Great service from Walter. Breakfast and coffee was really good. We were not kicked out after breakfast even if the place looks busy.

Stopped for a quick bite, very nicely laid out bar with a decent breakfast offer. I had the small Eggs Ben, which was delicious. Small as it was just half a muffin but still two eggs and ham. Tasty, well presented and came in good time. Flatwhite was also good. Service quick and efficient.

Gosh ! was starving and had little time between flights so hadn’t time to look around and compare options . Very limited menu . Extortionate prices at £20 for full breakfast! Drinks also extortionate at 7.50 for a pint and £8.95 for a small wine . In its favour -very pleasant server and food served quickly and was tasty . Will look around for bigger selection of dishes and more favourable prices next time though!

Walter served a group of 8 Canadian women during a busy lunch crowd. He put two tables together, served us exactly what we ordered and provided separate bills. Friendly and helpful. Ask for Walter. He was wonderful!!

I came here before flying out after I saw on a recent instagram post that Terminal 5 was the place to eat and it delivered. I had the Turkish eggs they were cooked perfectly runny yolk the salsa was fresh and full of flavour. My waitress Monica was so lovely very smiley made sure I was happy with everything. I will be returning next time I'm here Thankyou to the chef 👨‍🍳

Very friendly staff with a good memory for our particular order (no pen and paper required!) Walter was helpful and communicative which made our pre-flight experience enjoyable at Heathrow T5

Like a breath of fresh air to actually be treated as a respected paying customer. Excellent service by Walter, nothing too much trouble. Staff exceptionally professional and quick. Food very good too. Definitely will be making this my regular food and beverage stop in T5.

Very own service, even though it wasn't busy.Quite expensive. But it's a captive audience. The food was good. Staff friendly, but worked at a snai's pace. Wouldn't recommend it if your flight is an hour or less.

(9/2/24 - 1045am) Just want to shout out staff & my experience at Pilot Bar this morning. The airport was HEAVING (FFS it's FEBRUARY! where & why is everybody coming from? It was like peak school summer hols!) And this little princess was pretty pissed off that she couldn't get into the club aspire lounge for her free scrambled eggs and mimosa. (Like how DARE they?!?😜) Desperate for just anything to eat, uncaffenaited & ready to kill the next person who stops suddenly with their suitcase in the middle of the thoroughfare (why, just why?!) 10 mins wait at spoons, 10 mins here too i heard her say to a family in front of me. But I asked the hostess - it's just me can you squeeze me in solo at the bar? She cleaned it up for me - that's isn't even her job but she did it - top class service from the outset. Young Curly haired lad at bar knew all the answers to questions about gates and things that he didn't even need to answer, as in it's technically not his job. He warned me it will be a 15 minute walk to gate C for example. Really nice coffee - better than the chains or the lounges. Perfect flavour. Eggs Florentine - better than the ones I had in the supposedly famous brunch place in New Orleans, that my Amexy platinum turn-left-on-the-plane type friend (everyone has one), had treated me to. Food arrived within 20 mins as promised on the tin. Lady on duty looked like the manager - help me to charge my phone when it wasn't working on the air charger and then offered another one that they had out the back to plug in a socket. Not her job - above and beyond. The staff here put the staff at the premium lounges at T5 Heathrow I've been in to shame really. 5 star service even though they could do bare minimum if they wanted to, given all everyone wants is to get sustenance into them and to their gate quickly. Far better than it should be; great food, coffee, timings & All staff go above & beyond. Won't be paying to use the lounges again or waste  my free passes at Heathrow T5 when this place is so great. ❤️

We went were in the early morning and it was nice and quiet, got served by Walter and he was very nice and attentive. Order full English breakfast, bagel and coffee.
