Great bar, good menu, lots to do. We bought food and drinks got comfy and then a member of staff came over to tell us the entire downstairs area was reserved from half five. No signs up and no mention at the bar when we were paying our money. Moved elsewhere in what is a giant venue and decided to try the pizza and milkshakes from the bar the opened at 5.30, cos we wanted to try alcoholic milkshakes. Stood for 25 minutes without any sign of bar staff, despite asking a manger where the staff member was, and got sick and went elsewhere to spend our money. Good bar, badly ran.

Great evening here with work, played pool, beer pong and shuffle board also had some laughs

Great place to go with a group of friends. We had the table tennis table. The equipment was good quality although I'm sure the guys playing pool next to us were getting a bit miffed with the stray ping pong balls! Only had a coke which was average price. Pizzas downstairs smelt great tho!!

Nice place, staff at bar are friendly but they seem to have an issue with their QR code ordering system. Both me and a friend ordered a drink and neither arrived, shouldn’t normally be an issue and most of the staff at the bar were understanding, but a girl who seemed to be the drinks distribution supervisor gaslit me saying I ordered wrong or not at all, I showed her my bank statement and she still didn’t believe me, saying she delivered the drink already and that it was something else that I didn’t order. I insisted I had ordered it and she went to check some computer upstairs, then apologetically came over with the drink I ordered, exact same scenario happened with my friend. I suggest she shouldn’t accuse people and gaslight them as it leave a sour taste for that otherwise is a good establishment, and maybe she should get her organising skills in order so that she actually fulfils the orders people do on the QR codes.

Have been here many times over the years for bowling and have always managed to get a lane, my issue is with the drinks side of things, they don't seem to cater to people who can't tolerate carbonated drinks which let's it down in my opinion also the pizza was very thin and a bit soggy.

Had a karaoke booth booked as part of my sister's hen do. Would highly recommend, it was one of the highlights of our weekend and so much fun!

Great time in this place, went couple of times and never regret it. My company booked a place and time here, I was playing and taking over 4 lanes myself and got a great cardio workout + drink was great and food I got cost me 0£

Work get together, was amazing from start to finish, staff were lovely, food was great, really good laugh loads of fun things to do, darts, bowling and games set up

Went there for cocktails and bowling, had absolutely no idea where I was going approached by a lovely smiling blonde woman at the desk who welcomed us with great enthusiasm and joy. Overall enjoyed our time and would go again.

£18 per hour for a beat up pool table with warped cues. Absolute rip off.

Foods pretty standard tbh but the place and its pool tables bowling curling etc is an an amazing experience great laugh with friends and also a great date night with girlfriend tad expensive but worth it for a change

I used to be a fan of Pins but the last time I visited I was really disappointed. Waited an hour for two slices of pizza. If you order a round and pay by card, the card machine gives you an option to tip. Depending on which bartender you get, they’ll add a tip without asking you, which I think is a bit snide.

Great place and it has everything in one location, Drinks/food and entertainment ie Darts/pool and table tennis to name a few.

Brilliant service, booked karaoke rooms for a hen do, which was brilliant, paid for drinks package which I didn't think would last long but it was perfect...possibly all too busy singing but definitely had plenty to drink

Went last night to celebrate a friend's birthday and an incredibly aggressive bouncer shouted at my girlfriend half his size that she wasn't getting in because she had adidas leggings on. Won't ever be going again. Absolutely disgusting!

It was early afternoon so very quiet which suited us. Played 2 games of bowling and ordered food and cocktails. Played other games including Pool. Food was ok, fries were bit undercooked. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Defo go here again as loads to do.

Hired the karaoke booth for a group night out. Drinks service was great and a large selection of songs available. Highly recommend for a cheap and cheerful night out

Good atmosphere but far too pricy

First time bowling with a child. Large spacious venue. High standard of cleanliness in all areas . Venue is easy to find . Good selection of food and drinks . What is outstanding is the welcoming and friendly staff . They absolutely made our visit fabulous. Thank you , we will be back very soon.

We had a great family time on Sunday afternoon…great fun and loved the Tie-Break Combo bowling, food drink and 1hrs on the games table!!!! My 8 year old had a ball as did my 20 ye old and boyfriend…highly recommend it. Staff were so friendly and chatty

A nice place to play bowling and basketball.

Place seems a little confused, too many things to do, and so expensive! £20 for an hour of shuffle board, also got told that on a saturday you have to pay for 4 people to play darts, even if their is only 2 of you! That's £36 to play some darts, you could buy your board for that! not to mention me and my friends noticed that the prices increased on everything after 8 which is a joke, place is expensive enough as it is. Managers seem to be very inattentive, rather than helping their staff they all just stand at the end of the bar doing nothing, bar staff were lovely and food was okay. Won't be coming back, would rather somewhere with some actual atmosphere, place is always dead, but when you're paying £20 for three pints no wonder it is

Love love love this place. The whole asthetic is such a vibe, with the graffiti and neon lights so vibrant and it’s a fun day out for a few hours, you can have food and drinks/cocktails. Can't wait to go back as we just had a taster today of just a hour slot to see what it was like. Next time i will definitly be booking a longer time slot with more of a games package.

Amazing night !!! Made all the better by the DJ Matt.. live music was excellent but Dj Ms tunes was another level. So much so I stayed even after my friends left. Plan was to meet them once music levels dropped. But they didn't..the range from new to old and mixes from genre to genre was incredible. Honestly another level from the predictable djs all over the city.. even when my sister turned up she highlighted the music.. all.waiting on staff qnd door staff were friendly polite and professional..amazing night thanks.. will be back

Great place for food, drink and entertainment. Father's day visit, so much quieter than during evening visits of the past, but really enjoyed every part of the 6 hours we spent there.

Absolute shambles. The bowling lane was broken. Bouncers were an absolute disgrace. Extremely unprofessional and damn right rude.

Come to Liverpool with family wanted to play tenpin bowling we went online to see info and prices we then walked 25 minutes to the venue to be told it’s 18+ this was not stated online so I just mentioned that it should point this information out clearly on the website to save instances like this. We were walking out I turned around and the staff member rudely muttered under his breath and gave a shocking look to me. Thursday 13th June at 19:30 The anger is coming for how the staff member treated us.

Loved it, as did the kids. Music needs to be louder, other than that is was superb.

Me and my partner came here to bowl and it was a lovely intimate atmosphere! My only concern was that there was not enough bowling balls of different weights that they could provide us and we had to ask the group next to us for one. Nonetheless, the bar service was quick and attentive!

How can such a nice looking place have such a vile clientele that comes ? People are grim, bar staff really rude and the drink prices don’t even get me started.

I first encountered this place when I took my daughter and her friends bowling, which was just brilliant! The staff were exemplary in every way: friendly, helpful, professional. They made us very welcome and were amazing with the kids -one of whom is autistic- and their 9 million questions!! The food was boss!! The pizza lads were excellent and so were the pi zzas! Bar staff were also top notch, happy and smiley and really helpful. Drinks were decently priced with a w-i-d-e selection . I came back the next evening with a group of 6 for a birthdsy, couldn't have picked a better place! Live music, dancers, boss atmosphere! The roof terrace felt like we were on holiday abroad! The guy on the burger/pizza place deserves a medal for 1. Coping with our endless demands and 2. Making some of the best food in town. All in all a complete success ! Will be telling more people about this place!

Very busy and upbeat bar with bowling, shuffleboard, beer pong etc. suitable for large group of guys and girls, live music and dancers throughout the night. Well dressed crowd (no fancy dress) - overall great experience and worth a visit.

Great live band but boy do you pay for it in the drink prices, and then the prices went up even further after 8pm 😫

Hired out PINS for a corporate event to mix work and play. Food was a bit too salty for us all but couldn’t fault the day otherwise! Excellent value, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great place for a few beers, a meal, and some games. Children friendly and very helpful, friendly staff. Grandchildren loved playing the 10 pin bowling 🎳 and pool tables. Enjoy your drinks while playing. Sunny days 🌞 check out the outside seating terrace areas. Great place for birthday parties and adults night out. Definitely recommend, and will be visiting again.

Came to pins for the first time and I was blown away by the host Ellie who directed me to my seat and sorted all me out with activities such as pool and we had the most amazing time and would recommend to anyone

Lovely place with great atmosphere, here we played bowling had live music, live sports and great food. The price is great compared to other places as well. I would recommend this place to anyone from stag/hen dos to family days out

Amazing place! Went here for a friends hen do - drinks were flowing, pizza was delicious (they were great with my dietary requirements) and Jack who looked after us was absolutely amazing! He really looked after us and made us feel really special ❤️

Always love visiting PINs for drinks and bowling, but was the first time dining for a roast. Jack was a great friendly host, constantly checking we had everything we needed and chicken roast dinner was amazing! Super filling, so glad we decided to bowl first 🤣

Love coming here for a Sunday roast! Sometimes the food can be better than other times, and if you have sensory issues it can be a bit loud with a live band/kids about (although I am all for family friendly places !!!!) but the service is just absolutely fantastic - the servers really can’t do enough for you, all of them so friendly and make you feel so welcomed. Great value for money too !

Amazing! Josh had served us twice now for Our Sunday feast, and he is the best ever! The whole team cannot do more for you, and the food itself is outstanding. Already waiting to go again.

Roisin was unbelievable made our night

The Sunday roast was excellent. Just disappointed that the beef had run out.

Food was nice but they ran out of veggie option, so in place got the cauliflower cheese which had no cheese sauce and was very watery- not very nice. Food was also cold but we were starving. If the food was hotter would have been nicer experience. Staff are lovely.

Roisin made our night. Food and drinks were great but Roisin was the best bit. This girl needs a pay rise and employee of the month. Should be manager and carrying pins through. Congratulations on the great staff! Xx

Lovely food, the roast was cooked beautifully. Our waiter Josh was always attentive and helpful especially with sorting a game of bowling for us. A great asset to pins!

Great place to go with a group. Bar is brilliant, food was good but a bit limited, not much vegetarian choice at all. Bowling was very good, but if you are a purist they use string pinsetters (Google it like I did)

£10 for 2 glasses completely filled with ice and a little bit of coke that didn’t even reach the top of the glass? Bit of a joke really. Bowling was good fun anyway.

We visited with our adult children and partners, there were 7 of us. We had 2 VIP lanes. We really enjoyed the private space and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely book again.

Quiet Sunday night, good service, nice drinks. Plenty to do, played a game of bowling. All areas were very clean and well maintained

Top bowling and drinks, ever so slightly let down by expensive (for what you get) food.

A really fun place on three floors. Bowling was so enjoyable and the bar staff made excellent Tommy margaritas. Live music was superb and above all, staff were absolutely chilled about us bringing a dog throughout, any time of the day and night. Just brilliant.

Unfortunately our trip was not as good as expected. The venue is great, however we booked to do both bowling and American pool. There were not enough bowling balls available, we had to ask the staff to get the ball sizes needed (7&8) which they did not have any more of so they took from the other lanes which people were using so they caused a bit of an issue, and not even all lanes were in use. Would have been even more difficult if all lanes were being used! We then went on to play American pool. We were given British pool balls (smaller balls then American pool balls) which aren't right for the table, when we asked for the right pool balls they brought use an American pool ball set, yet still had a small British pool white pool which we had to play with - not the best considering how much you pay to play and how much a set of replacement balls costs. The staff were great in all instances in trying to help, but the venue needs to invest in more spares (balls & cues) and repairs to make this worth the price you pay. Similar trips to Lane 7 and Roxy's in Liverpool were better experiences for us.

Nice atmosphere but a tad on the expensive side ...

We went to PINS for our work Christmas party. The staff were amazing, they provided a great, friendly service. The food was nice, and the games were a nice little extra and something different to the usual night out.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent Sunday roast and beautiful Chrimbo decs. We were 7 adults and 6 kids and we all LOVED it.

Aside from the bouncer, it was a good night. But an idiot makes all the difference, and he's an absolute idiot.

Went for brunch, pancakes were amazing although I couldn't finish them all.

Amazing place, lovely efficient staff. Our server Jack was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we all had drinks etc. Food was amazing if not slightly unusual as it was a Christmas dinner but a help your self buffet style which is a little strange in a really busy bar but saying that, the food was bloody amazing!!!! Can't thank everyone enough for making our night so great. Side note, to the ginger barman, you make a wicked Old Fashioned!!!
