Terrible can’t even get your orders right

We had an issue with my food not arriving fully, but was fixed very quickly, even though I was abit mad and stressed at first they remained calm and polite 😅😊 I would recommend this place to alot of people

Ordered my food for it to get here missing half of the items I ordered rang the shop to inform them for me to be told the driver is on his way with my stuff still 1 hour 30mins after my order arrived my missing items haven’t arrived after been told there on there way ages ago rang the shop 3 times to be told the same thing driver is here he is on his way I’d never recommended here or order from here again

Food didn't even turn up on my app said it got delivered????

Parmo tasted great, creamy thick bech cooked properly. Will definitely order again.

Food was stone cold. Delivery stated prior to order 25-35 mins. Once ordered it said 60-90 mins. Got an update about an hour after ordering saying it was out for delivery. Never received the order till roughly 30 mins after that update.

Wasn't over a hour late it was so late I still havnt got it. Looked online restraint shuts at 2330, which would explain why no one answered the phone but not that they would be delivering at 2345/0005

Clicked ready for collection had to wait for the food in shop for ten minutes then received the wrong food and a missing drink

Lovely jacket potatoes again from here and the pizza was spot on. Will be back again soon

2nd time I haven't recieved full order even though I left message when ordering both times. Used to be alright aswell when it was named piccos pizza!

What a shame this place has gone downhill Kebab meat like dry plastic disgusting

overall the food wasn't great no pepperoni on the parmo and hardly any sauce on the pizza. kebab meat was pretty good though

We wanted something different tonight and seeing that they done jacket potatoes was great. Food arrived early and was piping hot. My only problem was I asked for no chips with the hot wings and chips and they still sent them out. Waste of profit and food on their end. Both jacket potatoes also had chips in which i was confused about I aren't sure if they fell in without them noticing or they add them to each order however it's not an issue as I just picked them out. My partner really enjoyed hers and I was sceptical about ordering jackets when it was nearly closing time however they really hit the spot and tasted really nice. Will definately be ordering them again I just hope they add more options to the extras you can have on them because theres no where else in the area that do jacket potatoes especially late at night. If it wasn't for the missed notes I added and the few chips in with the potatoes then it would be 5 star all day long. Delivery driver was polite and quiet too. See yous soon :)

kebab had no pitta bread tiny bit of salad and a lot of the kebab meat was dry, other good was OK.

absolutely terrible service and rude to customers. orderd and paid for food that never came. was sat up till 1:35am in the morning despite ordering at roughly 22:45pm after ringing when 30 mins late. rang again to be told they are closing no more service. I demand a full refund. dosent even deserve a star but have to to post this review 🤬

The food arrived on time. The chips and garlic sauce were really nice, but the portion of kebab just had no taste about it what so ever, and it was like chewing on cardboard. Overall though I would order from here again but would try something else.

the worst food i’ve ever had please please don’t waste your money over 1hour 20 for del and special kebab is basically 2 pieces of chicken the rest is dry doner meat with no pitta bread honest the worst ever

Driver struggled to find house even tho we’ve ordered a million times, Shane clearly affected the quality, arrived cold soggy and also squashed, disappointing because usually it’s perfect

Gang of teenagers sat in shop with some using vapes, staff now wearing overalls. Parmesan was awful and most went in bin, I suspect it was poor quality chicken and artificial cheese and was one of the worst I've had.

Messed up our order and had to phone up 3 times to find out were our missing pizza was for it to come over an hour later pointless

We waited well over an hour over expected delivery time and food was spoiled and cold and wasn’t very nice. It was hard like it had been sat for ages. I won’t be ordering from them ever again!! Disgusting food even the dog won’t touch it. The majority of it’s still here… stupidly when I phoned to ask why so late “he got that mumble like he didn’t understand me, and just said out for delivery. Well it must of went via Linthorpe, Redcar, Whitby before getting to me I know what food is like when it’s been sat for over an hour (delivery driver in family) and I know that was soo soo wrong awful

Very disappointed. Parmo had zero taste. Karbarb meet was over done. Total taste less and the barbecue pizza tasted more like fish. The portion of chips was ridiculous

Very nice great delivery drivers food good

The person taking order over the phone was very rude, couldn’t understand my postcode, even though my details are on their system, then I waited over an hour for my food order, which was wrong when we opened it. Instead of salad with the kebab meat they’d filled the food tray with chips, so we ended up with 2 portions of chips each (wasted). Food wasn’t very nice at all, sorry but I won’t be ordering from you again!

Gross gross gross Kebab was so dry and hard, had one bite of parmo and its so stringy and weird, chips are anemic. I love a can of coke for my tea.

Just order a 12” BBQ pizza and it was beautiful, Nice and fresh and piping hot 👍

The food isn't bad however everytime you order there is something missing. Once or twice is a genuine mistake but every time is a con. To top that they get annoyed when you call to sort it out. Better places to go with better service and food.

Very disappointed I don’t usually leave reviews as I just tend not to go to bad places again but felt the need with this shop, even though I got it from the shop in person food was cold pizza was rubbish had no taste whatsoever very bland and meat was swimming in grease . I’d give zero stars if I could all went in the bin what a waste of £14 had my fill of these pizza shops now sick of spending my money on them and getting disgusting food . Avoid people don’t listen to all the good reviews they’re a bit suspect not sure they are genuine because how could anyone like those tasteless pizzas ??

In Middlesbrough's my other favorite take away to eat meals pizza is nice fresh dough thin crispy I have visit many take away restaurant fish and chips shop from my jobs I have collecting waist oil and seen inside of shops and kitchen and have clean they are and can't eat from every shops because is mainly they are not clean why I have eat my meals form decent take away and this take away is I have seen is clean kitchen good food and I eat from this shops Nice pizza my favorite shop when I have here defiantly eat from here

Been run by new staff and there going to run it into the ground I was a regular customer had something tonight and it was disgusting so we put it in the bin won't be going here again.

Always get from here but once again my order was wrong i rang to tell rhem an got the phone slamed down on me seriously need to sort it out before they end up with nothing !

Don’t order terrible customer service I always order from here but the manner in which I was spoken to on the phone today was terrible so rude as the sent me the wrong order i asked if they could send the right one out I just got rudeness and then the phone call put down

A pretty decent place to get food from; the food is typically cooked really nice! I'd suggest their chicken kababs; although the main downside to this place is it's prices are pretty high compared to other local places
