Amazing pizza, perfect dough. The atmosphere and service were great too and staff seemed happy. Will return when next in Bristol.

A return visit to this excellent pizza place. Attentive service and delicious food. Our Italian guest absolutely loved her margarita pizza. Tasty food and reasonably priced. Priceless.

I wasnt expecting much - I fancied a stone-baked pizza, but Pizza Biancha is an un-preposessing place. was offered a chef's table as a solo doner and ordered. Went for a Putanesca - which is rarely made properly on UK high streets. This was was very authentic , powerfully flavoured with gloriously al dente pizza dough. The rcket salad that acompanied it was laden with extra virgin Olice Oil and parmesan. Absolutely delightful. Service was brill all night from Josh. House wine drinkable, beers very pleasant. Close of the evening was a naughty shake caled a "pina colada father" - tasty, not too sweet and suspiciously alcoholic. All told I was not expecting such a cracking evening here, as I walked in off the street. It was one of the best pizza-based meals I have eaten in the UK. Cheers Josh !

I’ve had bianchi’s pizza several times often from the hatch and it’s always been delicious and the service has been friendly with no issues. My partner and I went last night for an evening meal with another couple. The pizza and fries were all really tasty with no complaints, however the service was really poor. The girl serving us (which is a loose description off what she was up to…) was really inattentive- no one came to take our orders for a good 15 mins after arrival even for drinks and we had to go and request someone came over, we were then given some menus and again no order taken, she came over to take our drinks orders and initially we asked for some table water and wanted to order more drinks, she then walked over slammed the water on the table- not in an angry way but just very lassez faire way and then walked off, 5-10 minutes later she came over to take our drinks orders. This continued throughout the meal with random appearances to ask us if we wanted more drinks when we all clearly still had them and then no appearances when we actually needed things such as someone to take our orders for food… at one point my partner went over to ask for some service and she just picked up her vape and sauntered out of the door. When clearing the table she came and took two plates and then just abandoned the rest of them on the table, also offered us a box to take the left over pizza home in which never arrived- her colleague as she had disappeared off again then cleared the table and offered to box the pizza for us- which we actually never got back…. Clearly she had some mates in and was too distracted by their presence and going out to smoke with them. Had it have been busy it could be forgiven but there is like 5 tables in there and 2 people serving them. We just felt ignored the whole time we were there and when we got the bill it arrived with drinks we had not ordered on which fortunately I spotted or or this would have cost and extra 20 quid… We didn’t want to make a fuss but it really felt like a cheek paying a service charge for that leave of service. I love the bianchis group and have always had immaculate service in all of their restaurants, the pizza at bianchis is also excellent, however the level of service really let the place down last night… the restaurant was also uncomfortably cold and we all had to wear our coats and hats throughout dinner…the food I would give 4-5 stars, the service was scraping a 1….

When we arrived no one spoke to us. They just pushed past us for approx 5 minutes. It was very odd and off putting and if i hadnt declared my card details in advance i would have left. We love the other restaurants in the group but were not impressed by this greeting. The staff were not welcoming to other tables too. We were quickly reminded about the time we needed to leave despite there being a delay on the food and drink service. The fries were fantastic. The pizza was soggy and all the toppings fell off as soon as picked up, which is a sign that the chef can't cook pizza. However the toppings were of the highest quality and tasted brilliantly once scooped up from the plate. There were fruit flies around our table the entire night and subsequently I didn't order dessert or more drinks or more food I just wanted to leave.

Excellent pizza, appeared quickly after ordering, friendly service. We ordered the putanesca and the cinque formaggi pizzas. The base is freshly made and achieves both crispness around the edges and perfect chewiness throughout. The putanesca had all the bold and distinctive flavours hoped for, while the cinque formaggi would satisfy the most demanding of cheese lovers. Prices are reasonable, and the place has a no-nonsense, yet comfortable and appealing interior. A great find, and I will go again when next in Bristol.

I went here for the first time, last week with my partner. I booked a table on the phone and the connection was very bad but the people on the phone were so patience to help me out. The food is AMAZING. Oh my god, the pizza was so delicious especially the crust. It was so bouncy, just perfect. I was almost thinking the pizza crust was the highlight but the Arancini was I think the highlight. I could eat that as my main course.... And breakfast. And lunch. And dinner. Oh and shout out to the ladies who served us. You are all awesome!!!!! See you soon as we will be coming back.

A relatively recent opening on Clifton’s Triangle, this has quite a basic pared back appearance, and is not somewhere I’d be likely to just pop in on spec if passing. In many ways it’s more of a takeaway with some seating rather than a restaurant, and indeed a there was a window opening directly on to the street for this purpose. I was a bit surprised on booking to find that they wanted the table back after just one hour, but pizzas do cook fairly quickly I suppose and the starters were limited to just a selection of nibbles such as olives, and the only desert option was a gelato, so they’re clearly not aiming for customers who want a leisurely three course meal. Even the solitary beer on tap (Peroni) was only available in half pint measures (at least, that was all that was listed on the menu. And a pint would have set you back over £7 incidentally, by the time the service charge is added on). The menu was fairly concise although there were a couple more on the specials board, and unusually they were divided in to two sections, both with a tomato base (Rossa) and without (Bianca). I opted for the Piccante which was described as Fior di latte, ventricina salami, ‘nduja & naga mayo. This was really very good indeed, a decent size portion and very tasty, with just the right amount of heat. Across the table, one of the Bianca’s from the specials board was confit chicken leg, ‘nduja and bechamel. It still appeared to have a tomato base, so I assume that must have been a paste made from the ‘nduja. Again, really tasty and just as good. They were different, but I couldn’t really pick which I preferred, they were both very good. The young waitress serving was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed this. You just need to set your expectations, it’s not fine dining by any stretch, but the pizzas are very, very good.

Brilliant verde pizza and extremely tasty Prosecco. Also, great service and a cosy snug vibe. Shame about the squashed dimensions, but this is Triangle *shrugs* Easily one of my favourite pizza places in Bristol!

Wow, we have just enjoyed two takeaway "slices" from Pizza Bianchi on the Triangle in Bristol. The last time I had a "slice" that came close in terms of flavour, texture, value for money, and speed of service was in Brooklyn N.Y. eight years ago....

Food was nice enough (mainly the tiramisu) but the service was painfully slow and inattentive, despite there being two staff covering at max 4 tables. Somehow took 2.5 hours to have 3 courses as a table of 4. My friend had booked an indoor table given the weather (it was raining) but we were told it had to be outside because they wouldn't be able to check on us inside given that the one other party there was outside... Took a long time for them to take our orders, and then for drinks/food to arrive. Our food arrived before the cutlery so the pasta was lukewarm by the time they had brought out all our dishes (this took an oddly long time between each person's dish) plus the cutlery. We could see inside and could see the two waiters just hanging out, not doing anything. It was such a strange experience.

Pure Pasta is in Saint Nicholas Market and is run by a lovely, friendly, Italian couple. The food is tasty and excellent value, whether you take away or eat inside the small unit/the couple of tables just outside. The pair of us left feeling pleasantly full and with change from £20 despite having a couple of 'starters', main meals and a can of diet coke each.

Italian restaurants are often disappointing with a long menu of favourites prepared to british palates. Grano offers a short menu of stunning authentic Italian food. The bruschetta was a conversation stopper as it demanded a silence to savour the flavours. Rigatoni was freshly made and cooked perfectly al dente with fiery cacio e pepe sauce elevated further with crispy fried guanciale. Tiramisu and frozen limoncello to finish left us sated and delighted to have found such a gem.
