Tabule Kitchen in Birmingham

We love it here! Our favourite place to eat in Moseley. The food is always cooked to perfection every time we visit. We highly recommend the Sujuk sausage and cheese pastry, but honestly anything we ever order is delicious. We’ll be back again soon!

I was passing through Mosely on Sunday 21,01,24 on a visit to theatre. I found the restaurant on the www as i love Lebanese cuisine. 1 phoned first on Saturday 20.01. to check availability and was greeted on the phone very politely. On my visit on Sunday i was made to feel very very welcome on entry. The starters and main course i had was absolutely lovely and well presented, The lovingly prepared food tasted wonderful and was certainly great value for money. Very polite staff and a wonderful relaxing atmosphere, i love Lebanese food and have eaten in. Yalla yalla in soho, yahala in paddington., and comptoir Lebanese in Birmingham However Tabule kitchen is now my nearest local favourite Lebanese to Evesham. The very helpful Abdul Mahdi served up two dishes from the brunch menu - Beirut and Mezze Me. Delicious and generous. We will definitely be back.

We haven’t been here for a couple of years and decided that it was time to revisit as we enjoyed the food last time. We picked a selection of veggie dishes to share between us for lunch which were delicious. I’m a particular fan of their lentil dish Harrak Ispaoo I have to say. Not licensed but the juices are delicious

Do not use this restaurant, I ordered over £100 worth of food, turned up at the restaurant, they hadn't made the food and now are refusing to refund….. terrible

First time visit. Ambience excellent decor in keeping with Middle Eastern and North Africa culture. Menu choice varied with good and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

Unbelievable gem of a place! Hidden away, it's a real TARDIS that hides so many treasures. The food is truly to die for - from spices, to recipes, down to every single ingredient, just amazing! The decor is authentic and every item is imported from Morocco to create a real vibe of being in an Arab country. The service is outstanding from start to finish. We will be back again and again as it's the kind of place you want to visit more and more. Thank you so much for such an amazing night. We have been to some of the best places in Morocco and Egypt, and this is still head and shoulders above on the quality of food, miles better. Highly recommended!!!!

The food was authentic and delicious however the service was cold and miserable which is a shame as some effort to make us feel welcome would have made it a much better experience. Upon asking to take out we were thrown some trays to do it ourselves and not given the time of day. Sadly, will not return.

The offer of Lebanese / Moroccan food and location helped to decide on this quite large restaurant. Good, wide-ranging menu. Worth trying out. rather plain and quiet - different from many other places. Mix of customers, including family groups.

Went with my mum for lunch. Venue was not busy. Waitress took the order and brought half of it, we assumed the rest was on its way. Half an hour later we queried this. Waitress had no recollection of the order. Offered to get the items made again even though we were nearly finished. Agreed because it was mums favourite and that’s why we came. Mistakes happen. Order came and was partially uncooked and soggy, so we complained nicely to the Manager. The manager did not seem bothered. He shrugged and with a blank face picked up the plates and said I’ll take it away and bring the bill. Absolutely no apologies, he did not care for our custom. On the way out the waitresses were giggling and standing around the counter. Felt upset that we wasted our time and money and did not even get the basic customer service you would expect. I would not recommend this place. With attitudes like that and a Manager that does not care whether you stay or leave, you would need to be desperate to eat there.

This is the 3rd time I have been here but it will be the last. After being served half of our order and waiting for the remainder to be told the waitress had forgotten to write it down. After asking how long it would take to make she said very quick so we s@id we would wait. 15 mins later and current food gone cold the order came half cooked soggy uncooked flatbread with mince on top which was dismal and we refused to eat it.Asked for the bill and was told he would reduce the price by one item😡 we refused to pay for 2 as we sent both back.. The attitude of the owner was indifferent and he did not even try to pacify us. Poor customer service that’s all I can say.

Our first visit to this lovely restaurant for a family meal. The food, ambience and the service was excellent. We were served by Abdul Majid and Ahmed, they were both polite and friendly. Will return again in the future 🙂 - Sabrina and family

Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and fancy traditional Middle Eastern food. We’ve been going for the past two years and the food has always been very good! We visited today with the family and once again all the dishes were fab! The Tabule is the best I’ve had along with the, Arayes, kibbeh and batata hara 👌🏼 The lamb tagine and meat shwarama are amongst our fave dishes. To finish we always have mint tea and their homemade baklava or knafeh 👌🏼👌🏼 Service is always with a smile 🙂 all round lovely cosy atmosphere!
