Great beer at this lovely pub on the outskirts of Bewdley.

Lovely Sunday carvery which you choose and are served by staff. There was beef and pork which was well cooked, choice of veg, boiled and roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing which was a good price. Good choice of traditional puddings including syrup sponge, crumble, ice cream sundaes, brownie and cheesecake with a choice of cream, custard or ice cream. Quaint old pub, staff friendly. Outdoor seating to front and rear.

Pretty basic but pleasant enough. Beer was excellent. Outside seating which is near the road but there is an area fenced in for children. Some parking at the side.

We just popped in for a drink and had 2 beef crusty cobs with a pork pie!

Lovely lady barmaid she was very chatty and gave us lots of ideas on places to eat.

Wonderful, because for the right reasons!! No I won't say why! It was something special. Bewdley High School. He knew me, and I knew him. Now the pub itself, great service and great Staff. Will be returning shortly

Best pub for miles Sunday lunch is great

Friendly service and good beer.

I wouldn't call it a carvery as the waitress dishes up each item and if your last you literally get the scraps of meat, we were sat on a broken table under the dart board. You are called table by table to request your food. The gravy Is bland and tasteless. When it came to dessert the tables were offered out of order of finishing meaning the cheesecake had gone but as we were leaving someone from the bar was given cheesecake to take home. All in all a terrible experience and a waste of money

First time in years I've been here . Always wanted to try the food so popped in for a bite to eat . Was great had pie of the day other half had scampi. Only gave 4 stars because didn't stay to long . Bar staff very friendly

The Old Waggon and Horses is a great Pub. Absolutely no problem recommending it friendly staff and great Beer. Bathams, was my favourite.

Proper 'old School' pub, run how pubs should be run. What's better than watching the football with a great pint and fantastic home made cob. Cheese onion and black pudding really is super.

Really lovely pub, very friendly staff with a homely feel to it. Some beautiful traditional features, such as the mini range stove and sympathetically decorated in a nod to the pub's history, but nothing about this place is old fashioned. There's a large selection of drinks available, and very modern facilities in the loos. I'll definitely be going back.

Food orders delivered to tables outside. No serviettes or cutlery of any sort although the food often required using fingers. Waiting staff cuddling multiple bowls of chips, stacked ... apparently they have no trays or serviettes !! Looks very grubby and sloppy. I know they are short of staff, but neither of these things requires more staff. However, maybe they won't need so many staff if people like me don't go back ...

Nice pub . Mobile sandwiche van (rheo) on the car park is spot on fantastic sausage and egg butties. Just perfect during the lockdown.

Went there tonight, for the first time after lockdown, and it was 'MAGNIFICENT' !!!!!!!! Excellent staff, brilliant drinks, and the food was so delicious 🙂🙂 Credit where certainly due, and I will be taking others there, to eat aswell. Thank you so much ❤️

Our first pub visit after lockdown and I cannot say how amazing the pub is! There are so many controls in place which made me feel so safe and comfortable. Only went for a few drinks but really felt at ease. Landlady lovely she explained all the controls that were in place, answered our questions. It was a pleasure to drink there! Thank you for taking care of us!

Went here with family for a drink and bite to eat very odd pub clicky the staff looked as tho we had just walked in there living room the food was not good value for money was shocking portion sizes so small but not one of us was brave enough to challenge the very agress miserable landlady tho guys I'd give this pub a miss weatherspoons is better .

In these difficult times (C-19) the Wagon & Horses has done all it can to make customers feel safe & it really works. We spent the evening there in pleasant surroundings, drinking great beer with welcoming staff. Thanks guys & girls you are doing a great job 👍

Really great local pub, prices are good, very friendly, even though we arrived on a day where there was no chef, they happily pointed us in the direction of the local chippy (which was also amazing) and said they wouldn't mind us having that in their lovely sheltered pub garden. Would recommend to all in the area 😊

We visited for the Sunday carvery - which was delicious, but what made the visit so good was the service we received. We had my 95 year old grandma, who can be a little challenging ;) but the staff were lovely to her and very accommodating. Would highly recommend

This is a great place to go. The kids love the bouncy castle there. The pub and grounds are really well kept. The bathrooms are always clean. The food is amazing, definitely recommend a Sunday carvery. The kids love the knickerbockerglory for pudding after 😀. Always friendly staff, the place is always busy. Absolutely recommend this place. Our firm favourite.

Welcoming and friendly pub with lovely staff. We went for the Sunday carvery - meat was good, nice selection of fresh veggies but the gravy was really tasteless which did let it down sadly. Apple crumble was mainly apple with only a sprinkle of crumble which was a shame, should be half and half really. I’d probably give it another go but maybe not on a Sunday.

Really enjoyed the evening, the tapas which were in large portions and at £4 a dish were great value. There was plenty of choice as well on the menu The drinks in this pub are really cheap compared to other pubs in the area. Lovely atmosphere and we will definitely return Thank you Carina and the Waggon and Horses for a lovely evening
