A disappointing experience for a very cute restaurant. The waiter was very rude and judgemental. We ordered a bunch of sides and salads to share which clearly annoyed him. The food was good and decently priced. Nice atmosphere and decor, unfortunately ruined by the waiter.

A lovely location and friendly staff with good food. Only down side was the owner was present. We wanted a quiet, calm brunch to catch up together and found the owner was very comfortable shouting at the top of his voice at his lovely staff and happy to shout and encroach on personal seated space by shouting over tables at the top of his voice. If he can rein it in this restaurant could be amazing.

We really enjoyed sitting in the little area at the back of the restaurant out in the open. The food was delicious and not overpriced. We ordered salmon, risotto and chicken and all three were very good. Service was quite prompt and friendly. Would certainly come back!

Had a super meal last night. Everything was eaten which is rare for me - tasted really good. Waiter (unfortunately didn’t get his name but blue shirt) was super - friendly and quick service - thank you. Will definitely return. Cocktails were excellent as well as red wine. Sat in courtyard at the back which has a nice rustic feel to it. Very pleasant evening.

I visited this place twice while in London with my wife and daughter. The food was simply delicious. The presentation of the food was amazing and outstanding! I have visited many places in different cities in Italy, and never ate this good and never saw this level of presentation of the food. Fantastic Italian food! I totally recommend this place.

Love the paninis and fresh juices. Great hidden courtyard at the back and lovely fresh flowers on tables at the front. Really transportive.

Having had breakfast here many times I was really looking forward to a quick dinner between shifts. Despite a brilliant fishmonger down the road the seafood linguine featured frozen seafood and a limp, tasteless sauce devoid of any chilli. I had also checked earlier in the day that the tiramisu had alcohol in it, having had many bland offerings in the past at other places. The first spoonful proved not a drop included. When I challenged this I was told they didn’t include any as often given to children. What! Who would allow a child such a dessert! And to pander to bad parenting is beyond understanding. So needless to say, very, very disappointed. Not sure I shall ever return now. But perhaps they don’t care. But you should. Perhaps go for breakfast as brilliant coffee & food.

We had a fabulous family dinner at Pintus. The owner and staff are super friendly and the food is great! The portions are also very generous. I will be becoming a regular!

A friendly independent deli/restaurant. My mother, daughter and I have had delicious lunches here twice recently. Great selection of Mediterranean-style food as well as breakfast dishes served till late. We also shared a deliciously indulgent creamy cheesecake. With pavement seating as well as indoor and a large patio at the rear.

A few of the negative reviews here are commenting on the behaviour of the owner. The man who recently is in charge of outside seating and taking orders is NOT THE OWNER. The owner is a charming and polite man who has worked very hard to make this place a success. If you have any complaints about this man, PLEASE go inside and tell the people behind the counter.

Popped in for an afternoon treat but the owner Marco is so rude. We asked for a table in the shade, he sat us in the sun. He snatched the menu off us when he realised we only wanted snacks and not meals. He served us re melted ice cream that was not for sale. Horrible man. Do not waste your money.

Hi , we went there for an early dinner, and we had: Garlic Prawn and Bruschetta Parmigiana and Classic Chicken Milanese The food is good but the wine really exceed our expectations. We had two glasses of Vernaccia Terruzzi and with the mains a Primitivo from Tormaresca...just perfect! If you do not want to eat there just stop for a glass or two, before busy time otherwise will be difficult to find a table. Regarding .the man at the door with a funny hat, he is the waiter and try chat with him, he is a character..

I’ve being going to Pintus for a long time and I loved it until this man with a strange green hat started standing outside and screaming at people. He was very annoyed that we wanted coffee as he shoved us into our chairs, and we had to repeat our order three times because he kept yelling “café? You want café?” at us (yes, we did want coffee at a café). I thought he was going to explode when I asked for a oat milk. We haven’t been back since. Now we just walk past, eternally confused about him yelling at customers and looking incredibly flustered and even, dare I say, outraged about getting business. I’m writing this review in the hopes that he will see it, hang up the feathered hat, and return pintus to its former glory. Until he’s gone, we won’t be back. That being said, I would recommend going if you want to experience his incredibly strange ways, it is quite the journey. The pointy hat alone is worth the detour.

We felt at home here! Me and my wife had a lovely lunch at Pintus very delicious Linguine and my wife had a Tiramisu for dessert it was delicious. Great service by Mario we will be back😀

Please don’t waste your time coming here...there are so many great places on Northcote Road. Food was bland and 100% microwaved at some point in the cooking process.

Looked good from outside but when we got our food we were very disappointed... seemed maybe microwaved as very hot and no flavour at all. Shame.

Good food BUT unfortunately offensive service. Pintus is focused on Quantity of people served instead of quality of service, and we were UnKindly rushed to finish our meal and leave the table after just half an hour.

Had an amazing ‘crispy eggs and pancetta with avo on toast’ and it was delicious! As a millennial I am well versed in this dish, and let me tell you it was cracking! Will deffo be returning, thanks for a great meal x
