Absolutely delicious Lebaneses food had the Loaded Box Chicken Shawarna freshly cooked loaded to the brim and full of flavour and so so tasty highly recommend great Food Great Service A1 Highly Recommend to use Eat In or Takeaway and also delivery 5 STARS

Hidden gem in the corner of sutton high street. Service was great , food was great sadly for me the seats were too hard especially if you have leg issues so struggled with my sitting. Definitely will go again and try différant food.

So we just finished our takeaway right now, and I have to say we were left a little disappointed. I'm very familiar with Lebanese food, but I have never eaten from here before, and I thought I'll give it a go... I was hoping to like it so I don't have to keep driving into Birmingham (by the time I drive back to Sutton Coldfield, my food is still hot! So I was annoyed when it arrived barely lukewarm). We ordered; 2 of the superboxes at 16.50 each (portion was okay for the price) 2 flatbreads (looked like standard packet stuff) and the Lebanese rice at 3.99. Total cost, 42.81 (including service and delivery) We ordered on uber eats and the food arrived pretty much on time, however, it was barely lukewarm, nobody likes cold meat so we had to microwave it which meant a hot salad as it was difficult to separate... because everything was in one one box. The flavours were okay but nothing to rave about. The rice was half the portion I expected, considering it was just rice, and the flavour was too strong on the clove/cardamom side...

This place was recommended. Maybe the price was slightly on the high side but this is posher Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield. This is a Lebanese place. I had a half roasted chicken which the owner states is marinated for at least 24 hours. It did taste good and the service was friendly.

We travel to this restaurant from Henley in Arden most weekends. I have the veggie burger(best in the world ) and my wife has the green falafel in pitta. The food is always 5*, and the service. The manager and staff are all very friendly and hospitable. They have become our very good friends. I have a fresh mint tea and my wife has their own chai tea. Please go in and try there excellent food and meet the friendly staff. It's cash only and a cash point is only a few feet away. Andrew & Tracy

We ordered a delivery this evening and unfortunately there was a mix up . I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He was more than helpful and extremely apologetic. What’s more he came personally to replace the missing item within 15 minutes of us calling. Brillant service. Thank you .

Went in and asked for a filled pitta, as I didn't have my glasses, the man was very nice, I went with the lamb with lettuce tomato and cucumber, I got cabbage carrot and very small pieces of fried up lamb, I could take it back as my bus was due, needlessly to say it ended up in the bin.

Had never been before and didn’t really know what to get the chefs stood and stared my friend and i down until we decided which made us feel very uncomfortable, we then asked what they’d recommend and the guy literally just pointed to the menu boards.. got very bad vibes from them, not very friendly at all. I get nervous ordering food especially if I’ve never had it before, went to pay and then was told it was only by cash, so we left, so sadly can’t review the food which I’m sure was great, just very very poor customer service.. did not feel comfortable at all but like yolo

Food is ok but pricey. Would prefer if they can accept payment card instead of expecting customers to pay by cash.

Everything we ate was delicious. Fresh salad and fresh warm breads, tasty meat and sauces all perfectly complementing each other. The mezze box was incredible value and all so good. I love the menu and how you have so many options to make what you eat exactly to your preference. The food was matched by the lovely, warm service. Will be back every time I make it to Sutton.

Got mine and my friends order wrong, went back to sort out and got told I was playing them and wasn’t allowed to get my proper meal nor did I get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’d heard such great things so finally convinced my wife to try it, and the food itself was just as we’d heard. However don’t bother ordering on a peak time as it took over 2 hours to be delivered by which time we had called the restaurant 6 times each time going to answer machine! When it did finally arrive there was no apology and the food was stone cold! What a waste of money- I couldn’t reheat it with salad and coleslaw in side the wraps

Love this place and it’s even better since it’s been extended. The owners have this just right and it more than holds its own with big name rivals in Sutton Town. Fresh salads and falafels are my favourites and I would highly recommend passing an hour or so with a coffee and one of the amazing, handmade cakes whilst watching the world go by in this cosy and authentic Lebanese eatery that will whist you away to sunnier climes. Prices are excellent as well, well done Pitalicious !!!

We ordered some food from here for delivery. The delivery didn't take to long which was great. We ordered a variety of Shawarma's. Although they tasted nice, the portion sizes were ridiculously small for the overpriced cost. £6.49 per Shawarma wrap. I've had shawarma at other places and they are all double the size of this restaurant for the same price. Even a kebab at a chip shop is double the size and cheaper.

The staff were very friendly and the food was exceptional. Shame I live in Scotland! I can only return every few months. My sister also enjoyed her meal

I visited yesterday and bought a few items for a quick family lunch (chicken shawarma loaded box, chicken shawarma pita and fire ball falafel pita). The service was good and very quick (I went at 12pm, I’ve heard sometimes the queue can get long at busy times). Everything tasted great, fresh and with the right amount of heat and spice. The fire falafel are indeed very hot, but oh so delicious! I’d definitely recommend this place, it’s a little expensive but absolutely worth it. I’ll certainly be back there again for another lunch soon.

I have tried Shawarma Lamb. I honestly can say very very very tasty food. Unfortunately i live far away otherwise i will be visiting every single day. You should definitely try their salads as well.
