Pita in Barnet

We are regular customers and came today at 8:10pm to have dinner with you. The waiter outside said it’s not open yet and it’s going to take another half an hour to get served. We are really really disappointed as you should be open from 8:00pm. Ruined our night. :(

Oh my word, just got a felafel wrap from here and it was amazing, a little on the large side (and heavy) but can’t complain about that. If you have a large appetite you’ll love this. Took a star off the service because you have to order via a touch screen which takes away the human interaction. I also thought it strange that they asked for a tip before I’d even ordered?!!? Didn’t score atmosphere as I had take away. Recommended 👍

The menu is very diverse and the schwarma is as good as any you can find. There is the option to add many toppings free of charge and you are likely to find many extras that you like. You order online and the service is relatively fast. The inside of the restaurant is a bit cramped and seating is limited but there is extra seating outside. I can only speak for what I experienced and the table I sat down at had a half-finished mug of beer on that was not cleared before we sat down, probably because we rushed to get seats as soon as the previous customers were finished. There are bathrooms. The food isn't too expensive. I probably will return.

OMG! This tiny corner PITA cafe is absolutely amazing. I don't think I have ever had hummus that just melts on your tongue 😛 And that falafel 🧆🤤...is just outer space 🚀 Absolutely delicious, fresh and juicy wraps 🌯 🥙. If you are around NW or Golders Green make 100% sure you visit this place.

Always my favourite late night snack spot. Personally feel their falafel is some of the best you will find in London. Staff are all super friendly and happy to make recommendations… my partner is also obsessed with their chips. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area

They have a new ordering system of giant iPads near the entrance. Cuts the queue and guarantees you get what you want. Food was so good. Had a great date. Can't wait to go back.

Absolutely pathetic behaviour from the manager - called to order 33 Pita. Rude, borderline threatening and totally inflexible when we asked for separate dishes. Eating here for 5+ years. Very dissappointed. Raised issue with management. Nothing. If you are looking for large catering avoid PITA and go elsewhere - far better service.

Amazing tasty food with budget friendly options. There are self order kiosk and counter to order the food. Plenty of seats available on both inside and outside.

I tried Pita recently and was a bit disappointed. The shawerma had too much oil and the fries weren’t great. The falafel was okay though. I hope they can make the food a bit better in the future.

Delicious Israeli style food. We sat outside. Everything was fresh and very tasty. I loved the hummus with everything and the chicken shawarma.

Pita has deteriorated. I got two pieces of dry beef kebab for £12. It used to be good. Now it’s expensive rubbish. So disappointed.

The food is absolutely amazing, very good family environment and lots of warm feelings. We shared a few dishes you see in the pictures, Jerusalem steak and chicken shawarma plate as well as crispy cauliflower so delicious. The hot sauce was also great. Highly recommend this place. We will be back for pitas this time….very soon!

If I could rate it 0 I would!!!! I picked up an injury on one of their chairs and needed an ice pack. They refused to provide me with one and claimed that they didn't have a first aid kit and were extremely rude. They offered a plaster for a finger that was swelling up!!! They also got my order wrong, but I didn't feel confortable complaining as they were really unaproachable about my injury. I was unable to speak to the manager on the day, so emailed them twice and did not get a response. I spoke to the manager over the phone a few days later and he actually said "I don't want to speak to you, i'll reply to your emails" and put the phone down. Of course I never heard back. Shoddy customers service and i'm questioning if they are fit for trade if they can't provide first aid if someone gets a worse injury than I did! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

The falafel balls were the best. However the wrap was a little soggy. One worker was a little abrupt when we were watching him prepare our stuff and said we need to sit down...

If you want the best, forget the rest, this is it.

It was not it. If you have ever been to Israel or the Middle East, and want to experience the food ones more, this is not the place. They have all the ingredients but can't put it together properly. We ordered Sabich and got a pita full of vegetables and a bit of aubergine and egg on top. And the manager on site couldn't care less

My colleague and me picked Pita randomly. I must say was the best decision we could do after a workshop in London as the food was super delicious. Thank you guys for the lovely experience. Highly recommended this hidden gem!!! Keep up the good work

We needed to find a place in this locality for brunch. Naturally I did my research on Tripadvisor & decided on Pita. Very pleased I did. I had the sabich meal, which came with a choice of additions plus chips or rice. My friend had the hummus falafel. Both meals were very tasty & served quickly & efficiently, in spite of it being busy. With 2 cardoman coffees the total bill was £27 ex service which I think is great value compared to similar establishments, The meals were very filling & the portion sizes were large. Will certainly be returning when in the area.

Food is really good and their fries are out of this world. The price is a little high though. As a treat once in a while it’s good but the price would deter me from eating here regularly.

'Being in London, feeling in Israel' *** It's tasty, it's fresh, it's loud and lively (including big TV screen and Israeli background music), it's with a great and helpful staff (you can ask for all kind of special requests), it's with an atmosphere and taste of Israel and there are many Israeli and local Jewish diners and of course it's kosher, too.

2nd visit - wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt following a former episode of violent food poisoning. The second visit was no better. The taste of the shawarma was abhorrent - it was far too over-seasoned with turmeric curcumin, thus very bitter. Who adds turmeric to shawarma anyway? Not in Israel they don’t. Both my partner and I experienced stomach upsets and left half our food behind. Dude at the counter is very lacklustre too and almost seems peed off to be there, not customer facing at all. Plenty of good kosher eateries around that serve great food, avoid this one unless you want diarrhoea for days.

The best place in London to go for fresh and tasty 😋 hummus and lentil soup 🍲… …every time I’m in London ….I have to go to Pita for pitas and hummus 😀… as I noticed, everything is made on site and the owner takes care of every detail ... they always have a full room ... but there is a garden outside ... bravo ... don't stop ... god is with you ...☝️

No one at till to service you and you have to look who can help as no one cares, you have to choose in advance from a very limited list of salads....the food is tasty but the experience take away from it.

After waiting half an hour for food ordered the owner checked and was told it had been given to someone else. I asked for a pita bread on the house as I was feeling shaky but was told, "order food" and ignored! Very dissatisfied with this service!

Great tasting falafels- they are freshly made to order and portions are a good size. This place is always busy, however service is always on point! Friendly and helpful team.

Good and tasty food although sharp and illogical price increases recently. Really quite hit and miss with them - can be great although the fast paced atmosphere often causes minor mistakes in one’s order.

Had a horrible experience. The person who served was busy chatting to his mates and care at all about my order. My food came with cold and super wet bread so I had get out of my table to go and complain, I order chips and drinks as well but it never came, so I had to stand up again and go there and ask "where are the rest of my food" even after that they didn't care. Finally I had my chips but just one portion when I ordered 2. When I mentioned they waitress said "oh should I order the chips again? I said no because I couldn't be bothered to wait any longer but no drinks so I had to go there and ask again where are my drinks? No one seems to be bothered , my falafel was awful and I order it with salad it came almost with no salad so I had to go there and ask again. I'm very disappointed with this experience at pitas

I love a good Shawarma or a fresh made falafel, I get to to Golders Green without stopping at Pita - probably the best place in London to get quality Israeli street food

I preferred the menu when it was the White House. However the food is tasty and the Mediterranean street food vibe is quite appealing.
