Pippin in Maidstone

Visited on a Friday lunchtime and had excellent service. Good drinks and food. Pub was clean and tidy.

Great pub in Maidstone area. It's my fourth time there and everything was great as always.

Rebekah ran my daughter’s wake a year ago and made a superb job of it along with Reece and a few other staff that have moved on. She made the difficult day SO manageable. We had 140 people and the staff managed perfectly. Since then Rebekah and Reece are still superb every time I come in to the Pippin. Thier welcome is so appreciated. Bless them.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I love the pub quiz, what a glorious occasion. Leah and Rhys are glorious at their job and I can't for next week. WOW!

Great spot for a family meal with friendly service and great drinks selection. Food menu slightly limited but all round good pub grub.

Came here to watch the football during the euros, excellent atmosphere, great selection of drinks on offer too, would highly recommend for future England games.

Came for the Euros final with family and friends. We stayed there most of the day and ordered plenty of food and drinks. The Macoroni cheese had a nice cream sauce to it, and the fish was very delicate in the fish and chips. There was a wide range of ales on offer, and the service was exceptional, especially given the circumstances of the final being on. There's also a shuffle table on offer for those who care to play.

Had a lovely evening with my friends here - would definitely recommend the summer drinks! Made expertly by Joel, 10/10 service!

We took our grandchildren along and we had a great time. We ate at 5.00p.m on a Friday and there was a lovely family atmosphere. The team were very attentive and friendly . We will definitely be going back again.

The cashier Lydia was very helpful in delivering the best customer service possible. Food was great, service was fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely. Would recommend. Definitely going to go again.

Always have a lovely time in the pippen, love the outside seating in summer with its lovely lights, always a good vibe and the staff very friendly especially Rebeka who despite being very busy was fast efficient and friendly with a lovely smile! We will be back and we would recommend the pippin highly especially if you dont want to trek into the town centre.

I recently visited The Pippin to watch the football and i was completely astounded by the service and atmosphere of this gorgeous pub! Everyone was extremely friendly and me, my wife and our friends had such a hoot! We went up to the bar a few times during the evening and we were greeted by a lovely young woman named Rebekah! She was cheerful, chatty and made us feel very welcome! She served us and many others with pace and persistence and made the experience so jolly and inviting! Thank you to the staff at The Pippin for making our evening so splendid! Top pub choice!

Booked a table for the Euros, table was given away and management was rude about it.

I go to the quiz here on a Thursday night, it’s very enjoyable and the service is great, Scarlett in particular is very helpful.

The Pippin is always a lovely place to come for drinks and food with family and friends! The menus are lovely and the food is delicious, would definitely recommend the Battered Halloumi and Chicken BLT with a Chocolate Brownie. The staff are always so helpful, kind and hardworking when it comes to service, keep it up! 10/10 would recommend

The wife had the pie, very nice indeed I had the nachos very disappointed, a severe lack of jalapeno, salsa, cheese, and general flavour in fact it was more like a plate of salty nachos

I had an incredible Friday lunch at this pub! the food was absolutely amazing, and the two staff members who were on were working extremely hardened didn't stop. Both were friendly and attentive when dealing with customers. We were sat in the beer garden, the sun was shining and it was really busy! Summer is definitely coming and this will be the pub I go to, to enjoy the nice summery days with the perfect pint of inches cider!

Staff is incredibly nice and caring, the music is on point. It s the best bar for pre drinks but you could easily spend hours here !

Arrived today with an 8pm booking, but was denied entry at the door for not having ID. I completely understand the need for this requirement, but the website should really inform you of these requirements prior to booking. We had no idea about this new (heaily enforced) policy and had to have a quick change of plans. Luckily, the Fields in Aylesford had spare reservations, and we were able to celebrate my birthday meal there instead. Edit / response: No one in the party was under 18, we are all older than 27.

Overpriced, service poor, beer wasn't fit for consumption seem to hirer tables out even when people are sitting at them. Awful place, such a shame as it used to be reasonable.
