Service and everything is more then perfect for a dessert place 😀 I don’t know whats all this hate for the managers and the staff where you can tell as soon as you walk in there how friendly everyone is . Please try to keep all this fake reviews for yourself as it looks clearly conflicts of interest . Real costumers know that Ice stone gelato Middlesborough is the best in town ! Keep it up with hardwork guys , If a group of stupid people wants to put you down means that you are doing way better then all of them 🤩👏

Ordered a large order £100+ Food was alright apart from using a full jar of bechamel sauce on the parmo. However the let down was the staff and service. Missing items left right and centre. Shop couldn't care less and didn't want to rectify it. Luckily we ordered online so will be getting a refund. Won't be using these again for our big orders when down that way.
