Food was great. I went for lunch, it want to busy and service was lovely.

Been here a few times food is great however booked a table for half 9 from travelling told the kitchen shut at half 10 as we got seated was then told the kitchen is closed.

Always good food at a ridiculously low price. Service always good here too

Incredibly vibrant, modestly priced, and the food was delicious. Arrived with no booking and only had to wait a few minutes. Food was cooked perfectly, the manager helped his staff with the catering in generous ways. Was worth every penny.

Food was delicious and it was a lovely atmosphere. The gentleman serving us seemed in a bad mood, which he blamed on being at college all day when another table asked if they could get their service with a smile. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Very poor and slow service tonight. Even though it was quiet when we first arrived. Staff were also unprofessional. Not the usual service I have received there in the past. Food lovely and good value however.

The pizza was incredibly delicious and very generously priced, also the portion sizes were more than desirable. The 2 for £10 cocktail deal was also great, however, I wish you could choose two different cocktails. All in all a brilliant atmosphere and I will be back to try the tiramisu!! One slight issue was it was quite difficult to get the attention of a waiter which made ordering food and drinks a bit awkward but the staff were friendly 🤩

Thank you to this place for accommodating 12 people at very short notice after another restaurant had completely let us down! The staff were brilliant and so friendly! The food was amazing and i shall defiantly return next time I'm ever in Middlesbrough! Would defiantly recommend!! Thank you everyone here!

We usually ascend the Stokesley restaurant for staff meals (always great!). We mistakenly went elsewhere for a delayed Christmas meal. After being let down by competitors down the road unexpectedly, Uno Momento came to our rescue. With 12 diners left deserted they accommodated us with open arms. Brilliant service, brilliant food. With many thanks and appreciation.

Ive made 4 trips here in quick succession, once dining in and the other 3 as a takeout. In each case I've found the staff to be great- courteous and attentive, whilst the food has been sublime - Pasta, Parmesan & 3 types of Pizza.

Update Even four years later, very tasty steak, fresh salad and top service. I would like to agree with the good reviews. Great steak, perfectly fried with delicious side dishes and good service. You can go there often and have a nice time.

Nice meal , good price for 2 course, lunch on a weekday. There were plenty of tables. We spent around £29 for 2 drinks and 2 courses each for 2 people.

Visited on a January Thursday night. Welcoming. Very busy. Found us a table though. Lots of family customers. Our food was OK and served efficiently. Garlic bread was huge. Bruscetta tasty. Much better than going to local mediocre pubs to eat.

5 of us went for an evening meal for our son's birthday a couple of weeks ago on his recommendation, the nicest part to our evening apart from the company was the lady who took our drinks order, she was very friendly and welcoming and a credit to the restaurant. We found the rest of the staff we had contact with to be impatient, rude, indifferent and generally in need of a lesson in customer service on how to ensure the customer has a pleasant evening and for them to want to return!! The guy taking our order was impatient bordering on downright rude with his sighing and eye rolling when we started to say our starter order in turn rather than each person giving starters and mains, he also didn't note the 2 requests we gave regarding the order. He didn't smile once, he was not friendly at all and he whipped the menu out of my hand so fast he nearly took my head off. When our food arrived the waiter reached right across in front of me with his elbow an inch from my face to put a plate down across the table rather than move between us, very rude! The food was ok but nothing special, in fact my daughter and husband had half parmo and half carbonara pasta and both of them left the pasta as it tasted "chemical", I had fillet steak which was ok but i'd asked for my sauce separate and it came in a dessert bowl with a spoon rather than an appropriate pouring jug which was odd as it was messy, the other 2 meals were parmos and were quite sloppy and greasy apparently. As food was left on all of our plates we expected the waiter to ask if we had enjoyed our meals but they were taken away without a word. As it was early evening the restaurant was not busy by any means and yet we were sat for 20 minutes with finished plates that hadn't been removed, I had to ask for the table to be cleared even though staff walked past us lots of times as saw we were finished, I also had to ask twice for the bill. We won't be back!

Pizza or pasta £8.95 each, yet ask for half a pizza and half a portion of pasta and they charge you £14.95! Food was ok, but really not worth what I paid.

Manager is very well presented and has excellent customer service. Food was 10/10. Can’t wait to return back already.

Parmo was cold, chicken was cooked but it didn’t seam as though the bread crumbs were, 4 of us ordered of the 2 for 16.95 however paid full price for starter and main. Staff not attentive at all, poor show all round sadly ill not be returning

This was my first time to eat here,wow. The staff were fantastic and the food was very well cooked. We had a table for six,one was a one year old and nothing was too much for the girls who looked after us. Good luck to you all for the future.

Really disappointing food, lukewarm warm starter with more batter than filling & dry Parmo. I left over half, the server asked if everything was ok I advised the food was dry & disappointing- their response “ would you like the bill”

Go to restaurant is now a no go! Party of 7 last night & food was awful. I ordered a chicken dianne with a sauce so dark it looked congealed & chicken so tough i thought it was beef. Garlic bread was barely cooked. Pasta with no seafood in. Half of our party were disappointed with food. Not sure what's happened as this place is usually great, wont be going back.

We had an enjoyable evening. The place has a good atmosphere and the editing staff are excellent and so attentive. However the food left a lot to be desired. My wife had fillet steak which had been crucified and resembled a block of leather. I had pizza. The topping was very tasty but the base was one of the worse I have tasted Such a shame that the kitchen let the side down

An exceptional night was had by us all. I booked this resteraunt purely ftom other reviews and was hesitant as it was for my partners 60th birthday celebration (i needn't of worried. An excellent experience from beginning to end. My partner needs to use a mobility scooter as she is awaiting knee surgery, no problem seating was arranged so she could manover from her scooter to the seating and her scooter was close by. The ordering process was smooth and flawless and then the reality of the situation kicked in when the starter arrived, it was huge. My partner looked in dismay, i had sprung this surprise on her and she was unsure how much she could eat. We managed the starter but when the next course came i though she would faint. It too was huge. To be fair to my partner did make valiant effort but was ultimately was defeated. No problem as the restaurant are fully orepared with containers to take away your doggy bag (although no doggy was getting this food, 4am breakfast cold lasagna anyone). All the staff were very attentive and catered for our every need, so much so we had a return visit on the Sunday and had a second meal which i must say with the knowledge that we were going there she did make a more successful attempt at completing her meal hence doggy bag number two(by the way i didn't manage to finish either of my meals as well)

We spent the weekend in Middlesborough and went for a wander through the town, this place was packed so we went in. Although busy they managed to find us a table. The staff were friendly and polite. The food was excellent and amazingly good value. It’s a shame it’s so far away, we are from Bristol!!! Would highly recommend.

Went on the Saturday for my beloveds 60th and then went back on the Sunday we enjoyed it so much.

We visited with our son who was over from Canada presenting at Animex, they allowed us to bring out dog which was great, the food was excellent & we were very well looked after. Recommended

Informal, spacious restaurant with a varied choice of starters and mains which can be chosen together on specials menus. Very relaxed service, speedy but no pressure when meal finished. The goats cheese and black pudding starter was delicious the Risotto all’s pescatora tasty and very filling.

Lovely food. Drinks were made incorrectly a couple of times from wrong ingredients in a cocktail to red wine instead of rose. But no real issue as delta with bybstaff really well

It's a nice place, quiet and not too busy when we went. The food was spot on and the staff were well presented and very accommodating. A friend of mine wasn't happy with onions in her food even though it stated that there was onions in so it was entirely her fault, the waitress insisted on having a fresh one made without any issues. First class service and the food was spot on!

Despite the food being amazing! The service was extremely poor. It took us ages to be seated, then we were left almost 15minuets without drinks. Not one member of staff was smiling and some were quite rude (nmsnatching plates from hands when trying to help clear the table) It was almost like all of the staff had fallen out and couldn't bear to be on the same shift together.

Place was full because of a huge Christmas party (yes in October and from another restaurant - has to be a good sign). I knew we would be able to find a table somewhere. Staff here are unreal. The manager recognised us and knew we would want somewhere quiet and looked after us. Amber ended up being our waitress. Amber has been looking after us for 3-4 years now when we pop in and still remembers our quirks, pineapple on Parmos, loads of garlic and chilli and pepper. I have often asked Amber to order for me and I've had some of the best meals here I've ever had like tonight. Veggie pizza with loads of jalapeños, chilli and garlic. Tagliatelle Ariabata with chicken. These personalised recommendations when the place is flooded. One of the many reasons we keep coming back!

been multiple times before and had no problem but last nights service was shocking! would not recommend going as the staff will laugh at you making us very uncomfortable last night. it is unprofessional and quite frankly nasty. the food was a 5 but the SERVICE WAS A 2 xxxxxxx

Booked a table for 8pm, turned up and told to wait as they were backed up. No issues there, then a couple walk in behind us who didn’t book and were immediately sat down. Got a table, waiter took one drink order from the person I was with, didn’t acknowledge me and came back with two of the same drink - when I said that he didn’t ask for mine he just took the extra drink away and hurriedly asked for my drink order. Food was okay, somewhat undercooked but avoided that. Fortunately the cost definitely reflected the level of service. Was hugely underwhelmed and no conscious effort at all. I appreciate that hospitality is a tough gig, but it felt as though despite booking in advance and making the effort to get there 5-10 minutes before the time, I felt like we were just herded through.

The food was great quality, my steak was cooked perfectly, and the service was also excellent. Highly recommended.

The only thing I didn't like was there was no straps in the highchairs for kids which is a health and safety issue

I visited recently as part of a group of six work colleagues in the early evening and was very impressed. We received a warm welcome and found the staff to be friendly and efficient. The food was very good, the whole group agreed. I opted for the lasagne which was piping hot and came with sides of chips and salad. The rest of the group chose various parmos ("when in Rome!") and were equally satisfied with their selections. Due to time constraints we did not have desserts. We will be back!

Made the classic mistake of being the 2nd customer in for lunch after opening. Ordered the classic half pasta and pizza and my wife ordered the parmo. Our food came to the table 10 minutes after ordering and although I can't say for definite our food was re heated but my small bowl of penne pasta was nuclear in the centre and my wife's parmo was well cooked on the bottom, very golden but mildly heated in the centre ,cheese topping had no open flame signs which was the same as the half pizza. We consumed 60% of the food, paid the bill and quietly left. The restaurant looks nice with friendly staff and although we can see past hand drier not working in the toilets and a cheap deo smell around our table and loud chart music booming out in an Italian restaurant the food should of been key which did in my opinion fail this establishment

I met the loveliest waiter in the NORTH. His name is Dotun, young aspiring Nigerian. He instantly made us feel at home and super comfortable ,so I asked for his recommendation, and that's what I had. It was steak medium rare with fresh fresh "real" potato 🍟 fries.its the best fries I have had in eons!

Young lady I believe was called Maria was so efficient & so good at her job.👍 we felt well looked after. Shout out to her. You don’t return somewhere when it’s not good. Just had my granddaughters 17th birthday meal there 5th September food magnificent and staff excellent they were busy but still had time to give birthday girl an ice cream with candle in and sang happy birthday and good night with a good meal family delighted thanks

This is definitely my go-to restaurant in Middlesbrough. The server/waitress who knows us and pretty much what we want to order every time. Fantastic value when you compare to the likes of McDonalds etc and a much more tastier treat! Only posted photos of a couple of starters. I always have food to take home! Love it!

Brilliant restaurant with flawless service. We’ve been coming here for a year now including for our first date. Adjustments to the dishes are never an issue and the staff who regularly wait on us remember our order. Absolutely amazing place to eat and value for money. We will definitely keep coming back.

Visit Middlesbrough approximately once every couple of months and always go here for lunch. Lovely food, good prices, nice atmosphere, clean environment and staff are very polite and friendly.

We visited this evening to celebrate my granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Our meals were great and the service was exceptional. Thank you to the hard working staff for making it a lovely evening.
