The nostalgic trays get you excited, but the pies couldn't be less like the originals. Had steak pie, sausage roll and blackcurrant tart. I remember them like they were yesterday and they have nothing in relation to these new pies. The audacity of Pimmies claiming they're just like they're the original recipe - it's like saying blue is red. In isolation the pies themselves are less than average, probably a 2 out of 5, but given their ridiculous claim I have to knock it down to 1.

What a ripoff someone buys the place and hikes the price from £1.00 to£1.30 a pie and they were making a profit at a £1.00 .just greed

The pies live on. great little "bakery" outlet. Have to queue up at a stable door on the industrial estate but well worth finding for the products...Very like the old Pimblets pies !

Loved these pies growing up ,and decided to go back in time to my old town to relive the flavour ... fast forward 20 years and sadly not quite the same..still okish but far too much pepper in meat n potato pie and the steak pie ... and the pastry has altered..... sorry guys 😔 I get things change but please at least reduce the pepper (#throat on fire) don’t try disguise a true pimmies pie 👍

This has been going for quite some time since the closure of the town bakery and it's great to see the tradition of Pimbletts pies still going strong.Almost as good as the traditional Pimbletts and great value for money especially if you buy the ones for freezing and home cooking.

Has been waiting overall 10 minutes to some one to open the door, because they didn't unblocked the swipe card even after the payment. Some man who is in the club opened the door, but not the staff. They has got about 10 cameras in every facilities and hear the bell several times, after that even didn't apologized.

Seems now to have made major improvements in the number of staff. You can get served much faster. The food is much better and cooked thoroughly.
