The staff where so lovely and made sure, everyone was happy I don’t think we could fault them one bit and are waiter Callum was pure vibes

Absolute let down! It was empty when we arrived and then we were asked to leave as a 21st birthday was arriving. Sticky floors. Terrible vibe. Won’t be coming back!!

If I could give a lower rating I would! On arrival myself and my friend debated leaving (we should have!) there were empty bottles on the floor by the entrance! The menu was half unavailable, ‘cocktails’ avalible were vodka and cranberry juice or gin with a tropical type juice! I left behind my purse by accident…when I had realised a few hours later I called and asked if it was there I was was informed it was and it would be put in the safe and I would get it posted to me on the Monday…well it’s now may ‘23 and I’ve still not had it! After numerous texts and calls I was told that they had been broken into and my purse went with the loot! And they would contact insurance- I have never heard another thing! I have tried to contact them with no other answer other than they still have no info from insurance yet! The manager josh was extremely rude when i questioned the level of customer service after my experience. Terrible service all around -Exeter is full of lovely places this isnt one of them! I am due to go to a hen do next month they mentioned it was going to be at pink moon and after me explaining what happened they cancelled the booking l! Not worth going it’s not like they advise at all takes the phrase insta Vs reality ti a whole new level!

Fantastic bottomless brunch drinks were endless and the staff couldn’t be more attentive! Highly recommend

Had the best time last Saturday for a girls Bottomless Brunch, we luckily had the place to ourselves and the barmen changed the music for us to RNB [nothing wrong with the music just we love old school RNB] the Mac n Cheese was amazing, everyone who didn't have it was jealous and the meze starters were fab. unlimited prosecco and cocktails, staff were fab really attentive and worked hard, always smiling. when we finished we stayed for a few drinks at the bar and the place got full for their next sitting but staff were all still really friendly and accommodating. cant wait to go back !

I attended a 30th party here. Genuinely one of the worst experiences of a party. I felt very sorry for the birthday girl and her mum who’d paid a fortune to hire the place. The place was proper dirty, greasy floor, minging smell, NO HAND SOAP anywhere!!! The bar was dark, no bulbs in fridges, no stock therefore extremely limited choice of alcohol. The birthday girl and her mum had to help organise the staff to go the shop to purchase lager and spirits to stock the bar. The dj didn’t sound like he’d ever djd before, terribly mixed music. The smoking area had faulty lights/heaters so nothing really worked. The staff seemed personality-less. No smiles, no chat, no welcoming. Just nothing. Will certainly not be recommending this venue and I cannot imagine that anyone else who attended the party would either.

The most expensive and disappointing bottomless brunch! A choice of 3 premixed cocktails served in an empty wine bottle- yes empty wine bottle not a cocktail shaker in sight. And somebody doesn’t know where the alcohol is kept because it was distinctly missing from the cocktails. The entrance is grey and dirty, think they don’t own a broom . The neon sign is only half lit, the ladies toilet had no toilet roll and there was an empty bottle of Sol in there all the time we were there so clearly no on e inspects them. We complained to the manager who did nothing and just hid behind the dj booth.

The most horrific and awful bottomless brunch I have ever done, the food was disgusting and worst of all… the cocktails were awful. We were limited to 3 cocktail flavours which were all rubbish. Go to turtle bay, cheaper, good food and an amazing cocktails selection.

Great venue. Really fun atmosphere. Very good service. Drinks topped up constantly. Not good for gluten free / wheat allergy. Only offered salad or burger without bun. Chicken was dry but chips were good and the endless prosecco made up for it Recent price rise means I probably won’t go again. As expensive for dry chicken and chips. But was a good atmosphere and fun place to go.

Hired the Pink Moon for a party. The venue is really well decorated, the food was great and the staff were all really friendly!

Couldn’t even find the place even with google maps. Some people sat outside kindly helped us as could see we were looking lost. Not very welcomed by staff Waited ages for drinks to be made for the pornstar martini to taste like chemicals and were in the smallest glasses possible. Toilets were clean but wouldn’t return especially at the prices.

Great service drinks were flowing. The food was a set menu but that’s fine as I’m very indecisive. Also had gluten free options which is good as I am gluten free.

Matilda our waitress was an absolute babe at bottomless brunch. Me and my bestie had the best time xx
