Piggys Piccadilly in City of London, Westminster

One women was making my sandwich while eating a Peace of Salomi of the counter... also they dont use gloves and they were touching my sausage and cheese while preparing. And there was hair in my food I won't be going back I will stick to my Tescos sandwiches

I can't speak negatively for the food as their salad are super tasty but what i can say that today will be the 3rd times that i asked for a skinny latte and instead of being honest and stating that they have run out they will sneakily put the whole milk ( which i have noticed) and confront them about it! For someone like who is trying to lose weight or for people with allergy is disappointing that the Piggy's team isn't honest about their product! can't trust them anymore !

have been a regular here for over a year now, the ladies are so lovely and the salads great and so fresh...... however if you go just don't get served by the man ( he maybe the owner but is the only guy in there) such a shame I will no longer be a regular for the rudeness

Picked up a jacket potato with baked beans from Piggy's today and it was easily the best baked potato I've ever had. I have no idea what they do to make these potatoes so delicious but it was a 5/5. Piggy's is very reasonably priced and service is friendly. The only negative is (are?) the long lines but despite that I'll definitely return!

What a great place! Amazing selection of fillings. Great coffee and just has the best bespoke filled bap I have had in a decade. Friendly staff, nice little bar to lean against and eat from. Plus great tunes. Quality place for a quick bite to eat. Awesome. I will be back for sure!

Delicious sandwiches! I thought it looked kind of small but was pleasantly surprised with his filling it was! Went around 1pm and there was a bit of a wait due to a long line up that went outside of the building. Would go again!

I am all about supporting local businesses and I was told piggy’s was great by colleagues: until I went there and got charged £5.10 for a cheese and ham toastie on regular brown bread. That’s more than Pret. Feel ripped off. For the record the sandwich bar and the menu looked good and the prices on those looked reasonable, but had the price of this ham and cheese toastie been on their wall I wouldn’t have asked for it.

平日の8時前ごろ来店しました。サラダメニューが充実しているようだったのでそれを目当てに来店しましたが、早朝はサラダはやっ ていない模様。サンドイッチや、卵やベーコンなどをチョイスできる朝食セットはありました。イートインスペースもありますが、テイクアウトで買っていく人が多かったです。

The open times on tripadvisor are wrong. Not open on Saturday. So had to move on down Piccadilly to cafe concerto.

Ordered buttered toast on a wet Saturday morning. Asked was it real butter or spread? Woman behind counter replied'Yes it's butter'but it was not - it was Bertoli Olive spread instead. Got nothing against this except I am allergic to olives.

Excellent choice of bread, varieties of content and also hot snacks, very conveniently located with a a lot of efficient staff. A little bit expensive but no more so than others in this area.

El tocino sándwich que me dieron fue excelente. Encargué una manzana danesa. Este fue el primer danés que he tenido que realmente tenía un trozo de manzana en el medio. Correcto, una verdadera pieza de apple fue dentro de la danesa. Definitivamente no puedo quejarme de eso.

This café serves excellent coffee and a danish that was both large and delicious. To make the experience even better the prices were very reasonable considering that the location was just off Regent Street in the centre of London.

I've been getting lunch from Piggys for over 2 months now. Products are always fresh, service is quick and brilliant. Try to go before or after peak time as queue goes out to the street!

He estado comiendo en Piggy's desde 1994 y siempre encontramos la comida insuperable. El escalope de pollo con salsa de setas es uno de mis favoritos y espero tenerlo cuando estoy en el extremo oeste. Simon corre una gran tienda y estoy el privilegio de contar con él como un amigo desde mis visitas. Yo recomendaría a cualquiera de Piggy para un almuerzo o cena de mañana.

I had a Jacket Potato filled with chilli con carne which was nice however the chilli was heated up in a microwave before being served. FYI, card payments have a limit of five pounds and over which was not highlighted in the establishment, as well there is two queues, one for hot food and one for sandwiches.

First time visit. Tasty food, quick swift service during peak lunch time. Great selection of wraps, sandwishes and salads. Despite other negative reviews, liked the meal! Will be back.

I visit Piggys fairly regularly, the food is always very tasty with ample portion sizes and the staff are friendly. It gets very busy during lunch hours, there is nearly always a queue for their salads!

My first visit to this establishment. It seems to have an almost monopoly in being the only non-chain sandwich/coffee type place in the area.The people behind the counter were not overly friendly, i definitely felt as if I was intruding on their morning sandwich making routine.I ordered a bacon sandwich on white bread - having spied prices on a board marked "M", "B" and "C" ranging from £2.30 - £3. I expected white bread to be at the lower end of that scale but turns out it is a premium product. Who knew? I had kind of thought that a bacon on baguette or in a roll would have been the pricier option.Anyhoo - £3 for a bacon sandwich on white bread - it was quite tasty though.I was left wondering whether wearing my jeans and a t-shirt would have resulted in a lower price!Even though the chain rivals in the area dont serve tastier bacon sandwiches, I dont think I will be back - at least not in a suit!

I have been for lunch several times now and the experience is always the exact same...Food is excellent; good quality and great selection.Staff are always very unhelpful; they rush you, don't listen to you and make you feel like you are a hinderance on them which ruins the trip.

Had a lovely take away salad today, Mexican tortilla or something, it was so yummy , and also very filling. It's just a shame about the staff , miserable and rude so I'm not surprised to see other reviews pointing this out..!!

This morning I ordered the salmon and scrambled eggs takeout box. Firstly, I was greeted (or not greeted at all) coldly, which was bordering on rude. I ordered the salmon and scrambled eggs and the server picked out the salmon with her bare hands (did not use a fork) and proceeded to tear the salmon apart, dumping it on the worktop, before placing it in the box. I found this to be extremely unhygienic, as she was handling money as well. Unfortunately it has really put me off Piggy's. It is a great little place, but I wont be returning, unless I find out that staff have been trained properly.

Great salads but s tiny place. Staff can be more focused on talking to each other but are generally friendly. Good overall value for money.

Try for a quick lunch. Exquisite sandwich selection and healthy smoothies! Hand made crisps should also be sampled.

found it in a little side street. sandwiches are great there! fast serving, nice and friendly staff and a great variety of different servings. all are fresh made. we'll definitely come back to that place!!

Although I've always had great meals from Piggy's, the staff are extremely unfriendly, never greet (let alone smile) and never make customers feel welcome.

I used to go to this place a lot....mark my words..USED TO! However, this place has gone down hill over the past year or so. They used to give salads filled to the top of the lid, but they've changed staff, and now skimp on giving generously; and it barely touches the lid.I once ordered a salad from them, stuffed a load of salad into my mouth and started chewing on something sharp! I spat it out quickly and saw it was a stick!!! This tells you whether they wash and check if the salad is good enough for customers. I thought i'd do the decency to let them know I found a stick in their food to warn them this is a hazard for other customers. When I brought it to the shop, a middle aged woman with dark hair served me (I think she might be the owner, sometimes it's her husband who looks after the shop) - though she wasn't the one who made the salad for me. nevertheless I passed the 'specimen' to her and told her that I had been chewing on this sharp object in my salad. She took it and shrugged it off saying "It's just a stick in the salad". My.....I know it's a stick I thought to myself - thanks for telling me! There was no apology what-so-ever! "Thought I'd tell you incase anyone else might find something in the salad". Still no apology, so I walked out the shop.The experience put me off for over a month before I decided to give them another chance. This time I decided to get breakfast and I was served by the same middle ages woman with dark hair. No smile when serving, and when the order was incorrect price she simply said she already put it in the till.... is it difficult to take the order off the till and put a correct price back on? This just shows how lazy they are and how unwilling they are to help.This is being a customer for years. Shows how appreciative they are towards their loyal customers.

Only popped in to have coffee and regretted it already. staff with very poor manners and incredibly long time to wait for what was supposed to be only a quick stop.

Had a quick sandwich, which was delicious and will be back next time in area. The tuna melt was my sons favourite, chicken kebab wrap also excellent

We'd been to the nearby Royal Academy exhibition, and were in need of some sustenance, and wanted to avoid the big chains.It's quite a small establishment but at 3ish we had no problem grabbing a stool. I'd imagine it might be more difficult around 1.I had a Focaccia sandwich with Olive tapenade, mozzarella, avocado and tomatoes, whilst my wife had the vegetable soup. Together they came to under £10, so whilst not incredibly cheap it's pretty decent value for central London. Food was very tasty.Service was exceptionally friendly and quick.Recommended.

After a morning of conf calls I had to get out of my hotel. Piggys was just great....home made chorizo and bean soup with a ciabatta sandwich with prawns, avocado and olive oil, plus water, coffee and a small piece of chocolate all for twelve pounds......brilliant, with friendly staff and fast fast service

We stopped by for a mid-afternoon snack and the mozzarella snd chorizo sandwich was the perfect tonic. It was served in a large, flat roll and lightly grilled to make it nice and warm. The chorizo also had a nice spice to it. At 5.50 the sandwiches aren't a bargain but they're also a decent size. You can find Piggys tucked into the east side of the Le Meridien hotel on Air Street.

Every morning I am looking for a good breakfast and the scramble eggs and salmon on toast is one my favorite. Unfortunately I won't go back to Piggys even if the place has everything to offer for breakfast, I am enough to see the ladies taking money and then touching the salmon or any other food without cleaning their hands. It disgust me to see that and each time I give them a look as I don't want to embarrass them in front of regular clients but they never get it. Also today, they suddenly increased their price without informing me, nothing on their menu mentioned it either...

Great sandwich bar - always spotlessly clean with a wide range of options. Tuna sandwiches especially good! Great coffee too.

I used to work in Piccadilly and visit this place on a daily basis for a salad. The ingredients are fresh and you can have whatever combination you want for a reasonable price. Or go for the options on the menu board, I recommend Piggys own salad. It's a great place to go - great service and great food. I'll be back one day for sure!

Five of us had a quick lunch in here after visiting Ripley's Believe It Or Not. It's a small establishment and most customers were getting food to take out, but we sat inside where there are stools for around 10 people. Food is mostly salads, sandwiches, wraps and ciabattas. All were freshly made, tasty and reasonably priced. Service was quick and friendly.

This is a little gem in the middle of an expensive and touristy part of town. There is a decent choice on the menu but I love the salads - healthy, tasty and cheap (around £5). The portions are generous and service quick. Unless you pick an unusually quiet time, I'd advise you get take out rather than eat in - although big on flavour Piggy's is teeny tiny and isn't that relaxing an atmosphere. The food though is fabulously piggalicious!

I go to Piggys most mornings and the breakfasts are great quality and well priced compared to other similar establishments in the area The coffee is surprisingly good ,and whether a fry up , scrambled eggs with salmon or porridge , everything is cooked to order efficiently and tastes great In contrast to the guy below , hygiene is fine and considering the small space , no short cuts are taken there Also the made to order salads are cheaper then the specialist salad places and just as good

This cafe is just off Piccadilly only a few yards from Eros. I had an excellent quality jacket potato with cheese and beans for just £4.60. My wife had a delicious chicken escalope panini for about £5. The cappucinos were really good. There is plenty of choice though only a few seats and no loos. A great find in this area for cheap good quality food.

I just went to Piggys for lunch to get a sandwich to take away. I was disgusted to find that the lady who made my sandwich was also handling the money. She was wearing gloves (with a massive hole on the thumb), but what's the point of wearing them if you're just going to handle currency and not replace them after you've done so?I'm not a clean freak, but what I do expect is for people to have clean hands when making my food.

Stumbled across this place, what a find. Perch at the breakfast bar and my husband and I ate for £7 between us! Great service and value.

This is a good place to go for a quick, but really good, breakfast. We had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and a plate with eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and baked beans.The restaurant only seats about 10 people, but it's a good place for a couple or small family.

Piggys, pensavo fosse solo carne di maiale, invece è un piccolo posto economico (per gli standard di Londra!) dove mangiare un panino. Siamo arrivati che non c'era nessuno e abbiamo trovato posto e ordinato. la scelta va dal pollo speziato in roll fino alle "ciabatte" ripiene di quello che vuoi. Probabilmente se è pieno e avete fretta, andate avanti.

Piggys is a good little cafe/sandwich shop on Air street that had a decent variety of sandwiches, salads and rolls etc.It's run by a friendly group of italians who are more than happy to add extras to your sandwich to personalise it.They also make good bacon sarnies or bagels and do a good breakfast.Thy ofer something slightly different than the other cafes in the area by letting you choose your bread type (focaccia, ciabatta or bagel).There are only 2 tables though, so not really a sit down lunch place.

We had got out and about early and when we decided it was breakfast time we came upon Piggy's, we had a great english fry up, just what out jet lagged bodies need to fuel us. the staff where lovely and service was very prompt.

Got a couple of sandwiches from here. They were pretty good. Not bad if you're looking for a quick lunch and you're tired of Pret.
