This is, without a doubt, the WORST place we have ever dealt with! The customer service was absolutely APPALLING. Our food never arrived, and when we called to find out what happened, the man on the phone had the audacity to argue with my husband and even insinuate we were lying. The truth is, the driver couldn’t find our address and either delivered the food to the wrong door or took it back. Mistakes like this can happen, but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility or even trying to help, we were spoken to with pure contempt. The way this person addressed us was VILE and utterly unprofessional. We are furious and will never, ever order from this place again. We’ve reported them to Deliveroo, and if we could give zero stars, we absolutely would. Avoid this place at all costs!

I thought the order wasn't coming as it said it was delivered when it wasn't so I asked for a refund which is not needed now.

Excellent Indian dishes served by the owner himself. Our stay in London would not have been the same without this human-sized establishment a few steps from our hotel on Belgrave Road! An address that we recommend without hesitation. Special mention for the chicken tikka massala 😋 Thank you!

The food is decent however the service is appalling. The waiter is super rude, can barely speak english, and was hovering around us not letting us eat in peace. When we were coming towards the end of our meal he came buzzing around us, getting close and make us feel uncomfortable. We felt like we was trying to get us out of the restaurant. Bare in mind we were 1 of only 2 couples in the entire restaurant. Finally we didn't feel comfortable to finish the food at the restaurant so we asked for a take away box and he brought us a paper bag to put the left over chicken in to take home. Wouldn't recommend tbh

Great service, Great atmosphere, Great food.

A member of staff gave me a real telling off for arriving the minute after he called for me to collect my food. Very bizarre. Think the problem was he told me to arrive only once he called and didn’t believe I could have got to the collection in the time between him calling and me setting off - that I must have set off prematurely and didn’t wait for him to call. Little did he know I was at the shop next door, so it was quick to get there. I understand that it must be annoying if people arrive early and hang around the shop, so that’s water under the bridge. On the other hand, the food was delicious. So bravo on that front. Will come again, and fingers crossed and I’ll come a tad late!

I'm a pensioner and sometimes order a biriyani at the weekend through ubereats. First time ordering here . Really Disappointed nothing like a biriyani also ordered lamb biriyani was going mutton biriyani absolutely terrible. And insulted with a £3 voucher when I complained .it was a £30 order absolute disgrace. I put money aside to treat myself absolutely disgusting

Fui con un gran grupo de amigos y el personal era tan encantador y amable, asegurándose de que teníamos todo lo necesario. La comida era deliciosa y a un precio tan razonable (a menudo una rareza en Londres), que es una de las razones por las que este lugar se considera una joya escondida en mis ojos. Sin duda volveremos a visitar.

Food was great! We had a long day and right when we didn't get any food for lunch, we stumbled upon this place. Must say, we weren't disappointed! Tandoori chicken especially was 😋.

A small Indian restaurant on the corner with about 10 tables indoors. The food was very good with large portions. Can really be recommended if you like Indian food. While we were there, many people ordered takeaway, which indicates that it is a popular neighborhood restaurant.

I recently visited pimlico tandoori and had a disappointing experience. The staff was very obnoxious and rude, constantly staring and talking in their own language. There are definitely better Indian food places out there.

I've been here a few times, and every time the curry has been fantastic. The staff are welcoming and happy to accommodate.

Not bad food but service was rubbish . Over an hour wait and stuffed in a corner with people waiting for collection.

We had AMAZING food and wonderful service! Ahmed was very nice and attentive as well as the rest of the staff. The lentil soup and garlic chilli chicken was our favorite.

AVOID AWFUL customer service I ordered from here at least once every couple of weeks always the same order. Ordered today and was 20 minutes past the delivery arrival time before I called, the restaurant told me the driver is en route and will be with me in five minutes. A further half an hour passed I call the restaurant and I was told he left the food downstairs Driver did not bother to call me or ring my buzzer so my food was stolen and they refused to refund me or send me out another order

An Indian restaurant is to be tried in London. Got a tip from a friend that this one is good. And that was it. Large portions and accommodating staff. The venue feels luxurious for being Indian, which is super good. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Nice to get away from all the tourists.

Thank you Ahmed who made our experience excellent! We are regulars are Pimlico Tandoori, the food is genuinely delicious! Dry Chicken tikka with coconut rice that is very hard to find yummy! I sometimes order collection as well. Will be back soon

I was craving an old school Indian, and this hit the spot. An authentic experience with great food.

In a London which has practically forgotten its hospitable and multicultural roots, choose somewhere like Pimlico Tandoori, which hosts both spectacular food and service for a very very reasonable price. They did not turn a single customer down until nearly 12am and have very reasonable deals for online orders. Shoutout to the wonderful Khairul who gave us the Pimlico Gymkhana experience!

This is our go to Indian Restaurant in London. The food is always delicious, in large portions and reasonably priced. Service from Ahmed and the rest of the staff is great and the atmosphere is cozy.

As a South Asian, I can tell you that the food at this place will not disappoint. Every time I crave anything that feels like home, my husband and I head over here. They’re so good at tailoring the food to my palate (extremely flavourful, not just heat!). Very cosy, very homely and great service (especially from our big man Ahmed). I wouldn’t bother going to the other Indian’s around here as they genuinely don’t match up in terms of taste. If you want to leave feeling like you’ve just had a hearty meal - this is the place to go!

We were on vacation staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in London. We decided to go to the Pimlico Thai restaurant. They are located on 38 Moreton Street London SW1V 2 PB The service was great they had warm towels and orange chocolate dessert. We had Irish Bailey Liquor after our dinner. The portions were fresh and prepared well. Raheem so kind and generous. He only works on Monday. We had a great experience with him and their crew. They take great pride on customer service.

Never again!!!! Super unfriendly service who wanted to discuss our order because we only wanted to order small starters and possibly a dessert later. The gentlemen are far from professional service. A second glass of wine is poured either in a new glass or from the bottle/carafe!!! The waiter actually forced us to empty our glass immediately so he could refill it. A course in service and professional dealings with guests would be recommended for men. We've never experienced this before. Do you perhaps also have a problem with women?????

The food was good, staff was rude and judgmental. We got stared at the entire time. That server accused me of incorrectly using payment terminal, even though I followed all directions. Not friendly. Would not recommend. Much better and Indian food in London than this.

Me and my sister went for a trip to London and for a couple of days struggled to get good food which was even worth it's price. Suddenly in last 3 day we discovered this restaurant which is 2-3 min walking distance to Pimlico tube, it was their closing time, still they entertained as at late night and that was it! The taste, flavors, quantity and price everything was on point. Next 3 days we were sorted for lunch and dinner. There are a lot of restaurants claiming to give proper Indian taste food but aren't even close to it. Customer service and staff was very genuine. It's been a year I have been procrastinating this work, but glad to finally give review for a good Indian restaurant for vegetarians in London.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, the workers are beyond rude , dismissive and disrespectful. Their deliver driver didn’t deliver to my home instead they uploaded a picture of food on the floor. I came to the restaurant with my children as when I called I was told there was nothing that they could do and I was hung up on. When I arrived at the restaurant the workers, continued to dismiss me and refused to refund the £60 spent. I have never experienced such disrespect from a restaurant, such bad manners and no apology.

Superb food at this unassuming restaurant. Reasonably priced and well spiced food - so hot curries were hot, as they should be… definitely best Indian meal of the year so far. Recommended.

A warm welcome, the food was very good, I enjoyed it. I took the menu for 1 person. The portions are quite big. Not being able to finish, they kindly made me doggy bag. I have plenty to make another meal Thank you Ahmed I highly recommend !!!

I was staying at the Pimlico Hub, which is situated above this restaurant. My son and I had dinner in the restaurant and were very happy with the food and the value for money.

This was by far the best Indian food I have had between Australian and here. So pleased. Akhmed (glasses man) and his team were brilliant.

Good food and delivered hot and on time

Had a naga tikka lamb nasi biryani. Its the best biryani I have ever had in London so far! It's quite spicy though so make sure to order the medium spiciness even if you are good at chili. Well done to the team!

I was born in 1980 and for as long as I can remember there has been "Pimlico Tandoori" on Morton Street. I lived around the corner and on many occasions my mum would make me collect food from here. Given there are and have been a lot of Indian Restaurants in Pimlico you could say competition was fierce. I moved away from Pimlico 20 years ago and was so happy to see this restaurant still open and still maintaining its high standards. I hope it's family owned and I hope it is operated by the same family from 30 years ago. Either way the food was great, the service commendable. Many thanks to Khairul our server. Very friendly and quaint restaurant the way things used to be and should be.

Worst food experience, had been to this restaurant and I am very sorry to say that they server the worst Indian food ever. Bad staff with careless attitude and non edible food. Avoid going or eat home.

Monsieur Gopta qui nous a servi était très gentil. Nous recommandons vivement. Ce restaurant est ouvert quasiment toute l' année. Nous y sommes retournes une deuxième fois lors de notre séjour c était très bien.
