Absolutely disgusting pink chicken phoned up and got told we don’t refund but can send you the same order ! Sorry but you can stick it where the sun don’t shine !!!!

It was freezing cold and the chips couldn’t be eaten. Deliver took ages from notification to receiving, very disappointed in this service and order.

The dips and bottle of Pepsi was forgotten and the food looked and tasted like it was made from the cheapest ingredients they could find. The quantity of the food is good for a low in come family as you get a fair bit for your money but the quality is not a good standard

Foods good but consistently deliver wrong items. This time I ordered pasta and they changed it to peri peri chips so I had 5 bags of chips with my order instead.

Taste pot with chips was not correct. Cheese and piri glaze was missing and chips were peri peri which I didn’t ask for in the taste pot

Very fast delivery but the food was disappointing even with 40% discount. Asked for medium but it was sweet with barely even a tingle on the lips when we'd finished. Rice and chips were nice, salad was browning.

I would give this experience zero stars if I could. The customer service from Olivia was lacking; she demonstrated no people skills. I scheduled food through Uber Eats for 7 PM, but it didn't arrive until 8:22 PM. They don’t use Uber drivers, so I couldn't track the delivery. I called three times for updates, but each time I received poor information. Very disappointing overall.

Ordered at 6:30, delivered at 8:30. Poor. Tastes decent though.

Chicken was nice in the tastepot and so was the pitta. Rice was not tasty at all. I asked for the wings to be lemon and herb they tasted nothing like it and didnt have much flavour. The chips were chunky and nice. Overall good but I know that rice and wings wont be ordered in future.

Food is great, but the service is a joke. If they mess up your order, which has happened every time so far, they don't put it right. They just aren't worth the hassle. I'd advise that you collect your order and check it. It is a shame because the food is really tasty. So gave them another chance, took over an hour to deliver cold food. Never again.

Absolutely disgusted with service over 90 mins for delivery which therefore had an impact on the quality of food stone cold and missing food items. Straight in the bin! Somewhat disappointed as normally a regular customer. Will never order again thank you for the last customer experience!

some of the tastyest chicken I've had in a very long time, beats Nandos hands down. I would certainly recommend full of flavour.. proper finger licking.

Took an over hour and 45 minutes to deliver two chicken burgers half a mile down the road. I asked for a refund and was told no, they would provide free items, they gave me a portion of garlic bread. When the food turned up it was dry and tough. I have ordered from this place many times before but never, ever again

Ordered half a chicken but the chickens of recent have been on diets. Very small chicken portions have they come off the growth hormones. Time to look elsewhere I think 🤔

We have no problem with the early delivery as we were very hungry. The food, as ever, was absolutely delicious!

best takeaway food I have ever eaten

hey there went piri finos yesterday ordered for the first time had got recommended the girl who answered was so rude and i had felt rushed. honestly i don’t know if she was having a bad day but i didn’t like her tone and she should make customers feel welcome could barely understand what she was saying and when i had asked her to speak up please so i can understand she gave me a cheeky comment ended up messing up my order when i asked for a burger and recieved a peri wrap instead i still ate it regardless but not what i asked and same with the garlic bread i ordered cheesy garlic and got normal overall experience could of been better thinking twice before coming there again!!

the white worker was so rude it made me feel so uncomfortable while dining and refuse to give me my full change back on a thursday afternoon so rude for no reason… Sort it out!!

Ordered a chicken wrap and salad via Uber. Arrived promptly with a very friendly driver. The food was outstanding! Nicest wrap I’ve probably ever had! And a fresh and crisp salad.

Food was average, prices shocking..ordered halloumi, 3.95 - 3 tiny strips. taste pot 9.95 chips were nice chicken not so great. Fusge cake was tiny, looked like a kids portion.. £21.55. Dont reccomened at those prices!

Ordered food on just eat for it to be delivered uncooked. Called the branch and was requested to send the pictures to the manager. Then to be told this it’s not undercooked and chicken on the bone is like this?! Ordered plenty of times from here and never had uncooked food. Especially then to be told it’s cooked?! Rude service. Will not be returning!

Fabulous as always, I've been ordering frequently of late because of the high quality and good value for money. I order the full platter and extra spicy rice and it's such a beautiful banquet! The chicken is succulent and the flavours are delicious. Also the best chips I've ordered in some time. Usually don't order chips from take out because they are dry or soggy or overcooked but I've ordered from here multiple times and been very happy with them. Spot on piri Fino, will see you again very soon!💖😊

So so super disrespectful lady behind the counter ?! Long black hair and I went here with my friends she was shouting the entire time behind the counter and when I asked for extra sauce I saw her physically sigh ???

One of the customer service that she is short girl with black hair and I think she is Asian girl, she speaks soooooo rude and angry I always be nervous when she talk to me, she never respect customers at all, I really have bad experience there because she was so rude at that time to me, her behaviour was so bad, I never seen this behaviour in any other places, so so rude behaviour , I never recommend this place to anyone
