Went for a pre show dinner. In the heart of Covent garden. It was quite pricey and not a lot on the menu. Unfortunately, a mouse 🐁 ran across the floor distressing our friend, the waitress saw it as well. They took the service charge off the bill as compensation

Nice drinks. The chicken as a main was very good. One is vegetarian and had Ratatouille which was nice but it would have been nice with another choice as well. Also had some British cheese, would have been good to be told what kind of cheese it was as one felt like Brie so was a bit confused. Food and drinks was of good quality and atmosphere is quite good as well.

Typical English rustic place! We ate the "Sunday Roast" which was really well presented and excellent!

Dire. Attractive website, but disappointed by the whole experience. Very short menu, odd vegetarian selection (ratatouille served with nuts?!), average and over-priced food, expensive wine, sticky tables, plastic banquettes, no atmosphere and empty by 8pm on a Friday night. A poor choice on my part, and an experience I won't repeat and wouldn't recommend.

Reservation made by The Fork with discount. Very good experience, very good meal, friendly waitress and the place is charming. We recommend.

I arrived as a walk-in and was seated promptly, the staff who were all very nice and very accommodating sat me in the back with some other guests. The place is a bit small but very cozy. I had the Bees Knees Gin & Tonic which was quite tasty and I started off the meal with the Burrata and Heritage Tomato Salad which was a delightful starter then came the reason I showed up in the first place, the Beef and Bone Marrow Pie, this dish is amazing and I enjoyed every bite. I even waited a bit like having an intermission to see if it would taste just as good not as hot and it most certainly did. I would defiantly go back just for this dish alone.

Staff was amazing and so nice. Overall we found the food underwhelming with the exception of the cauliflower. Very expensive but a lot of food. Wouldn’t recommend for a Sunday roast.

The fish and chips is a no, the batter was bad and there was more batter than fish — very greasy. The chicken Caesar salad was so so good. A nice place to chill and relax, but don’t get the fish and chips. The chips were decent though.

We were at the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and sat outside. The service was OK, but the food wasn't great. The Caesar salad consisted of a cold piece of chicken breast and 4 whole leaves of lettuce piled next to it. Next to it were two toasted white bread chips the size of a coin and on top was a sauce that tasted like mayonnaise. I've never seen anything so loveless. It didn't taste good either. Unfortunately. The whole thing cost 16 pounds.

My family arrived without a reservation,but outstanding service by Suman a big credit to her she is knowledgeable,honest.Amazing fish and chips.We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here.My first time here,but will not be the last. What a first class establishment.Well done “Suman”.

Diana she makes the best coffee

Diana is really sweet. She always serves great drinks. I loved her service and personality.

Appaling service by bored staff who had to be asked several times to bring wine, clear table etc. When questioned, one said they'd been too busy. But they were just sitting in the corridor blocking the access to the toilets upstairs. Food was brought out inconsistently. A plate of chips 15 minutes before the main it was supposed to go with. The menu in house does not reflect the one online. Food was mediocre. Beef pie was mushrooms in thin gravy. Totally overpriced. Seems only to be there to sting passing Covent Garden customers that won't be back again. Avoid

The food was good, very good in fact, but the service was extremely slow (it took us about 40 minutes to receive the food). The service was also, at least in our case, not very attentive and not very friendly in general, with some exceptions. The most unpleasant thing is that a 12.5% ​​Service Charge (mandatory tip) is charged, which I have to assume contributes to the waiters not making an effort to serve the customer well (considering what we have seen, of course). I will not return, I do not like establishments that charge tips compulsorily, something archaic, ugly, unpleasant and increasingly out of use nowadays.
