Rude man, below standard food, and now it’s being extended, hope the new nice cafe takes his business around the corner.

Great cafe with inside and outside seating. Excellent menu. Multiple breakfasts to choose from, sandwiches, and lunch time meals. Staff were really friendly and accommodating too. Excellent service with a smile. Highly recommended!

Terrible attitude by the male staff or owner. Everything seemed like a lot of trouble for him to serve us and there was only one other table in. Breakfast is a proper caff style but poor quality cheap products. This was a few months ago now but I wouldn’t return. Terrible place, bad /staff attitude and quite unclean. Avoid.

We came here for breakfast. Comprehensive menu. I tried Turkish coffee as not had it before, it was nice and not as sting as I expected. Staff friendly. Full English Breakfast was nice and a treat for me to have chips with it! My brother had the lamb Shish but was disappointed there was no yoghurt or chilli sauce to accompany it (he did ask and was advised there wasn’t any). I’d come again. It could be improved with nicer bakers bread toast as only 50/50 sliced loaf is available.

I really like this little cafe, its a welcomed addition to High Brooms and not far from the train station. The food is excellent, great quality, big portions and the service is fast. Also, the price is really good too. My go to cafe.

Quick service (with a smile) very friendly food great

Absolute scam and waste of money. Ordered from here for breakfast, got a bacon & sausage butty & tuna sweetcorn butty. B&S butty was cold, had 3 sausages & 2 rashers of bacon in, no sauce and stingy amount of butter. Worst part was it wasn’t even a proper morning roll, it was 2 thin slices of 50/50 bread from aldi. Unlike the B&S, the Tuna one was warm. I have still eaten it but not sure I’m gonna live to see this evening. Cost me all in all delivered from less than a mile away £13 for something I could have made myself at home for under £4

Can't say how many times I have eaten breakfast here, too many to count. Everytime it's spot on. No frills but great breakfast and pleasant staff. Due back in the next few weeks.

Ordered through just eat. I had a choose your own 4 piece breakfast. Which seemed a little expensive but as a vegan my options were limited,so I think the price is making way for most people adding a more costly meat or egg to their plate. I went for beans, mushrooms, hash browns & bubble ( whichever is like a potato with mashed veg ). Taste wise it was pretty nice, the only slight Critism I had was the beans portion was a little small. I also ordered a falafel wrap. This was huge so made up for the smaller bean portion. I could only eat half of the wrap so will make a nice lunch for me later. Overall I feel that the wrap was fairly priced but the select my own breakfast was a little more expensive than I'd of liked to pay. But really I'm quite happy with the food. I'll probably eat or order food from them again.

The coffees here are always one of the best around town! I couldn’t help but get another. Food has great generous portions, I loved my crispy hash brown. Overall mouthwatering food and lovely small buisness

AWFUL food and a total rip off ,, had to give one star as you can’t rate it any lower .. Visited this cafe yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food for the price they charge. Possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had !! I don’t ever write reviews but this cafe is sooo bad others need to know so they don’t get ripped off like I did .

Rude staff and the food was horrible, usually its really nice but this time was awful service by staff who didn't want to speak English. Really disappointed

This is more a traditional cafe than a café. Think eggs and bacon rather than a pastry. I had a pleasant coffee here while waiting for an appointment. The staff were welcoming and the outside space was great on a sunny morning.

We used to love the homemade roast dinners here, they were amazing. Went in today and asked if they still did the roast dinners and was very pleased that they did. So three of us ordered chicken roast dinner (they only had chicken left) and waited about 15 minutes for our dinners to be served. I was absolutely shocked and realised straight away that it was a frozen bag of mixed vegetables... Chicken sandwich slices and tiny frozen roast potatoes with gravy. The vegetables were not even thawed properly and the dinner was disgusting. All three of us just ate the two chicken slices and the supposedly roasted potatoes. The vegetables were inedible and we were charged 10 pound a head for the dinners. Never ever again will I go in there for anything and the staff do not give a dam. Such a shame as used to use it regularly

Tried calling you twice but no answer. This is now the 3rd issue we've had. Ordered 2 breakfasts on the phone to collect. Got back and one was missing items the other had items in there not asked for. Was told could not have milkshake even though ordered on the phone. Shame as we have always been coming here but too many issues now..ill be going elsewhere for Sunday breakfast

Wasted 2 hours waiting for their Uber eats service, went through 5 drivers that wasted their time going to pick it up, to have the order cancelled without an apology. Appalling customer service.

Great customer service and awesome takeaway service during lockdown!

Took my 3 teenage kids to lunch here today. First time I have been here and had a very pleasant experience. A wide variety of choices on the menu, service was friendly and polite, the food came quickly and was well cooked, good portion size and excellent quality. Thankyou to all staff for a great lunch. Will be back.

ordered bacon and cheese panini waited 40 minuets and when it finally came it was rock solid and inedible so left it told the no apology and still charged full price for something we could not eat we didn't make a fuss which people said we should have but hey ho won't recommend this cafe

Dropped my motorbike for a service, in Longfield road, had a couple of hours to kill, nothing nearby so walked towards town centre, walked past this place, looked nice and went in, really good coffee and a tasty breakfast, staff friendly, I’d go there again too!

I have been coming here since I have moved to the area and never had an issue. Went there for a coffee with a friend today at 3.55 and served. Then to our surprise was told they closed at 4pm and we had to leave and we had not even drank our coffee yet! lovely lady then opened all the doors and kept banging table and chairs with her broom, not sure if I should laugh or cry as it was so cold inside with the doors open. I know the importance of supporting local business, and I think in this case they should have said before serving and charging us they were closing. I think a bit of customer service to your loyal customers would have helped.

Have been here for breakfast many times and it's always great, now it's open in the evening as a Turkish restaurant and I can't recommend it enough, it's a great menu and such good quality we have eaten several times recently and will be going back again soon.

This has been a cafe serving good breakfasts for several years. They have now expanded to serve Turkish food in the evening.

The all day breakfast was of cheap products that reflected in the taste the sauces where cheap but put into Heinz bottles and as for the tea it was discussing would not recommend

Lovely and clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Its a great place for lunch too with a wide range of English and mediteriaian dishes. Generous portion sizes and very good value.

Decor is good, atmosphere comfortable, friendly staff and good food. We had a set 1 breakfast and a full English as well as a coffee each and an orange juice. Food was cooked perfectly and we were served quickly. Good solid little cafe

Have been going in here for the amazing breakfast and hot coffee. The staff are very friendly. I have also ordered takeaway meals including the Sunday roast and the spaghetti bolognese which were also really tasty. Must admit when we went in last Sunday it was a bit chilly in there but the food soon warmed us up.

Have used this establishment on many occasions. I will say it is my 1st choice if not to far away. Service brilliant food just as good quality. Overall the atmosphere, decor, staff, owners it's always an enjoyable place to sit, eat and end up leavin very content.

Local cafe, called in with my son , he been working hard in my back garden , treated him to breakfast .... We enjoyed hot food great service, and complete with a fried bread slice each. Much yum . Great prices ,great value .

Visited today for breakfast with my husband, daughter, sister and brother in law. The variety was very good, the food great and the service was excellent. Would recommend it, great value for money too.

Very slow service even though it wasn't particularly busy, our cheesecake came 15 mins before our icecream for example...empty plates left on our table for ages and we had to go find the waitress to take our order twice... overheard the staff discuss if a meal that was already prepared had butter on (for a vegan) they all shrugged and it was taken to the table anyway. Final straw was when the owner refused to take my Mastercard because "its a foreign card" (I'm an Expat but this wasn't mentioned) When I argued that it worked fine in the US the previous week he loudly replied "we don't take credit cards" I pointed out the stickers on BOTH doors advertising Mastercard to which he replied "we no take credit cards because of the fee" which he has to pay per transaction, whilst I understand this the owner should factor that into the price... It was almost a £30 bill. I replied that wasn't my problem and that they advertised Creditcards so they should take it or remove the stickers "go to cash machine and get cash" he barked which would have charged me a silly amount to withdraw cash... I paid with the last of the change in my pocket which we wanted to keep for a pint or two on the ferry... Won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Was told this place was not too good but thought I'd have a breakfast as it's local to work.saturday morn only 1 or two customers not a good sign I now have to agree with colleagues its over priced and the hot breakfast was cold will not be eating in there again better off going to local burger van

I have visited this cafe a few times and it's an asset to the local community. I find the staff pleasant and interested in their clients. The coffee is excellent - sourced directly from Turkey and the food is good too. I thought the prices were very reasonable.

We were given a very warm welcome. I can recommend the Chicken Paninis! My friend from The Middle East was very impressed with the quality and taste of the coffee. I had a latte and really enjoyed mine too. We will definitely return and thank you for welcoming us so warmly.

It was quite pricey for a typical greasy spoon breakfast. The staff seemed a little off hand and wouldnt take anything off for a takaway even though we didnt have any drinks which was included in the price. We wouldnt go back.

My daughter & I went to an early service at our church & decided to try this Bistro instead of eating at home.

Absolutely brilliant, lovely food, good coffee, great prices, good service, it's always fairly busy. They seem to close at around 5 tho so there's no chance of a nice dinner there.

The guy behind the counter who served me my food looks as scrumptious as his mega breakfast 5/5 so much restraint to not touch him

This is superb. My husband regularly gets this as a takeaway for a Sunday treat. We have also eaten in the restaurant too with friendly staff and nice clean tables.

I live just a few minutes walk from here so is very convenient on a hungover morning. However I have had much better fry ups elsewhere. Bacon is never crispy and they give you too many beans so it floods the plate. Eggs are always cooked well though and I like the staff. Service is fast and friendly. My coffee is always so hot, they bring it out before the food, but by the time I've finished my food the coffee is still too hot to drink! I don't understand! Also the tables are sometimes a bit crumby. Also there is always a bottle of tap water on the table already, but I question how long it has been there as it never tastes that fresh. Also they don't bring glasses unless you ask. Generally I like this place and will come back as I always do. But I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. They have an interesting selection of food as the owners are Turkish, so as well as your classic fry ups and dinners (cottage pie etc. ) they do Mediterranean dishes. I've only ever had fry ups though so I can't comment.

Smart local cafe with friendly staff. The food is standard cafe fayre, but disappointingly cheap ingredients i.e. Sausages with low meat content. There is nothing bad and I would probably return but could be so much better.

Great value for money. Good food, large selection of breakfasts with a Mediterranean twist. The halloumi cheese and black olives omelette was delicious!

Good cafe with plenty of choice for food!

We have eaten breakfast here a few times, it is always really nice & the service is always brilliant, very friendly & very helpful, really good value for money, the only downside is that they seem to close early, maybe by 5 o'clock, whenever I come home from work I always wonder about having dinner but it's always closed
