first time ordering here. chips were a bit dry, however, the chicken was somthing else. absolutely delicious, will definitely order again.

I was told the driver had gone to my house and knocked the door even no nobody had knocked my door I told that the driver had rang my phone but he's not rang my phone.

Waited for my food for 15 mins over time then came with out drinks so then had to wait about her 20 mins after for my drinks to be delivered not happy

The chicken was really well cooked and really tasty. Everything arrived hot and tasted really fresh. Not ordered from here before but definitely will again.

Asked for sauces and wasn’t given any sauces or tissues . Burger was on the small side. Next time please make sure to add dips to orders especially when requested!

Half food delivered? Phone shop kept on hold for 5 minutes as they ring driver. then came back my number was then cut me off. Had to complain to just eat but still was not good service. Always been really good just abut disappointing this time

Usually the experience is good, food good but today. Not so great. Sadly the chip's with the meals were dried hard as if they had been warned up and not freshly made which I would expect for the money paid.

Incorrect order, receipt was correct but order wrong can these people not follow basics.... will not order again... yes they sent the missed order but who wants the main chicken dish after the sides ... very poor

I order from here often. Food is very good. Not just the chicken. The Caesar salad and the halloumi wrap are amazing too. Customer service is very good. Both on the phone and the delivery driver.

When i had arrived back i realised food was missing after speaking to sab he sorted everything out and has sent fresh food to my location

It was freezing cold and the chips couldn’t be eaten. Deliver took ages from notification to receiving, very disappointed in this service and order.

The dips and bottle of Pepsi was forgotten and the food looked and tasted like it was made from the cheapest ingredients they could find. The quantity of the food is good for a low in come family as you get a fair bit for your money but the quality is not a good standard

Foods good but consistently deliver wrong items. This time I ordered pasta and they changed it to peri peri chips so I had 5 bags of chips with my order instead.

Taste pot with chips was not correct. Cheese and piri glaze was missing and chips were peri peri which I didn’t ask for in the taste pot

I would give this experience zero stars if I could. The customer service from Olivia was lacking; she demonstrated no people skills. I scheduled food through Uber Eats for 7 PM, but it didn't arrive until 8:22 PM. They don’t use Uber drivers, so I couldn't track the delivery. I called three times for updates, but each time I received poor information. Very disappointing overall.

Ordered at 6:30, delivered at 8:30. Poor. Tastes decent though.

Chicken was nice in the tastepot and so was the pitta. Rice was not tasty at all. I asked for the wings to be lemon and herb they tasted nothing like it and didnt have much flavour. The chips were chunky and nice. Overall good but I know that rice and wings wont be ordered in future.

Food is great, but the service is a joke. If they mess up your order, which has happened every time so far, they don't put it right. They just aren't worth the hassle. I'd advise that you collect your order and check it. It is a shame because the food is really tasty. So gave them another chance, took over an hour to deliver cold food. Never again.

Absolutely disgusted with service over 90 mins for delivery which therefore had an impact on the quality of food stone cold and missing food items. Straight in the bin! Somewhat disappointed as normally a regular customer. Will never order again thank you for the last customer experience!
