Pierogi in Cardiff

Soo decepcionado con el servicio al cliente en este proveedor. Soy un blogger de comida con sede en Gales del Sur y estuve en Cardiff probando comida de varios vendedores en el mercado. Al salir del mercado, un miembro del personal de este puesto (Justin’s Wysocka - como se ve en la publicación “conoce al equipo” en Facebook) persiguió a un miembro de nuestro grupo gritando frente a otras personas y la acusó de llevar comida a otros clientes. Se nos acusó de tomar una gran parte de dumplings al pedir un pequeño. Pedimos la porción de dumplings sin saber qué era grande o pequeño. Así que cuando este miembro del personal gritó dos números al mismo tiempo y recogimos los dumplings nos dieron la porción equivocada (desconocido para nosotros). ¡Lo explicamos y aún así nos acusaron de tomar la porción más grande como si fuera a propósito y nos pidieron que pagáramos la exta! Esto fue claramente un error cometido por el personal y no por nosotros y dejarse engañar por el público en general frente a otros es decepcionante e inaceptable.

Está claro que la dirección de este establecimiento no se preocupa por proporcionar un buen servicio o hacer felices a los clientes. Recomendaría encarecidamente a otros que eviten este lugar y lleven sus negocios a otro lugar. Si usted ha tenido o tendrá sentimientos similares, por favor deje un pulgar hacia arriba para que el propietario finalmente cambie su enfoque hacia los clientes. Supuestamente un polaco, pero en realidad tiene poco que ver. Como cliente, espero ser tratado con respeto y recibir un buen servicio al comer allí. Creo que su comportamiento como propietario se refleja mal en su establecimiento. Mal servicio al cliente.

Entré con mi esposa para conseguir algo de comida polaca para comer y yo estaba esperando pacientemente detrás de otro cliente, Otro cliente vino después y ella fue servida primero. Hablé y la señora que servía empezó a señalarme que no estábamos en la cola. Esto me molestó mucho, especialmente cuando me mostró un letrero pidiendo que la cola comenzara desde el otro lado. No había prisas locas por lo que ese punto era mudo. La señora siguió discutiendo y hablando, después de que esto se dio cuenta de que el servicio al cliente no era su mayor activo de ahí mis comentarios. Dejé de servirle a mi esposa o a mí y pedí un servidor diferente para hacer esto. Difundirá este mensaje a quien le importe escuchar, solo la peor manera de tratar a un cliente.

my girlfriend and i ordered ruskie pierogi. they were absolutely delicious, freshly prepared in front of us, not to mention the sauce was fantastic! as polish people, this really reminded us of home. the service was good. the staff were quite busy, but were still quite quick to take our order, even spoke to us in polish which was nice. the view was alright looking over the other markets, however, there weren’t many seatings and one of the chairs was broken, but that is the public seating area and, in my opinion, it is not the responsibility of the workers to fix that chair. definitely coming back for more!!

Being from Poland myself I thought I would give Pierogi in Cardiff Market a try, but was left with a very bad taste in my mouth thinking if this was back in Poland Magda Gessler would be shocked and petition for them to close as not only they sold a dish which they claimed was zurek but in fact tasted more like food waste and looked like it was collected from the food bins of high street, and to make matters worse i bought Spinach and feta pierogi as is my go to pierogi dish ever since i was young but then when i bit into it the dough was raw the cheese wasn't the way it should be. This should not be the case i have let my friends know whom are also polish AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Been meaning to go here for a while. By 3pm most things were sold out do go early. Had the duck with side of coleslaw and was pretty good . Really liked the plum sauce

Best food in Cardiff if you need something filling and quick! These pierogis are even better than the ones you can get in Poland, and this is coming from a polish person. Definitely give this place a go, they have loads of different fillings to suit even Vegans.

So happy to have discovered these lovely pierogi. They come with a selection of different fillings that change every two months. My favourite so far were mushroom and buckwheat. The eating experience on the first floor of Cardiff market is really enjoyable too. Highly recommend.
