Wonderful service from Meg! Lovely food and so aesthetic! We had a birthday brunch and had the breakfast and Oreo stuffed pancakes.

Always great to come here. The service is excellent and honestly very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and never rush us to leave. With me being fussy, had patience for me when deciding what to eat lol. Really lovely staff and food is good quality and good flavours, very well displayed also! :) The place is clean and well maintained.

Brunch time and what a place I chose. Squeaky clean, busy but served amazing piping hot egg dishes within 10 minutes, coupled with a cappuccino with coffee art. Recommended highly

This was my first time trying this venue. I can't say I had high hopes for it. The full English breakfast was well cooked and a good portion too. It was quite tasty. The only thing I didn't like was had a few pieces of egg shells in my scrambled eggs. The atmosphere is very crowded but spacious. The service from the staff was very good and well mannered, asking if you need anything else when served. The toilets, however, were very disappointing as the bins next to the toilets in the cubicles were overflowing as was the one next to the sink. Overall, not too wow factor but at least worth one visit.

Needed a table of 7 but asoon we went in we felt this weird energy at the beginning the guys said 30 mins wait then he said 40mins wait when there was a long table empty and u can tell that guy just couldn’t b arsed to do anything wont be going again

We had brunch today at ladana and wanted to give a big shout out to saf I believe his name was he is such a charming man with such a lovely personality. Honestly looked after us very well, he was so energetic, so humble, respectful and his brilliant personality and charisma was radiating, truly a gem for the place!!! He told us about his daughter and how he teaches her the power of just a smile and I wish him all the best a very hard worker who needs recognition, I do hope he sees this and it makes his day. Would definitely recommend him to whoever goes!!! I do apologise if I spelt his name wrong….

This is a lovely establishment that offer a variety of tasty dishes for brunch and lunch. We’ve dined here twice and enjoyed both experiences. The food is great quality and fresh. The atmosphere inside the venue is welcoming and modern. The staff are helpful and generally friendly. The only cons are that it can be noisy if you’re seated by the bar, the seating for larger groups is not warm or as nicely done as the inside area and lastly the washrooms aren’t accessible for everyone.

Service was brill, food was amazing! Defo recommend the club sandwich, so well priced too esp for the portion size!

Breakfast is a 10/10 from me and only visit on a sunday and megan looks after us always checking up on me asking is everything okay and if i need anything else. A must place to visit and best hospitality from megan.

It always arrives piping hot, fresh, and perfectly presented—immaculate every single time. What truly sets them apart is how they handle my specific allergy to mayonnaise. They never miss a detail, always making sure my order is exactly how I need it. They even go above and beyond by adding mushrooms, Jalapeños and bbq sauces and just the right amount of salt, which really makes a difference. Landan’s consistency, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction keep me coming back. Highly recommended!

Decent brunch, the interior and ambience is decent. The only issue I would say is the cleanliness. Dirty menus. Floors weren't clean under the table. It's a shame as the food and services was good. Hope the management can use this to help their business stand out. Overall 8/10 Just make sure when seating guest the area is throughly cleaned.

Wouldn’t recommend going here as the service is disappointing. Visited for the first time recently and the food I ordered was given away to another table due to the other table complaining their food was cold. The waitress admitted this was meant to be my meal but instead of the manager addressing and resolving my concerns that I was given my food after my partner had finished his, I was given a mediocre apology whereas the other table who complained their food was cold were given the complimentary meal and a discount on their overall bill. Doesn’t make sense to prioritise one customer on the expense of another. Won’t be returning!

Have been a regular customer at Ladana for years and every time I come in it never fails to amaze me. No matter how busy it is the service is always 100% on point. Good food, good sheesha and mini is the most attentive and welcoming member of staff. Never fails to amaze me by going above and beyond. Would 100% recommend this place.

Best brunch I have ever had! Service was really quick, got a table straight away. The food was served not long after ordered yet it was fresh and hot. Definitely a must try.

I’m so excited to write about Ladana!!!! Supremely scrumptious food topped with exceptional service and welcoming interior decor finished to an exquisitely high standard. We consumed an Arabian breakfast, Club sandwich and a moussaka with some drinks. Immensely great value for money and I would have to say this find outstrips competitors on all fronts. It’s high on my list of recommendations. Well done Ladana.

Excellent service as always, coffee and shisha was perfect with a lovely chocolate croissant! Definitely worth the 1 hour travel for the service and food!

Went to Ladana on 19/01/45 with my sister and was served by Ilyas. His customer service was amazing. He was really patient with us when it came to deciding what we wanted to eat and helped us decide our options. Highly recommend Ladana!

Good food and service which has been consistent over the years. Have knocked off a star because always annoying when a food establishment doesn’t provide tap water!

We always visit during our holiday break to Birmingham. We love it, the food is delicious and the service is first class. On our last visit with the kids we had an accident with our daughter’s drink and the staff were so quick to move us to another table seamlessly bringing our food and drinks over. Well done to you guys.

It's really unfortunate they don't offer any free tap water in this place. Made it hard to wash down their food which was very basic and nothing special. Calamari was too salty, was expecting rings not bites and I couldn't finish it. The breakfast had too many hash browns (cheap ingredient to fill customers), the scrambled eggs was also cold. The decor is very overdone too, but might be appealing to some people. Won't be coming here again, id recommend Early Bird Bakery in Kings Heath instead.

We came on new years day it was absolutely busy we thought of going back home but mini reassured us that we will get a table in ten mins then we was worried that the food will be cold as it was so busy but the food was amazing and fresh and hot, if we needed something mini was there and she took real care of us as always we come to ladana alwayz because of the food and the amazing service mini provides thank you always we need more people like mini in restaurants full of energy and smiles! Also the orange juice and the shakshouka was amazing

Went for breakfast with my nephew. First time going here. Great atmosphere. Friendly and smiley staff! Really quick and great service. Everything was clean and tidy. The food was delicious! We had the club sandwich, Full English breakfast, Nutella hot chocolate, omelette with mince meat. We ordered some yummy pasta for take out too and it was all made very quickly and fresh. Everything was delicious.

The restaurant was very busy had a great atmosphere. We went at 12pm then came back at 3pm as the que was quite long but definitely worth the wait. The food was delicious, don't know what bread they used but it was so soft at fluffy. The Nutella hot chocolate was the best we've ever had. Sausages were delicious and values for money. The staff were very friendly and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was OK, they also gave us a prayer space. We'll definitely come back on our next visit to Birmingham. Thank you

I’ve been to Ladana Cafe three times in just two weeks, and it’s safe to say I’m hooked! The prices are unbeatable, making it an affordable yet luxurious dining experience. The ambience is clean, boujee, and super cosy—especially with their heaters during winter. The staff? Absolutely wonderful. They’re warm, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. A special shoutout to Ilyas, who’s not only friendly and funny but also goes the extra mile to make sure your dining experience is perfect (his drink recommendations were spot on!). As for the food, I’ve tried quite a variety—French toast, shakshuka, tuna toastie, and my absolute favorite: the fish finger burger paired with crispy fries. Their Karak chai is a must-try, and even their mocktails impressed me. Despite ordering multiple dishes and drinks, my bill has never exceeded £30, which is incredible for the quality and portions. The restaurant is spotless, including the female restrooms, and though they offer shisha, I’ve never had any issues as a non-smoker. Whether you’re in for breakfast, lunch, or just a chill spot, Ladana Cafe will have you coming back for more. Don’t wait—treat yourself to this gem!

10/10 honestly, the customer service and food was superb. I don’t even write reviews but this place deserves its accolades. I went for brunch with my partner and will certainly be back for more brunches and dinner here at some point. Only downside was parking but due to the nature of the location it is totally understandable and worth the walk lol

Came here with my sister in law for brunch. It was my first time but I will definitely be coming back. The food was so delicious, I ordered the club sandwich first 10/10 and then had the french toast with fresh fruits and syrup. My sil got the same thing. The atmosphere was lovely, they played some great music and I liked how efficient the service was. Also I want to shout out the staff member who helped us take some photos before we left, I can’t remember his name but he was lovely.

I was served by a lovely guy called Ylias I think, He is Italian he was lovely funny enough I was dinning solo and he definitely made me feel like I had company. Food was delicious , perfect temperature, the avocado 10/10 a must try overall such a good experience and the vibes are great in there will definitely be coming back again.

I ordered afternoon tea and must say everything was 10/10 especially the service was exceptional! Mini was amazing she went above and beyond and made everything perfect! The attention to detail was on point. I only ordered the afternoon tea again due to Mini’s service and will definitely be ordering again! The food, packaging and amount was so worth it. Mini made the whole experience so smooth and exceeded my expectations she absolutely smashed it. Definitely recommend!!

French toast were excellent but shockingly they refuse tap water to customers!! It is basic courtesy for a food place that cares about their customers to provide tap water with food. I won't be returning to a place that prioritize profit over basic customer service!

Food is really good but the menu is ridiculous… am I reading a script? Why is it a bunch of paper stapled together? In general using paper for a restaurant is unhygienic and musty. I thought I was the only one that thought this until I spoke to people about how good ladana is until we all shared our disgust for the menu in union !! Oh by the way service is really good too.

7/10 *Great, but not AMAZING* - Visited on a Sunday 10am. I had visited around a year prior, this was my second visit. Cleanliness, quality of food & price all were fantastic. We ordered 2x Avocado Breakfasts. 1x Orange Juice & 1x Karak Tea. Our bill total was ~£30, very reasonable. **KARAK Tea is a MUST** best tea i’ve had in a while. Feedback - House omelette was far too ‘cheesy’ had more of a stringy consistency than what you’d expect from an omelette. Service - Could have been a bit more attentive and asked how the meal was. Although the waiter tried to replace my omelette, he was unable to offer me this. No issues - I still left happy & willing to return. I recommend this establishment.

Not happy at all with this cafe we ordered on uber eats club sandwiches with Arabic bread but they sent the order with normal white bread. I have rung them up and asked why you sent my order with normal white bread, first she said I don't know second she said we can't make club sandwich with Arabic bread. My question is if you don't bother what the customers want then why you give customers all the fake options Lastly If you don't have what the customer asked for or can't make with Arabic bread, then you should give a call to the customer and ask them what they want to do.

Came this morning was greeted so well by a gentlemen at the front and the service just got better we was a group of 5 with 2 babies, waiter was so good was recommending dishes for us. food came out piping hot drinks were amazing full of flavour the lady manager never got her name was so lovely kept asking if we needed anything else and having a conversation with the little ones at the same time she even cleared our table took all the plates once we were finished, which was a bit of a surprise as there were staff around but no Job seems to be Small or Big to this lady she was wiping down tables ! Hats off to the owner to have managers that are hands on. Will surely be coming back great service.

Comida sabrosa, las salchichas de cordero y los rashers de pavo son divinos y no sabe a carne barata procesada como la mayoría de ellos suele hacer. Eliminaron artículos y agregaron artículos sin problemas con facilidad, algunos con cargo incurrido. Lo único decepcionante es que el servicio para sentar a las familias grandes les llevó mucho tiempo ya que llegamos a las 10 am con un café bastante vacío, y tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos para sentarnos. La llegada de la comida no es larga e incluso sus bebidas calientes saben muy bien, especialmente el latte de pistacho español. Volverá cuando quieras un giro desi en la comida tradicional

Though there was a wait to be seated and served owing to it's popularity and the venue was quite cold at times due to various door openings, the experience was a good first one and I would return and recommend. There is a diverse range of staff and customers which was lovely to see and dividers in each part of the seating area, assumingly since COVID which was also nice and enabled some level of privacy.

Ladana never fails to host its customers with full care and attention, all staff are respectful and professional , each staff take care of their customers with mannerism and care . I was hosting a private dinner for my girls and Mini was ever so helpful along with the gentleman who helped me set up and kept me company while I waited for my girls to arrive . Their hospitality is always on point and everyone is lovely to talk to .

We came into Ladana for breakfast, and I can tell you both the customer service and food has been amazing. I would like to thank Asha for her great hospitality and service she provided to me and my mother. She was beyond happy with the service and said there needs to be more caring, compassionate employees like Asha in this day and age. Was really happy Alhamdulilah, thank you Asha and the Ladana team ones again!

This place gets super busy - we arrived around 2 on a Sunday and had to queue outside for a bit. It was surely worth it though as the service and food was amazing. I had the shakshuka and it was amazing, a bit spicy but not over the top. The bread that came with it was very tasty and fresh! Make sure to try their desi tea as it's next level!! After 4pm they also do shisha, with different flavours to choose from.

Went there for a Saturday morning brunch with a friend. The food was good and presentation was excellent. The French toast was just right and not too overwhelming with the seasoning. The croissant and egg was also fab .. no complaint. The atmosphere was nice with low music in the background. It was a bit chilly so they turned on the heating which made us more comfortable. The service was nice and the staff were smiley and friendly. Reading the previous comments I can see they have improved on some of the things previous mentioned. Would deffo come again.

Overall the experience was lovely. Food was good but cafe became very busy once we were seated and it was cold (although they did turn the heating on). The French toast was good but the Arabian breakfast was mid. Service was excellent.

Joined some friends for brunch around 11am on a Friday morning and it was so busy! However the service was still very good and not compromised by the number of people in the restaurant. We ordered 2 English breakfasts and a Ladana Benedict. Everything was tasty except the turkey rashers - if they're not cooked well/crispy they just taste meaty. The Pistachio Iced Spanish latte was amazing! The best iced drink I've ever tasted. Totally recommend.

I visit this café regularly for breakfast, and it never disappoints! The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The customer service is exceptional – the staff are always friendly. The manager (I’ve unfortunately forgotten her name) is absolutely lovely and goes out of her way to ensure every customer has a great experience. It’s one of those places you can always count on for quality food and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend.

only got the french toast but it was very good! would’ve gotten more but it was so filling but presentation was amazing. i went on a quiet day so it was much better than the usual rush. the mock tails are always my fave. i’d recommend the pomegranate one 🙂‍↔️
