This place is like our second home,we come back because of the customer services we receive from Maryam and imaan.They are credit to the company also credit to the chef 5 star 🌟 Food. Thank you girls you are amazing souls.

This review is long overdue...We go here as a family and have breakfast/brunch and it's never let us down. Food is very good and the waiter that served us last time was very attentive to detail and his level of customer service. All the staff here are good and there is always a manageress walking around ensuring customers are happy. The place is comfortable although I would prefer small booths rather than open plan. It has the overhead heaters which are great when you come in from the cold. Overall experience is excellent. They even have a smoking lounge, the place is perfect and not overly rated, such as certain high end dessert places. The prices are reasonable and justified for when you want to treat your loved ones. Well done Ladana.

We always come here when we want to go out for brunch. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are very friendly, attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. Saf especially is great, always greets with a big smile and very polite. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Food was average… however the service was appalling wouldn’t even give the service a one star. The waiter taking the order was just soo rude, had no customer service whatsoever, can’t even speak with decency. Would not recommend coming here. Was my first and last.

Best local place for breakfast and even if not local it would be worth a travel Food is fresh and absolutely delicious Staff are friendly and welcoming I appreciate there is a bit of wait, but the place is alway full, therefore the hold up being understandable. Can’t recommend this place enough. The food is super fresh and comes out at a timely manner. First time we’ve visited and the service was outstanding, enough though it was super busy (proves how good this place is). Personally the Arabian breakfast was the best, the foul took me back to feeling at home. We also ordered a shisha which after 2hours was still going! Mo the shisha mixologist really knows his stuff. Had a perfect mix of love 66 and frozen blueberry

This was my first time coming to this cafe and I will be back many more times! I had the best experience here in terms of service as well as with how tasty the food was! Am addicted to this place ! Mini is a great host ! From our very first visit to every visit on a regular basis, Mini has always made the time to come over with warm friendly welcome & make sure we are content with the service. To be honest her level of professionalism is top tier! Fabulous food too my favourite is the lamb meshwi, club sandwich, shisha & the chai is perfect 👌🏼 Lovely atmosphere and the staff really make it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A delicious taste of food with a beautiful jazz and sensual ambience. The speed of the food was very fast and the customer service was incredible. Ladana is my go to whenever I need to catch up with friends or family. Been coming for years. Even with a baby in a pram, the staff are all kind enough to open doors and help with the pram up the steps. you don't even need to ask. Their hospitality and customer service is amazing. As my baby turned to a toddler they all come and say hello to him and offer him little treats. It's such a loving environment and keeps me coming back the staff are all amazing and have the best service, they're all attentive and carry it with a smile, especially sufwan. All the staff are committed to ensuring that your experience is the best, and so far it always has been.

We had waiter Saf serve us this afternoon. His customer service was absolutely exceptional. We’ve been to Ladana a fair few times now and our experience was topped over all having Sef look after us. I spilt too much salt over my Avacado and Eggs and knew I wouldn’t enjoy it and Saf went above and beyond to change it for me so I enjoyed my breakfast/lunch. Saf really deserves recognition for his outstanding customer experience skills.

First time in 7 years i have tried cafe with staff member endorsement to try them.and i can't lue it was the best breakfast in area i have ever tried. Food staff was on the spot and they were very very busy however they did make sure every customer is looked after. Will be back soon for more.

I like this place, no mugs or thugs, just a mature crowd with the friendliest and most helpful staff, calm and ambient atmosphere and a good selection of food and beverages that won't hurt your pocket.

Came from Manchester to try ladana cafe today….. Was greeted and seated at entrance quite promptly ordered and food was served quickly however….. Food was nice but was unable to enjoy it to its full potential as cafe is very cold by the time the food is served it goes cold within 5 minutes, where my food went hard. ordered a few different meals off the menu but was to cold to enjoy it which I would have loved to enjoy as the atmosphere was lovely however food lashed due to it it going really cold, staff then changed there behaviour and came across unbothered and unpleasant that the rest of the food was missed off and said that’s fine we took it off the bill that wasn’t what I was asking for ?………. which I just left them at the end. 2hour drive for- Bad service & cold hard food so was definetly not a pleasent experience for myself

The food was great , definitely recommend. Especially as a pescaterian there was easy to build a meal with additional dide dishes. The place was very busy and the tables were close together which i didnt enjoy but would order from there. There service was okay and they were polite, happy to explain.

First time tryin ladana lovly place nice staff atmosphere good had breakfast it was OK didn't really wow me alot of effort put into decor then along came the menus gutted came on a4 pieces of paper which was stapled together which u could barely read it was faded out big disappointment I think I should go to spec savers b4 returning there again

Visited Ladana for the first time with friends..and can I say the Food..Service and Venue was EXCELLENT!!..the gentleman that served us (Adam) was so courteous and attended to all our needs with a smile..then again all there staff were Brilliant!!..Definitely my go to place now...My wife and mum Loved it...Thanks for a lovely evening out. I ordered the full English breakfast which was decent. If you are coming for a shisha do not come before 1pm as they will not serve you despite it not saying this anywhere. I did try the shisha on many other visits and it is very inconsistent and not worth the price that they demand. This spot is okay for brunch and tea but for the traditional smokers look elsewhere.

Great place, very nice restaurant. We went for breakfast and it was great, Everything was quality. Really enjoyed this and also they have good selection of drinks. The prices are very good for what you get. Service was very good and attentive. Will definitely be going back.

We took my 95 year old father for breakfast. The staff were so kind and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Mini was a delight and ensured we were seated comfortably. The food as always was delicious. We had a great morning. Thank you to everyone!

Really disappointed. Waiter slammed menus on the table and walked away in a rude manner. Used the bathrooms, no toilet paper, bathrooms unkept. Floor was dirty. It was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. We left pretty swiftly.

Let me tell you I have been to a lot of restaurants around bham and I have always been critical there is always something bad services, poor food quality etc But Ladana OMG 10 out of 10 Hospitality, value for money, quality of food and the flavour I have no words and I have nothing but good things Our host was Minnie she was the most polite warming friendliest person she really made out visit we will back again and again and again next to try the dinner I can't wait and I'm telling everyone to come here
