A late lunch for my son. He had a chip bap with red salt....his words were "That is lovely". I wasn't planning on eating, but was tempted by staff recommendation of mac 'n' cheese. It was delicious.... And at half price....a great deal!!! Well done to the chef!!

1 Murray RoadGorgeous chatty little nook. Best toasted bacon and egg sandwich ever, topped off with a lovely hot cup of tea. So nice to have gluten free toast available. 😋

8 Market StreetYou always get a warm welcome at Ground Up, the owner is friendly and approachable and this cafe always has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is excellent and the cakes are amongst the best in Bury. I've not tried any of the other food but some hot food is available and the toasties and sandwiches look good. They also have a pre-paid items board which you can contribute to for anyone in need of food or a hot drink without the means to pay, which I think it's a fantastic idea. It's a great cafe!

403 Bolton Road WestThis was my first visit to The Bower and I was really impressed. The food was great, the staff lovely, and my dog was made welcome too.
