It was off hours but packed which is a good sign. Bit of live music and a bite to eat seemed perfect! On this occasion our order might have been left at the counter and overlooked as we waited well over an hour for a couple burgers and fish and chips - when it came out it tasted a bit reheated. Even then the food was still tasty! Im sure it would have been awesome fresh! The servers were nice the manager very accommodating in giving us a round of drinks on the house for the wait. Looks like a great place to go out with buds and drink a few buds but unfortunately we went for the food at a crazy busy time and it didn’t go well for us. I will come back again someday and will hopefully be able to update this review with more stars as the atmosphere was great!

Absolutely brilliant bar staff very attentive Chole and Casey. There was a horrible customer ranting at these two and they remained very professional well done to you both .

Yesterday went to the Four Leaf Pub in Harrogate for drinks, wonderful service and a warm atmosphere on a very cold day. Thanks Anneka for the great cocktails & great service. We'll definitely be back for more!

Didn’t get food as it was an evening had dinner already but food looked good. Brilliant atmosphere with a live Irish singer . Guinness was delightful, reasonably priced drinks and plenty of seats.

Came here yesterday for a brunch, would highly recommend. Great food and service live music too. The drinks were constantly flowing, with no waiting about. Will definitely be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food ok. Service - shocking! Waited nearly an hour for our starters, they then brought someone else’s main to our table and forgot to bring the correct sides. Staff unable to split the bill at the end and there was absolutely no apology for the poor quality service. Spent almost 2 hours in there (unwillingly). Will not be returning .

Took 10 minutes to get server only to wait another 10 to poor a Guinness! Bartender started pouring other drinks and seemed to dismiss I was there. Avoid!

Well the Viking style bar man definitely didn’t want to make the 4 Irish coffees we ordered IRISH COFFEE Coffee with a shot of Jamesons whiskey, topped with floating cream (Also available Tia Maria or Baileys). Was what was on the menu. Mr misery decided to make the 4 cold coffees 2 with Bailey’s 2 with Jameson whilst telling his colleague he wasn’t a barista. Then as I’m writing this he’s telling the gents sat at the bar “who comes in a bar and orders coffe

Bottomless brunch, great atmosphere, lovely staff , especially Alex who is an absolute joy , he goes above & beyond & is so happy in his job food was good , drinks abundant .had a great time

Terrible - none existant service. 3 people behind the bar and not a single person acknowledged me standing at the bar. I wouldn't mind so much if it was busy but it was dead. I guess hospitality no longer exists in the industry?

Ordered some food and was disappointed at what was on the plate after paying for what should have been a decent size meal .

This is not an Irish Bar, nothing about the ambience or service was Irish. The most Irish thing there was me☘️ being from Northern Ireland. Service was slow, most likely as there was only two staff serving. Therefore the staff had no “craic”! Drinks are very expensive one gin and one pint £14.25 Guy singing murdered the few Irish songs he did🫣

Wow what a night we had 😅 we came to the bridal week and as we passed this pub we heard live music. I LOVE live music. Just a guy with his guitar created some magic that night. The only problem when he stopped. We had cocktails 🍹 I have never in my life had such a great cocktail for that price. We took the offer! We will be definitely back next year!!

Went in as advertising 2 for 1 on all cocktails, order 2 of the same cocktails and the they went to charge full amount so mentioned the 2 for 1 and was told it was only spritzers, very misleading, hence did not buy the drinks. Had prompt reply to this error and came back and had lovely cocktails and great atmosphere

We stopped here for lunch, and enjoyed a sunny spot on one of Harrogate’s historic lanes. The food was standard frozen/fried, with a friendly service.

I went there for the first time. Honestly the wait time was annoying. The cocktails were mediocre and the food was all right nicely. Portioned not too expensive but was not worth it. It was nothing special

Our first visit to Harrogate from Swansea with our friends, due to the heavy rain we couldn't find an establishment that allowed dogs inside. We then found the Four Leaf and what an outstanding welcome we received. The service from the two young members of staff was exceptional, they couldn't do enough to make our visit perfect. The food that we ordered was excellent with regards to quality and value, so well cooked and presented. Overall the venue was outstandingly clean with an excellent choice of beverages and a menu that would suit everyone. A thoroughly enjoyable visit, thanks from Mark and Deborah.

Good selection of beers on tap, we had squid tapas and honey chicken wings then fish finger sarnie and club sarnie, both excellent. 2 for 1 cocktail also great. Worth a visit. Staff great.

Ordered at the bar. Starter and a main. Food came all at once. Stop listing items as starters when it's not. Was not able to order a drink to come with my meal. Understandable as the bar was under staffed. Food was nice but cool as I waited at the bar for a drink with my meal. More staff and better training. Will give it another try.

Thank you to the waitress who had a beaming smile, I was a lone traveller waiting to go collect someone from the hospital, so my mind was elsewhere but it did make a difference.

Would love to be positive but unfortunately our visit was very very disappointing. Short staffed, long wait at the bar and unobliging staff. Would definitely not recommend.

Always exceptionally busy, which the previous venue was not. Managed to grab a table after the lunchtime rush, the table was dirty and we had to clear the glasses and plates onto another dirty table. We ordered a couple of cocktails from the menu which were nice and a bonus that they do 2-4-1 cocktails every day, however, the cocktail was not as described on the menu as was missing described accompaniments. We then ordered a couple of small plates which were put through the till incorrectly and we were overcharged. When our food was brought this was explained to us (as we hadn't noticed) and they offered us a refund for the difference or another round of drinks. Drinks we had and we ordered the same cocktail as previously consumed. Again the accompaniments were not there, and it tasted completely different to the previous cocktail ordered. Both were nice, but the standard was just not there. We would visit again, as the atmosphere is always really good and I like to support new ventures in Harrogate. That was my 4th time visiting. Only another point to note is that the music, live or recorded, can be a little bit loud and it's can be difficult to hold a conversation without shouting.

The Four Leaf is advertised as an Irish Bar ☘️☘️ but to be honest its the least Irish Bar I've ever been in, yeah decor was good & very Irish( apart from the front off the red fone box which was so out off place!!!!!!) but that's as far as it went!!! There was a live singer on who was good but when asked to play some irish music I was told "I don't know any off the top of my head" ...I was quite disappointed 🙈🙈

We was Visiting Harrogate and decided to give the Harlow a go we walked in the place and it seemed quite uninviting and not much atmosphere we sat down and got served with our drinks right away while we looked at the menu after that we didn’t get any service and was ignored so we decided to leave and eat somewhere else staff didn’t care not the best impression of the place

We were in for Christmas drinks and a late lunch. The food was amazing and served really quickly. I had the Hot Honey Chicken Buger, which had a nice amount of heat and full of flavour. Hats of to your chefs for the great food!!

Popped in midweek for some food and drinks, was very quiet. Staff were attentive and helpful with order.

Rachel was very attentive making sure we were happy and we had everything we need. We had 5 small plates which was not only good value but extremely tasty.

Rachel was our server for our bottomless brunch yesterday. We were a group of around 10 school Mums and Rachel was an excellent server, nothing was too much trouble. Good food and atmosphere.

A group of four of us did the Bottomless Brunch here on Saturday 14th October, and had a fantastic time! We were looked after by Rachel, who was fantastic - the drink service was so quick, with Prosecco being topped up each time she went to prepare our next drink - so we never had an empty glass! The brunch options were great, good selection - only thing I'd note, is that there aren't too many vegetarian options in comparison to meat. There is a Buttermilk Chicken burger available on the Brunch, would be really great if the Vegetarian burger from the main menu was also an option on the bottomless - but that is more a suggestion than a complaint. Staff were super friendly, even on a busy Saturday, and the restaurant & bathrooms were really clean too. Would 100% return!

Sunday 1300hrs fairly quiet but good service for both food and drinks. 4 of us chose from the lighter bites and everything was extremely tasty, piping hot and all plates were cleared. Karla our waitress was attentive efficient warm and friendly we couldn't have asked for more. Lots of competition in Harrogate so it's vital that standards are high. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Picture and Piano.

Booked a table online for 7pm. When we arrived we were told that they stopped serving food at 6pm. Quite an indifferent attitude to the fact that we'd been allowed to book for a time that wasn't viable.

Very disappointed that there was no champagne available even though it was on the menu. We were having a little celebration and my friend doesn’t drink Prosecco. Had pre booked a table but was left standing by the door till we eventually went up to the bar and told them we had arrived. Food was average also so won’t be going back

Absolutely wonderful as a group of 7 adults we tried a few dishes and couldn’t fault anything about any of the food every meal was beautifully cooked and tasted amazing We were waited on by Macy who was brilliant Couldn’t recommend the place enough! We did initially think it’s was a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for

Exceptional customer service from Tom. Our family was well looked after - including one on a mobility scooter and two dogs… a fantastic lunch time experience. Top man. Oh and the food: fish and chips, club sandwiches, beef tacos and kids burger was great too.
