How can you as a pizza take away run out of pizza dough?! Then u call to ask for alternative option.. which I gave (burger, chips) they confirmed it will be sorted. 40 mins later u bring the food and it was the wrong order and you bring me cold wings and cold chicken pcs which was obviously not what I ordered.. no chips small amount of food and the price did not match at all... RIP OFF!!! so I called them up and the manager was soo arrogant and rude towards me saying this is the order. The pizza was more money then the wings.. obviously! He wouldn't give me a refund or come to an agreement! Instead he tells me the only thing he can do is take the food.. no refund or give me something else instead! FOOD WENT IN THE BIN!! the workers are Very abusive and disgusting behaviour from all 3 workers passing phone over to one another!!! Bad customer service.. no people skills.. no apology! They take customers for fools and they do not put customers first!! Bad business!!! And SCAMS!!!! would never recommend this place. Absolutely gutted £45 worth of food down the drain was cold tasted disgusting and worse of all wasn’t even cooked properly first and last time I use these.

13 Grover WalkCASHLESS AVOID!!! No signs up ordered pizza went to pay and its card only. Then had issues with the card reader saying it might not work. Seriously rethink this policy as when the Internet goes down you can't serve anyone!!! Pizza was ok not worth the calories tbh. Won't return will stick with local independent places that accept cash

Lakeside Shopping CentreWent here on a quiet Thursday evening. Received a very warm welcome from the manager who was friendly and chatty. We ordered one of the meal deals and it all arrived hot and tasty. Salad bar was well stocked. Waitress was efficient. We like ordering online in restaurants these days, it's quick and easy. However the only downfall with this is that at the time of ordering you're asked if you want to leave a tip. At this point you don't know if you want to leave one or not! We didn't have any cash with us so we left without tipping which was a real shame because they deserved one!

Food Court,Incompetent waiter first took our order. Young Asian gentleman wearing glasses. Messed up the drinks order and the food order completely. Tried arguing over the fact I wanted to order a small portion of Mac and cheese for my elderly grandmother and said that we couldn’t. Had to have one dish re cooked as it was completely wrong.

2 Rayleigh Road, Stanford-Le-Hope, Thurrock SS17 0NE EnglandI was extremely impressed by the warm atmosphere and the friendly customer service of this restaurant. What topped it was the well cooked food and I am so pleased the Jerk chicken was well seasoned!!
