A lovely little independent coffee shop where we stopped by for lunch. Excellent service from the staff and the food was great. The kids loved their milkshakes. Definitely will come back here for food. Always good to support your independent cafés.

On a busy Saturday afternoon we visited your wonderful cafe for coffee and cake! You were extremely kind enough to squeeze us in during a busy time and made us feel welcome and valued. We enjoyed the most scrumptious cakes and coffee! We witnessed an extremely rude lady storm out after being told the seat she had plonked herself on was taken even when you offered her another seat elsewhere in the cafe. May I say you dealt with the situation with grace and up most professionalism. I worked in hospitality for over 10 years and you can't win them all but I'm unsure I would have been as kind and patient as you had been. Thanks for our lovely afternoon visit. We'll be sure to pop in again soon!

Went today, could see 3 window seats, so we entered and sat down. Overheard a woman who was standing say 'we were going to sit there'. Next minute a member of staff came and said we couldn't sit there because someone else wanted to sit there!! She told us there was a table free elsewhere. If there was another table free why ask us to move, why not ask the other customer to sit at that table. We left and took our custom elsewhere.

There are few coffee shops in Bewdley. Piccolos is just that, tiny, selling the usual cakes, baguettes, milkshakes along with coffee. Very friendly staff, well priced for the area. My Americano (£2.50) was a medium roast, served in a cup/saucer (a double shot would have been nice!). The wifi didn't work, but neither did the phone signal (to tether) 3ft into the shop! Shame - that would be a deal-breaker for returning!

Called in for late lunch, was made welcome, ordered an omelette & salad & a pot of tea, had to wait about 15 minutes but arrived hot & freshly cooked, was lovely. Dog friendly, will return.

Very welcoming with great service and delicious coffee and homemade food and cake. The pricing was also excellent value for money. We had an omlette and quiche both cooked perfectly and delicious. We enjoyed sitting in the window and watching the world go past!

Lovely food, atmosphere and staff! The menu has a good selection of normal foods - nothing too fancy, accessible to most - and at a good price. Lovely coffee and soft drinks. I had a ham and chicken ciabatta with salad and my mom had a ploughman's which was delicious too. Have never been here before but would definitely make it a regular place to visit. Also dog friendly! Probably the friendliest and best customer service I've ever experienced in a cafe. The staff are on point. Greeting and saying goodbye to all. Coffee great, food superb and a slice of cake it takes two to eat!! Topped with the fact that they are dog friendly which was really welcoming. Well done to the owner/s as clearly customer satisfaction wins!

Cake was 6/10 … Coffee not good ..UHT milk used..I would expect fresh milk for the premium price paid.

Always a friendly welcome, a regular spot for a hot or cold ciabatta and a drink

A busy friendly atmosphere - we were cordially greeted, then after a short while our drinks order was taken and filled, smoothly our food was ordered and brought to us. The ploughman's we ordered was truly value for money plenty of all ingredients freshly prepared a super experience all round.

Popped in twice for coffee and cake. On both occasions the cake was excellent and so were the drinks. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Excellent cleaning and tables quite well spaced so it felt safe. Well worth avisit.

Lovely relaxing place with very friendly staff

Visited on 18.9.21 following a recommendation and was not disappointed! The food & drinks were excellent and the staff very welcoming, friendly and provided great service. So nice to visit an independent cafe rather than one of the big chains. Will definitely visit again when next in Bewdley.

Woohoo !!! how refreshing to visit a cafe where you are instantly made welcome and greeted on arrival. The service was Super the food Top Drawer, made to order I absolutely loved my salami, mozzarella and salad seeded baguette and the coffees were great too. We also had a lovely warm scone with clotted cream + jam. The staff definitely deserve your hard earned cash and really wanted to make your visit enjoyable!!! Keep up the fantastic work!! Will definitely visit again soon !!!!!

a little gem of a coffee shop in bewdley very clean and welcoming. staff owners extremely helpful. only minus point not enough seating. but that's it. parking could be a issue. but plenty of car parks In and around town. 1 we spotted 50p a hour.

Piccolos is a lovely cafe in Bewdley. They have a good range of lunches, all tasting fresh with quality ingredients. We have only visited twice, I imagine we will be back for a third visit.

We popped in for a coffee and a snack on a wet Friday afternoon. A warm welcome, good Covid safety measures, and very reasonable prices. Coffee and snacks were fine and good value, and the two milkshakes were some of the best we've had anywhere. Recommended.

Thoroughly efficient staff adhering to COVID guidelines.... cappuccinos were top class, creamy , hot and I’m particularly fussy! We had an assortment of cakes- lemon cheesecake and carrot cake. Both were so tasty and deelish.... and I’m a fussy carrot cake eater too! The attention to detail was exceptional!! From the spoons and sticky labels on cutlery. Was sooo pleased with the food n drink and service, really well worth a visit in Bewdley, we’ll most definitely be back!

Fast and friendly service! Staff took appropriate procedures to ensure safety during covid by taking our temperatures before entry and ensuring customers used hand sanitizer. Prices are reasonable and a lovely clean environment, would recommend!

Freshly made pot of tea for me with lemon cheesecake and my daughter had a strawberry milkshake and a coissant stuffed with cheese and ham all very nice also all covid precautions in place

We popped in for Lunch today my wife having seen the cake selection the day before, We were met at the door by a very pleasant young lady, who took our temperature and provided hand sanitiser, we also were asked to provide contact details for the current Covid requirements, we both felt very safe, we ordered coffee and cake which was served promptly with both being very good, my wife was pleased to have made the journey up to the top of town, we met with a local resident who was sat on a nearby table who visits up to 4 times a week, he was very informative about the local area, we will certainly return for coffee and cake on a future visit to Bewdley,

Small menu but what they do they do well

Running the River King in Stourport-on-Severn, we are always asked for catering options for parties & functions. Last year we used a company which was unreliable, which left us in some awkward situations. I'm so happy we got in contact with Mark & Jodie at Piccolos because they have been amazing. Their buffet options are not only competitively priced but the quality is outstanding & we have had nothing but great feedback from our customers since we've started using them. Would recommend without hesitation.

Really enjoyed a coffee and cake here. Couldn't decide which cake so I had half and half which was a nice touch that you can't get in major chains.

Clean and fresh interior, friendly staff, good food and coffee.

Everything was lovely in this well presented relaxed coffee lounge. We was greeted at the door by a very pleasanty lady that took our temperatures and hand sanitizer. We called in for a light lunch and choose to have a salad each. Both was presented really nicely. We paid extra for the sun-dried tomatoes and olives. We both thoughly enjoyed our meal and atmosphere of this coffee lounge. The whole area was very clean with all the correct procedures put into place for a responsible business. We noticed that the customers in the shop we're locals with staff relating to them via first name terms. If we lived in the area we would without a shadow of doubt be very comfortable to return. The photo shows our empty plates because the salads were lovely and totally worth not leaving anything.

Had lunch with three friends on Friday, great atmosphere, great service and wonderful lemon cheesecake. We spent a few hours there and were made to feel very welcome to do so. Thanks guys

Treated myself to lunch here. Had a chorizo and brie baguette. Prepared fresh by hand, delivered to the table and tasted delicious. Very friendly staff, will definitely return.

Been a while since we visited here and the hygiene is still not as it should be. Shame as the food is actually really good. The issue is the girls preparing the food are still dealing with the till and money with their food gloves on and then going back to buttering bread etc. On one visit I saw this happen 3 times. This should not happen especially as they have a 5 hygiene score. This is really bad practice and Rachael the owner should really do something about this. Anyone making the food should not deal with the till or they should change gloves before they go back to the food. Shame as we used to eat here all the time but have totally lost confidence in their food.

Lovely Coffee shop, not a chain, very nice staff, had nice hot chocolate and giant mince pie.

Called in here this afternoon for a warming coffee.The staff were pleasant and served the coffee at the table, you pay before you leave. They had a small array of cakes and other goodies on display.The sofa by the window is a popular spot to watch the world go by as there is no outside seating. (It would have been too chilly today anyway for outside dining)We had a couple of cappuccinos which were served with a small biscuit.The coffee was hot and good (just the ticket).The menu is snack type food panini, salad, baked potato, pastries cakes and drinks.The establishment is licensed, has Wi-Fi and does outside catering.They also feature live music but we were not lucky enough to see this.We enjoyed our visit.
