Pietro's in Bridgend

Ordered ice cream sundaes as have many times. Before to be told they don't Accept cash only card so we walked out the prices are so overpriced If you go around the corner you can get the same sundaes for three £s cheaper Will not be going to Pietros again!!!

The ice cream here is so overpriced the scoop they use is so small definitely not worth the money will not be going back. If they going to charge the prices they charge at least give value for money and use a normal size ice cream scoop this is definitely not

Pietros is no more. It was sad to witness the heart going out of this wonderful eating place once it was know that it was being sold. No offence Cadwaladers but the portions and prices will be a challenge for you achieve. All the best to all at Pietros, you will be missed greatly.

Staff are inattentive, frequently short of options on the menu. If you just want an ice cream great but be prepared to wait no matter what you choose.

I cant believe how badly this lovely cafe has deteriorated since the summer. We called on Saturday and noted the following; 1.Front automatic doors were faulty, 7 had to be opened manually. 2.Toilet floor dirty/wet, and the flush was broken. 3. The ceiling mounted air con units were filthy. 4. Rubbish/dirty floor, and tables had not been cleared/cleaned. 5. Staff (6 young girls) just stood behind the counter playing on their mobiles. 6. Menus prices had been altered by hand. Its sad that this cafe appears to be on a downward spiral.

On a day visit to Porthcawl required some refreshment. Over looking the sea on the main Esplanade found this smart looking Italian style cafe. Many drinks ,snacks and cakes available, not to mention a range of Welsh produced ice creams. Friendly staff and the premises were clean including the spotless toilets. Some negative reviews can be found but I would not hesitate to visit here again!

I have visited Pietro’s quite a few times over the last 15 years and until the most recent visit it always impressed me. Today, the cafe seemed lifeless despite the constant coming and going of customers. Despite bright sunshine outside the young staff looked totally depressed. There wasn’t a smile to be seen and they were all dressed in black uniforms which didn’t improve the mood. The ice cream we ate was good, but very basic. Just ice cream in a tub. No peach melbas or strawberry swirls! So much more could be made of this place with dynamic management.

Great price for a really nice tuna sandwiches. Nice location on the seafront. Very quick friendly service. Looked like a large selection of ice creams on offer although we didn’t try.

Fancied an ice cream as they usually have a selection of flavours to choose from but noticed the choc hazelnut ice cream looked very soft as if it was thawed, on asking the older gentleman if it was supposed to be like that he got quite defensive and shirty! Because I’d asked for the flavour before noticing so I had it the nuts were soggy ice cream was vile I won’t recommend this place for anything

The best Chocolate milkshake ever. I had 2. Breakfast items and toasties very good. Ice creams wow wow and wow. Lovely Staff. On seafront. Accessible toilet.

Was surprised when I was able to get an outside seat on a sunny day. After we had our food I understand why. Young girl who served me was very pleasant. Same can't be said about the older dark haired lady making the sandwiches she looked liked she was having a bad day . The bread on our sandwiches was very dry. The cupcake was stale. Unfortunately we only noticed the 2* hygiene rating after we had our food. Gone down hill big time. Won't be back .......

Great location overlooking the sea - variety of ice creams We ordered milkshakes and were disappointed to be served up with nesquick or similar. Bearing in mind this is an ice cream parlour we expected a thick milkshake with ice cream etc. Drank a little of the sickly synthetic drinks then put back on the counter and left (we had paid) nobody commented or asked if we were happy

Quick friendly service at the ice cream bar. Seating is available inside and out with a great view of the sea. Reasonably priced. Light bites menu and clients with just a hot drink too.

We ask to make for us just a cheese sandwich, it was so delicious and rich. Cappuccino & Latte were perfect and tasty. I like the Choco ice-cream more than the vanilla. Waiter so friendly and service good.

after a wonderful walk passed the golf course we returned here on recommendation for a spot of lunch - we got a table on the inside but were immediately informed that jacket potatoes, pizzas and several other items were sold out - we arrived at 1.40pm.We decided to make do with superb ice creams ordering at the counter which were then brought to us by a waitress - place was ok, toilet very presentable and location excellent - disappointing though would return for an ice cream

We went here for a quick lunch today. We sat outside and ordered 2 toasted sandwiches and a panini as soon as we got there. After half an hour the food still hasn’t arrived. Everyone else around us was being served before us despite ordering after!

It’s in a great place but staff looking rather untidy and not the best dressed for serving food . Cake was dry . Could do much better

Once you’ve prised the automatic doors open with your fingers (as per the sign) you’re in out of the cold! Is it worth it? No. I’d rather be cold. The welcome is frostier than the ice cream, the seating area is filthier than my husbands pants and I had to sell one of my earrings on the way in to afford a bottle of water!

Went here with my mam who is disabled . Took her out of the wheel chair put her on the chair . Went to order food not much on the menu available. Went to sit back down sandwiches came they were just slapped on the plate didn’t look very nice at all . Mike shakes were full of little bits not good . Then my mother fell to the floor as the leg of the chair she was sitting on snapped . I told staff they need to check all their chairs not good and to top it all lovely long hair in her sandwich. Absolutely disgusting never again .

Won't be returning. Went to Pietros today for a coffee ordered a tea, Americano and cream and a toasted tea cake. My tea came 10 minutes later I could see a coffee with squirty cream on top and a toasted tea cake standing on the counter whilst 3 young ladies chatted away. I went up and brought the coffee over to the table and then brought my co,d well done tea cake back to the table when I noticed there was no butter with it I went back to the till the tea cake was taken and buttered. It was cold, burnt and disgusting. I have never seen an Anericano with squirty cream on top if they didn't have pouring cream I would have opted for milk.

Came for ice cream with our kids we were all stood waiting at the ice cream counter, all three of the staff were stood chatting at the other end of the counter. they were fully aware I was stood there however they continued to chat. so I walked down to the other end only for the girl to tell me to go back up to the ice cream counter as she would serve me there... another girl came and helped to serve ice cream however she had put ice cream in the wrong cone and when i told her that wasn't what i ordered she looked less than impressed, huffed and told me she would bring it to the table. I found them unwelcoming and grumpy. Ice cream was lovely.

We often visit Pietros on the weekend and I have to say how wonderful the staff are. They are polite very accommodating and helpful. We witnessed them having to deal with some very rude customers and they maintained professionalism at all times. The sandwiches and jacket potatoes are our firm favourite as well as the deserts. They, four young ladies huddled over their phones. We a party of six looking for light lunch. They refused point blank to take our order at the table and insisted we give it "over the till". I had to demand an order pad so we could write it all down and then attend the till. They continued on their phones. This place has lacked any sign of owner's interest for years.

A regular here for many years but what has happened to this place? A slither of cheesecake that could hardly stand on the plate and a dry and mealy texture. Tea so weak, that looked like hot water and disinterested staff with no customer service skills. The toilet was locked and a sign just said could not be used and only three customers on a sunny afternoon at two thirty. This place would have been full to bursting previously and it is sad to see somewhere with such history left to stagnate into a cafe to avoid at all costs. Will not return and would not be surprised to see the place has closed ,due to lack of trade ,as customers have plenty of choice and will exercise it when standards fall this low.

Coffee was good as was the toasted teacake. So we went back later for lunch.

A favourite for coffee and a snack when in Porthcawl. Sandwiches always good value, stuffed with delicious fillings (cheese & onion a particular favourite) and amazingly good value for money. Agree with some of the other reviewers that customer service had not been as good on recent visits and coffee can taste slightly bitter on occasion but overall it's food is reasuringly consistent. I like the decor; yes it's looked the same for years but it was clearly originally decorated to a very high spec and quality lasts!

Haven't been here for several months but my goodness, what a disaster! It wasn't particularly busy but the several young girls serving were more concerned with chatting than doing their job. Saying that, I was served quickly enough, but where to sit? The tables hadn't been cleared or wiped down and the floor - well, it was like a pigsty to be honest.If it wasn't for the fact that I'd paid for my order I would have walked back out. It really was that bad. When my order came the cake portion was so small I did a double take.

As long as it’s dry sit outside have a cuppa and a cake add a few friends watch the World pass you by debate a few things talk nonsense and bang an hour gone you feel great the World is a better place.

We used to love coming here but this is the second time I've been in six months and I definitely won't be returning. With my two young children and having no other option where to go in the rain as all of the other decent coffee shops are full, I was hopeful to have a better experience (last time I'd had hairs in my child's milkshake!!). The blonde one woman serving was so rude and abrupt I felt like I was at fault for giving her my order! She was more concerned with the regulates rather than being like to myself. Food was average, tea cakes burnt around edges. Complained but told they didn't have any more. One woman clearing tables was literally throwing the plates into the bowl I've never heard such noise and then when I took my youngest out of high chair to go change her she took the seat away even though we hadn't finished! Ordered 2 coffees that arrived 10 minutes later despite having 3 staff behind the bar just standing there talking. I should have learnt after the first time but I won't be silly enough to go again, however bad the rain is! Such a shame as used to be lovely but like many other reviews have stated, the standards of food and its politeness of staff are no where near. My advice, go to one of the many other cafes available.

Sandwiches always jam packed, ham and cheese toasties are fantastic, the kids love the sandwiches and jacket potatoes always overflowing with filling. Good ice cream (dairy free).

Good for a coffee (but sometimes quite strong! ) My husband recommends the chicken and chorizo panini. Sometimes he'll have jacket potato, but not always available.

I used to have a very high opinion of Pietro’s several years ago - excellent espresso, an air of Italian class, authenticity and quality, friendly staff and sorbet in addition to their gelato. Now, nothing of that former class remains. I don’t know if they had a change in management or just lost their way. These days it is just like any other boring Welsh cafe, completely uninspired menu and coffee which tasted burnt. Their ice cream standards are poor, they always used to make a couple of sorbets but now don’t seem to bother - I guess it’s simpler to focus for the lowest common denominator flavours. The sandwiches - served on pedestrian Hovis or whatever bagged loaf, rather than anything remotely interesting or Italian - were caked in butter (even the ‘plain salad sandwich’), rendering it inedible. It’s a shame this cafe - once, the finest Porthcawl had to offer, has become so middle of the road and lacking in any of the charm or finesse it once possessed.

I've been coming here for years with my Mum and my daughter. We love it. My daughter loves the sandwiches and the ice-cream sundaes - full of cream, toppings, sweet sauces and wafers. My Mum and I like the sandwiches too and normally share an ice cream (big portions). But we particularly like a cup of coffee and a hot toasted tea cake, especially in the autumn and winter when its a bit chilly outside.

Very reliable food, with extremely efficient staff who look after their customers with good service all year round. Ideal for a light lunch, breakfast or coffee. Well recommended.

This coffee shop needs to look at the attitude of the staff and improve. We only go there if there if everywhere else is too busy. The food is nothing special.

Popped in on a rainy day just for a coffee. Gorgeous display of ice creams, but too cold a day for them! Ordered two decaf lattes, a tuna and mayonnaise sandwich and a toasted cheese and ham sandwich. Very prompt and friendly service as coffees arrived within a couple of minutes. Then the sandwiches arrived..... the most generous of fillings I have seen!!! Nice creamy coleslaw on the side too. Very tasty and filling lunch. We will return!!

Was having a lovely day out I Porthcawl till myself and my family visited this restaurant, lunchtime on a Saturday. We sat down to choose out order and decided on Jacket Potatoes only to be told they were sold out. We then decided on Egg Sandwiches again the reply was we are sold out. Again we decided on Ham & Cheese toasties with brown bread only to be told we could only have brown bread untoasted but we could have white bread toasted as they do not toast brown bread. Without any comment from us we decided to leave and the young lady replied we have been very busy in a very unpleasant manor totally uncalled for and was very taken back. Hence we shall not be recommending this restaurant and will never go there again.

We called here and had cake and coffee, but the cake came and was eaten by the time the coffee came, only to have it waiting on the counter whilst the waitress talked to locals.

4.10 pm on a warm and sunny afternoon and we were turned away from Pietro's. This seems very early for a cafe in a holiday resort to be closing. Very disappointed.

Hello everyone i have been trying to get here for over a 12 month it was well worth the effort i have been craving a Turkish delight 99 it was superb i will not be leaving so long until the next one.

ok but not a lot of choice its all Gelateria so don't go their if your after ice cream my wife had a banana cocktail but couldnt take any banana in the Gelateria

Visited with family. Ordered egg sandwich and when brought over it was obviously off (smell and colour). When pointed out Staff did offer alternative but would have liked an apology. Was very disappointed as been there previously numerous times.

Called in for lunch on a lovely sunny Saturday. The service was pleasant, prompt and great, the food was delicious, I had a prawn sandwich (brown bread ) and the most beautiful fruit tart for sweet, which I highly recommend , real fruit on the top ! and perfect in every way. Coupled with the sun and view of the sea this was a great experience. Can't wait to go back !

Served during a moderately busy lunch. Service very basic and rather unwelcoming. Order went out together incorrectly which meant one person had order when everyone else had practically finished. Brie and bacon panini rank - presented semi- burnt and watery. Sandwiched over stuffed with meat. Didn't realise until after ordering that place only has 2* for hygiene. Not particularly encouraging and the toilet was a reflection of this rating. Didn't bother with ice cream - they didn't really deserve any more of our custom.

We called in for lunchtime snack .Was very busy and was advised there would be a delay .We ordered ham and cheese toasties and they arrived sooner than expected.They were very nice and full of ham and cheese .Would recommend as very good service.

No wonder they only have 2 on their rating. No ice, a cafe and ice cream bar and they don't do it. Dumb struck!!. Only compliment the waitress came with bottled drink and gave us two paper cups as and I quote "the glasses are warm".

Turned up here yesterday with my 2 young grandchildren ,( very wet after being caught in a nasty shower) at 4.10 in the afternoon, to be told by a miserable young girl that they were closing! 4.10? Half term holidays? Bitter disappointment.

We have been coming here for 12 years now when we visit porthcawl.This is the first time we have experienced poor hygiene. The staff care more about how they look than they do thinking of hygiene whilst serving food.It's a shame because I enjoyed my hot chocolate but to see them running hands through their hair and seconds later handling cheese for a sandwich is quite scary.Last time I'll come here.... Have been regular visitors over many years. First time this year, and there appears to have been a refurbishment. Lovely hot chocolate and coffee with excellent sandwiches. Always generous helpings and good quality crisps. Enjoyed our visit as always.

Having frequented this establishment previously we decided to try it out again.We fancied one of our holiday treats, namely a cream tea.Pietros claimed they could meet our request however what we were given couldn't have been further from the truth.Just one scone that you could have probably bounced off a wall, a small punnet of so called strawberry jam and something they claimed was fresh cream.They claimed it was fresh, I believed it was synthetic but it was certainly not clotted.To sum up, Pietros should stick to what they know best, bring an Italian patisserie and coffee shop and forget about trying to offer one of England's finest desserts.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this stylish Italian cafe, generous tasty lunch and great coffee served by very polite staff. It can get busy but you can understand why, because it's also good value for money !

You'd expect the ice cream to be frozen but ,everything is frozen ,all meats etc ,tasteless rubbish , some staff friendly ,but the manageress seems to have a chip on her shoulder Won't go back overpriced rubbish ,

Wish the staff would wear gloves when making the food, watching them they wipe their hands down their clothes, then without washing their hands are handling the good when making sandwiches etc. Hair although is tied back it is not covered. They put too much filing in the sandwiches, although the jacket potatoes and the quiche are tasty. My coffee tasted of burnt milk and was not nice at all. The setting is lovely especially in the summer sitting outside.

Took my daughter from school to have some food there. We arrived at 3.35pm and we told that we would not be served because they stopped serving at 3.30pm , even though they closed at 4pm. We were extremely disappointed and ended up going to Costa who were very happy to serve us.

Lovely little cafe and ice cream parlour.fantastic range of ice creams and sorbets and beautiful cheesecakes and croissants.Staff are lovely and welcoming and children and adults alike are made to feel at home not rushed despite being a really busy cafe.Well worth visiting.

Good coffee, OK cake but really need to replace their crockery.Crockery was chipped, staff were young and inexperienced. They chatted a lot to each other and we felt we were inconveniencing them.

Lovely tasting ice cream, but was melting as it was handed to us. By the time we had crossed the road it was dripping all over us. It was a hot day so didn't stand a chance. Couldn't really enjoy as we had to bolt it down. Also take away was understaffed.

We sat inside and had a coffee and some of their homemade gelato. They have 25 different flavours and you can have cones or tubs and they also do special sundaes.My daughter said her ice creams were delicious but I wasnt that impressed with mine so maybe just chose the wrong ones.It was ok but I wouldnt be in a hurry to go back there.

Been a regular in Pietros for years but on the last 2 occasions we've been sorely disappointed by the service and the food.Ordered sandwiches and they didn't have two of the fillings we requested so opted for ham which was fine but the bread was stale as were the crisps which come as a side order on the plate. It was a damp day so I can only assume they'd been left out and moisture had got into them. The edges of my sandwich were inedible and sadly the coffee was no better..it was very weak and not that hot.As the prices are so reasonable I left petty complaining but will opt to go elsewhere in future which is a shame as it was the best cafe in town once upon a time.The hygiene rating of 2 is clearly putting some customers off as it was quiet in there but get some enthusiastic staff onboard, bring back the quiche and fresh bread to lure customers back in..The ice cream is still great to be fair but that's not enough to keep potential customers happy..

We called into Pietros for a snack and were very impressed with everything. Our sandwiches had a filling more than an inch thick, which barely left room for a really good sundae. All at incredibly reasonable prices, two coffees, two sandwiches and two desserts for less than twenty pounds.

Called in for Italian coffee and ice cream and was supprised to see a replica Italian world cup winning shirt with a photo ot the captian holding the world cup aloft. Well worth a visit

Service was awful, seemed to be run by teenagers that didn't have a clue what they were doing. Furniture was worn out and torn. My meal was large (I ordered chicken curry jacket potato) but was a mess and the chicken was of low quality. The hygiene rating was only a 2 out of 5, if only I saw this before going in

On a weekend break in Porthcawl, we came upon this café on the front.We ordered 2 teas plus a piece of cheesecake and almond croissant.The service was swift the patisseries excellent and all in all I could not fault this place.So much so we went back for another visit two days later and repeated the experience.Well done to Pietro's you are a must when in Porthcawl again.

Called in bank holiday monday, fully accepting that it could be busy but did not expect what we saw, ordered two coffees and waited over twenty minutes whilst watching four members of staff laughing and eating behind the counter, two hardworking staff one serving ice cream and one clearing dishes, whilst the rest stood in a huddle behind the counter talking. The ice cream queue was out the door and still no assistance was offered, from the group behind the counter, it seemed the team leader was the ring leader she was calling the shots and constantly chewing gum.Watching the coffee maker was an education, she obviously NOT barister trained, after every coffee in most places we have been the barister would clean the milk steamer theirs was coated in layers of milk not once was it cleaned while we watched.And still the ice cream queue grew, however one group of young men had no waiting time as they walked straight up to the group of girls behind the counter and ordered ice creams which the group were only too pleased to oblige with, thereafter followed a group discussion about who fancied who from the group of males, much to the annoyance of persons in the queue.Overall a nice place that used to be very nice obviously employing loads of young girls has a downside if there is not a strong leader. Our coffee was passable the disorganised schoolground atmosphere was obviously dissapointing.

Today I ordered a toasted sandwich and an Americano. The bread was white, not given an option when ordering. The cheese salty and extremely stringy and hardly any pickle. Presentation terrible, it looked as if it had been thrown on the plate with crisps. Coffee weak. Very disappointed.

My husband and I met up with friends for lunch on Monday at Pietros. Three of us had the most delicious egg sandwiches, lovely soft bread with absolutely oodles of filling and my husband had beans on toast, which he also enjoyed very much. This was washed down with delicious coffee and served by the most pleasant and friendly staff. What more could anyone want. This to some people may sound quite simple fayre but there are sandwiches and then there are Pietros sandwiches. Thank you to all concerned. Delicious.

A gem of a ice cream bar/cafe in a great location on the front and near to town. The young lady serving on the till was very friendly, however the waitress was very abrupt and rather rude. Pretty good value for both food and drink - the hot chocolate is absolutely superb and the toasted tea cakes good too Will definitely return again to try some ice cream as well as more food!

Used to have good standards. Visited today and waitress was outside cuddling customers dog then proceeded to clean tables with clothe and returned to counter to take drinks and food to customers never washed her hands, this continued throughout my visit. To my horror another member of staff did the same thing, can I ever eat here safely again. What a shame no winner two stars

Looked to be closing the rear table area for cleaning on Sunday at about 3.30 when it was most popular. Management need to rethink this if they want to make more cash!

I arrived at this recommended establishment expecting to receive good service, when i arrived staff told me I could not sit down as they were preparing to close, but they were closing early because staff were reluctant to work on Sunday and were actually closing 30 minutes before there closing time, when I finally got a seat after much reluctance from staff, I went to the ice cream fridge and they were out of some Ice cream and I was told they could not serve me there because I was eating in, and I had to order somewhere else where I could not see what they had in the fridge which was an inconvenience, the staff were very poor, slow at attending and just RUDE.I would not recommend this establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called in today for a cappuccino n hot chocolate, great coffee good service and a lovely place to spend half hour. Sat outside people watching ,looking at the sea and generally chilling out . Great

I been there last week to treat myself for some ice cream.they are amazing and best in Porthcawl. The staff are fully experience and polite.highly recommended

Stopped here for a hot chocolate with the children and two dogs. Even had a slice of cake as it looked delicious and also tasted it would definitely go back

I visited Pietro's today with my mother and was disgusted by the vile attitude from a couple aimed at the staff. The man and women quite obviously wanted to whole of the cafe to pay attention to them by shouting and waving their fingers around the place. I thought all the staff at Pietro's held themselves wonderfully. I am a waitress myself and just because we serve you does not give people the right to speak down at us!! Lovely food and coffee though will definitely be visiting again!

After the cliff walk at Rest Bat we really lived the ice cream at Pietro Sidoli's washed down with great coffee. Simpatico service since the 1920's. Well done then Celeste Sidoli!

Stopped for lunch here today and all I can say wish I hadn't. The sandwiches were basic (wafer thin ham) and when the bacon and Brie panini came out it looked like a pile of sick between bread, when I queried it they told me it was sandwich filler (does not say that on the menu, imagine that being heated, yuck) so bad it went back. The service was fine but this place has gone so downhill.

The young lady making the sandwiches stood biting her nails scratching her head and playing with her hair . ..........I decided no food today then.

Can't resist an ice cream here each time I visit Porthcawl. Went with 3 friends yesterday and we each had varying sundaes-absolutely delicious!!Must also state that the toilet is immaculate and spotlessly clean which is a very important aspect to me.

We called at Pietro's a couple of times while enjoying walks along the promenade last week. It's a nice place that serves fine coffee and the staff were friendly and helpful. The tables out front offer a great view, if the weather permits.

Popped in to Pietro's as it looked busy and the food looked great. Saw a jacket potato (JP) heaped with a tuna filling and my wife and I thought it would do. We both had a JP, one with tuna, sweet corn and mayo and the other with Coronation Chicken. I also had a Coronation Chicken sandwich. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and there was plenty of filling on both. Similarly the sandwich was scrum my with a good quality filling. The staff were lovely and all the food I saw looked inviting. The place was packed so many others agreed with me. A great place for a lighter but full lunch. The coffee and tea were lovely too.

Absolutely fantastic - we ordered coffees and a blueberry muffin. The coffees were served to the table although you had to order at the counter. The coffee was piping hot and could not be faulted. The view overlooking the sea was amazing. The sandwiches looked great too and next time I am in there will certainly be trying one of those.

Lovely family cafe food made to order so very fresh good service and too many to choice of ice cream wanted them all

My husband and I visited Pietro's last week. We ordered two hot chocolate's, a lamb and mint panini and a ham and cheese toastie. We were served by a young staff member, and the general consensus seemed to be, " fun for staff, never mind the customers ".Our drinks arrived a good twenty minutes before our food. When the food did arrive, my panini was literally burned to a crisp, and I genuinely thought I was about to crack a tooth as I bit into it. My husband's toastie was a lump of goo. No more no less. We ordered two Pepsi's as our hot chocolate's were finished ages ago, and surprise surprise, it was a soda stream type Pepsi that tasted of sugar and nothing else!!I told the teenage servers about the poor quality of the food, poor timing and truly vile soft drinks. The response? Giggling, whispering and a total lack of respect. Fifteen plus pounds for utter rubbish left us feeling annoyed and still hungry. We have eaten at this establishment for a number of years, and I can honestly say we won't be going back again.

Pietro's is a cafe / icecream parlour on the seafront. Visited on a day when icecream was sadly lacking - choice was very poor. Enjoyed the icecream I had but where was the choice? The service was also indifferent - the servers could break out a smile and some enthusiasm for their work. We also had to ask for one portion of our order as it was obviously forgotten. Could be a lot better.

Coffee was strong and delicious just how I like it. Tea was a lovely flavour and hot. The scone, cheesecake and almond croissant were excellent. Would certainly return in future.

We have been here on many occasions ,the coffies are the best in town .Cakes look fantastic and taste fantastic .Staff are pleasant ,and the owner always has time for a chat . Right on the sea front so lovely to watch the waves with a nice cupper ..

We tried them all & found it be excellent. Coffee n cheesecake was superb, different ice cream combo's were excellent. Siting on the sea front served by friendly staff.

Without any doubt this is place for ice cream.they have so many choices and all are very tasty and mind blowing. You will get the proper taste here.in porthcawl there's so many ice cream shop but they are best.
