and 20 mins for food, restaurant added 30 minutes to our order. When the food came it wasn't great, parmo was overloaded with bechamel sauce not enough chicken and the pizza was tasteless with more tomato puree than topping. Won't be ordering here again. Took that long was no longer hungry by the time food arrived.

Food quality is only a 4 star purely because my order was only kebab, chips & garlic., hard to go wrong really. But the food arrived hot and tasted as expected. Super fast delivery!

Asked for BBQ BASE and got Bbq sauce on top of the pizza. Base and sauce on top are different things.

Garlic bread was way over cooked and rock hard took one bite and that was it. Burger in the kids meal was burnt and like card board and the kebab smell awful and was swimming in grease to the point the grease had leaked out of the carton and was also in the paper bag it was in. All round awful. Only thing was good delivery time. Won't be ordering from here anymore.

Delivery was literally about 15-20 minutes from ordering, very fast and the delivery driver was friendly. Food was all lovely, pizza was slightly well done but still tasted great. The chips were stunning, some of the best I've tasted. First time ordering from here but not the last.

The food arrived quite quickly. It was my first try of this place and it looked amazing when it arrived. I started eating the parmo and it tasted delicious but got about quarter way through and the meat was full of gristle and put me off so didn't eat the rest. The garlic cheesy chips were lovely. nice chunky chips. The salad was very fresh and tasty though.

In my opinion..best parmo in town! Definitely a must try for everyone! We always get a parmo with added kebab and pepperoni, and the chips are always great, great portion for what you pay!

Didn't come with the garlic like it was meant to, the pizza didn't taste very nice either. Won't be ordering again, sorry. The only good part was the chips.

I have had better kebabs, chips dry + soggy pitta bread dry + fell to bits but the cheese + tomato garlic bread was lovely will try a pizza next time

Delivery time was only positive! Asked for a lightly done pizza, recieved a well done pizza, with no garlic butter on for which I asked for 2 lots! Gallic bread was black and had to be thrown in bin. Would never order again from here :(

I placed my order for a chicken tikka kebab and chips waited 80 minutes for it to arrive on a Thursday evening at 9.20pm. food was cold when it arrived.

Parmo tasted like it had been recooked and I'm not a fan of cheese blanketing my pizza topping, like to see what I'm eating!! Shame coz I've ordered from here before and it's always been pretty good!
