We’ve been coming here every year for our friend’s birthday, doing the botttomless brunch. And every year it never fails and always delivers. The service is top tier and definitely makes the experience the best, can’t thank them enough xxx

Jack tried to tell me I couldn't get a fancy cocktail here but max told him to get lost and made me the best cocktail I've ever had. I think jack was using reverse psychology on me apparently it's apart of their training

Ash, our waitress, was absolutely brilliant—friendly, incredibly attentive, and always ready with our next drink during bottomless brunch. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The food and drinks were fantastic. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

We had an incredible time at brunch, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing waitress, Ash. From the moment we sat down, she brought the perfect balance of energy, attentiveness, and charm that took our experience to the next level. Ash kept our glasses full without us ever having to ask, anticipated our needs like a pro, and somehow managed to be everywhere at once — all with a genuine smile and great vibes. Bottomless brunch can get a little wild, but Ash kept everything smooth, fun, and friendly. Truly one of the best servers we've had — give this woman a raise! We’ll definitely be coming back (and asking for Ash!)

On arrival we were greeted by a guy who after telling us to sit wherever we wanted since it was so quiet, went and joined his mates at a table, who we think also worked there, and continued drinking a pint. We were then greeted again by someone else who said the exact same thing. We sat down and ordered drinks, we were told that the kitchen was closing in 25 minutes but since we booked we’d be served regardless.. seemed obvious but anyway. Waiter came back to take our food order and said he forgot to make our drinks (baring in mind, there was only 3 tables in the whole restaurant). We ordered 5 small plates, one of which he forgot to put through, which he admitted, so followed a few minutes later. The food was incredibly bland, cauliflower wings were cold, mac and cheese tasted of absolutely nothing, overall super dissapointing, considering we are new to the area and booked as a birthday meal. We’re not usually ones to complain to staff but we did on this occasion because the food is pretty overpriced and felt it wasn’t worth the money at all. The waiter spoke to the supervisor and offered us 50% which was more than we expected to be fair to them. Nice place for drinks but I wouldn’t eat there again.

New staff poor service take ages to get served food hit or miss ask for fries with burger and and got chunky chips food not the same since a month ago where the stuff were more friendly and polite toilets need to checkout and cleaned lately

Considering how quiet this pub is compared to what it used to be, the toilet could do with some staff attention - toilet paper all over the floor, soap dispensers empty and cushions outside all wet thro or bird poo, it might be an idea to take in at night. Complete lack of care and customer service

Came for a bottomless with a group of friends and we had the best time. Phoebe and Pete were so attentive and fabulous! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have a bottomless!

We’d booked a table, but there was no one to ask/seat us and no reserved signs. We ended up on a table that hadn’t been wiped, and had no cutlery. We ordered on the app, but had to take a table number from another unoccupied table as our table didn’t have one. Food was fine (although our order was brought out with the wrong items) and drinks were lovely. Disappointingly, the lack of basic service was a big let down. The DJ increased the volume to an intolerable level (despite the bar being basically empty) by 9pm so we left and went elsewhere as couldn’t hear our conversations. Not somewhere I’ll be quick to return to.

Popped into The Library in Taunton on sat night , the place was relatively quiet, 4 staff behind the bar , few people waiting to be served. We stepped up to the bar to be served when another couple had moved. We waited 10 mins, no acknowledgment, then a chap in a waistcoat with a poirot moustache served someone, didn’t scan the bar and got himself a drink. I leaned over the bar a little to indicate we were waiting and he very reluctantly dragged himself down to our side of the bar. He could not have looked more disinterested if he tried. I explained why I had beckoned him to come over, waiting for longer than necessary in a not so busy pub, and he quickly tried to defend himself by telling us he had been on duty since 2pm that day, had not had any break, was exhausted….. now normally I’m quite empathetic but I thought there’s 4 of you behind a not so busy bar , perhaps you need to organise yourselves more effectively. I didn’t say that , I did however say that we were on a night out and as the customer I really did not need to hear his plight . Well, the good poirot gathered as much arrogance as he could muster whilst sipping his drink and said “I am taking the executive decision not to serve you “ and walked off ! We just went next door to the cosy club where staff were efficient and pleasant. Why do such miserable staff choose to work in hospitality🤔

Came for bottomless brunch with friends for a friends birthday, we had a lovely women called Carney looking after us. She was amazing and made the whole experience really special for us, would definitely come again if we knew we were going to have such great service as we did with Carney!!

Good night with guys from work bar staff do an amazing job.

Beautiful building, maintained excellently. Very attentive staff. All round, a perfect gem situated within a couple minutes of the town centre. Perfect for coffee or something a bit stronger. The outside seated provides lovely heat lamps and is in great taste. Have been back numerous times and I'm sure I'll continue to do so.

Carmel was amazing the last time we came and she even helped us today when she wasn’t our server. Best employee here !

Lovely pub, was almost empty when we went in, so atmosphere would probably be better with more people. Prices, though, are high; pint of IPA and a bottle of cider were nearly £14, so just be aware, this is not a budget place. Does have a lovely beer garden, so I may try again in the summer before making my mind up fully about this pub.

Me and my friend had a bottomless brunch at the library. This was my 3rd one with them within a year. The service we received was excellent. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful and kept the drinks flowing! We had an awesome time. Many thanks to the team at The Library :) Would recommend!

Came in and the atmosphere was buzzing, got greeted by Carny who helped me find somewhere suitable to sit. Music was just the right volume and staff super friendly and helpful. Good was fantastic perfectly cooked and filling! Great place to eat and drink!

Quick and friendly service. Nice upbeat but chilled atmosphere. We were served by Carney and another lovely person who had a laugh and called themselves a bad influence! Lovely food and highly recommend going!

I enjoyed the visit it was slightly irritating to have to wait so long. This place needs more staff on and have cocktails premixed!

Food was just shocking. Party of 14 and nearly everyone's meal had something wrong with it. The chicken burgers looked like they had refried nuggets in them, chips came out cold, the steak was the same thickness as a piece of bacon and the fish was somehow burnt and full of grease. The service was slow and disorganised and the atmosphere was non existent. You would think around Christmas time they would have some music playing in the background. Won't be coming back here again unless it changes owners 🤞🏻

Very disappointed. Took my daughter for a birthday meal. Slow service. Ordered small plates, two of which arrived with missing elements as advertised on the menu. One dish was wrong, and asked three times to have cheesy garlic bread replaced and four times for tomato ketpchup. Food was barely warm, ended up cancelling part of order we were waiting to have replaced. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
